This is the worst place. I ever been for Suboxen treatment the dr Mrs Simpson is the rudest person I ever met she thanks she can cut me down because she said something showed up on my test I never ever had a problem… with clean slate in athol but dr Simpson is races an rude as hell never go to Leominster you want a good doc go to athol mass been there 9 years an never had a problem till I seen ms Simpson in Leominster

I love the people at clean slate, very friendly. I'm usually in and out within 20 min. I have never had a problem with them and I've been going to them for 6 years now. I'm so grateful that they have a great team , if… it weren't for this place idk where I'd be rn. 3 years sober thank you Jesus!!

Love this location. The staff are very friendly and very patient with patients as they asked me for my health insurance card and I forgot it multiple times and they weren't rude about it. I usually have to bring my son… and there all very kind to him. The kid area is lacking there's just a table and chairs nothing else lol. Other than that my provider sends my scripts almost right away everytime and for the people who have to wait and complain it's because there taking extras of their meds b.c. my provider always makes sure I have enough. Did you have a sign that says the provider has 24 hours to send the script but thankfully I've never had to deal with that.Anyway I love the people and the location

My issue is that I see one doctor who then has to send out the refills to another and the second doctor is very unreliable with sending in the scripts in a timely manner. The woman I see is GREAT she sends it over ASAP… and I don't understand why she cant just refill my script all the time.
THE PROBLEM WITH *ALL* CLEAN SLATE LOCATIONS IS THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 24 HOURS TO ACTUALLY GET A RX, THE PHONE NUMBER IS USE LESS B/C YOU WILL BE KEPT ON HOLD INDEFINITELY. I WOULD SIMPLY NOT USE THIS PLACE. RECENTLY I… WAITED 5 DAYS FOR MY RX TO BE CORRECTED IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE PROOF DM ME IM GLAD TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THIS PLACE CANT RUN AS IT SHOULD THE INCOMPETENCE IS LIKE SOMETHING YOU COULD NEVER DREAM OF.
