I have always received good care every time I have been to this clinic. Always treated with respect and friendly staff. Nice to have this clinic relatively close to where I live.

I have been coming here for the past two years and the staff are phenominal. I have been blessed to have them treat. I hope everyone who gets to use the VA have help like this.

The Physical therapy department here does AMAZING work. I was always skeptical to do physical therapy, however, after working with these guys on a few of my recoveries, I’ve learned how extremely important this process… is. A special thanks to them for all they do and how much they care 🙏🏽

Staff and PA’s are great. The labs are great and pharmacy is efficient and works with you. They could probably use more admin staff - appear stressed. But that could also be fear of job loss due to political climate.… Mental health is responsive and helpful. Mr Higgins is a great medical professional , hope he comes back soon. Establishing a rapport is important.

My first experience was great with everyone in the building.

People on most part are great and very thankful I've had services both twice when laid off from job and now that retired. Only downfall or complaint is the whole VA phone system to get a hold anybody to cancel or leave… message is a real cornfield maze.

There lab is much more efficient than Leeds VA. Get free transportation than you don't have to deal with parking. Location can be bad . But service is good.

Great place and staff, no problems and thankful

The VA as an organization is terrible. The providers and staff at this location are good but unfortunately do not make up for the hellscape people experience when trying to obtain care.

Everything about this facility is great I have no issues at all.

I have been calling to setup care at this clinic and no one is answering the phone. Update: I have been trying to get an appointment here since January and all my appointments have been canceled and rescheduled, I think… we are on appointment number 4 or 5 now. TRASH!!!!!

Very slow service here, so bad that they run out of available parking from the lines their slow service creates. If you must go here, always give it lots of extra time, even for something that should be quick.

Stop hiring people who doesn’t know nothing about the military. I called like 10 times and had to explain what “sick call” is!!! really?!

I like the staff, I go for blood draws and never had a problem. Pharmacy staff always polite and knowledgeable.

Came here for a blood draw. Was in and out in 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was extremeley personable and made the experience enjoyable. The process was comfortable as well.

I have always received what I consider the best medical care at all VA facilities that I use. The Springfield Clinic is close to my home, and I use the VA hospitals in North Hampton and Newington, CT.

Like the doctor/staff but really don't appreciate having to tell the greeter my medical issues. Oh, and if doctors don't arrive until 830, don't tell us sick call opens at 730.
