The extent that this office (I don't want to name drop in the fear of forgetting the MANY people from receptionist, to providers, to those who keep the office immaculate up to and including the owner Dr.O.) Has gone to,… to accommodate me and my insane schedule, is awe inspiring! M.R. quite literally, is a model of how addiction recovery SHOULD operate. I'm a commercial fisherman fluctuating from day trips to legit 2 week plus "trip fishing" Sadly, past experiences with other providers have been difficult, at best. My current provider devised a system of zoom, in office urinalysis, and in office visits, within a specific time frame so I can literary swing by when my crazy schedule allows and I remain in compliance. If your looking for a "pill mill" or to just "skate by" M.R. is NOT going to be your cup of tea. IF your looking to get your life in order and WANT to get sober, You'll be hard pressed to find such a legitimate operation that treats everyone with class, dignity, respect & privacy. The ENTIRE staff cares about everyone as a person, not a number. They want you to succeed and offer a TON of tools & resources far beyond medications to do so. Being a fisherman, zero set schedule, never know when you'll have a day off?, If the weather is good "enough" we fish. Being in recovery & finding a provider, n.m. front of the house staff that's accommodating, is quite simply near impossible. Finding all of this under one roof at Middlesex Recovery is not only a god sent, I doubt I'd have several years sober without! I don't so much as contemplate taking advantage of anything that may compromise my treatment or recovery as without it, being un-employed, would be the least of my problems. I get nothing for writing this other than wanting to give all the staff, in ALL M.R. locations!, massive kudos & the HOPES somebody struggling reads this and just maybe this encourages them to make a phone call that may alter their life immensely as it did mine!! This place is a joke. I got two injections for brixadi then the eye tell me sorry pharmacy made a mistake we can’t get it again. Call me the morning 30 min before my apt to tell me they don’t have my third month. Don’t… trust this place I have gone her for 6 months listening to the same run around.

Ive been going to Norton since 2018. Amazing people who care and genuinely want to help you. From the people working the front desk to the people in the back. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. A wonderful place.

Always there to help. I would tell anyone that needs help and wants help. The people here are Great Dr Galen and all 3 women at the Norton front desk are incredible. They help me with everything I throw at them. Again… always there for me

Middlesex recovery is by far the best facility I have ever gone to as far as helping me with medically assisted treatment. They are professional and very hospitable and nice. They're very informative when answering my… questions.

First off this place saved my life if it wasn't for them I really don't know where I'd be iv been going now for a about two years every two weeks not once have I had a bad experience the staff is phenomenal the Drs are… awesome they are all very friendly and kind they are all amazing I would recommend them to anyone I know thank you Middlesex recovery for everything you have done and continue to do for me

I am in recovery for 5 years and this place was a big piece of the puzzle for my sobriety. All the staff has been great, knowledgeable, polite, understanding and most importantly cares about getting and keeping you… clean. A special shoutout to Mumuni dadu who has been my counselor and he has help me stay accountable and honest during my time here.

The care of Dr Muhmuni House helped me immensely. The front desk is superb. These people are a gift.

The girls that work there are a great help. My insurance has changed a couple times, I've needed a bunch of pre authorizations that theyve expedited, and they always do it with a smile. Stephanie and Bernie are… especially awesome but all the employees I've interacted with here are helpful and polite!

Dr. O'Connor and his staff are amazing. A Doctor that really cares about your recovery and your needs. The offices are clean and tidy. He's typically on schedule. His staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend… Dr. O'Connor for your recovery needs.

I have been a patient at this facility for the past 7 years. The staff is absolutely professional, empathetic, and really go above and beyond to accommodate their patients with appointments, referrals, and provide… exellent communication within the practice. My appointments are always timely. I primarily am treated by Lynn (NP), who has always been incredibly personable, professional and encouraging in the treatment and management of my Chronic Pain Relief. She always addresses any of my concerns or questions I may have, and always updates me on my medication, and educates me about further treatment and options. The office is very professional, safe, very clean, and never crowded. The waiting room is actually, very calming and inviting. I never feel awkward or judged in any way with the entire staff including the doctors. Dr. OConnell, the medical director, is phenomenal as well. He always addresses any questions I may have. I highly recommend Middlesex Recovery Center in Norton,. especially for professionals as well. Excellent care and facility, which I highly recommend to people who need their services.d
