One thing I really wish I had known before coming here is that this location uses a call-in system for random UAs. You have to check the call line to find out whether you’ve been selected, which can be a major… inconvenience if you have transportation issues or are not already coming to the clinic every day. That policy made the process more stressful and less flexible for me than clinics where testing is handled when you come in to dose. I think this is important information for people to know before choosing this , or any DRG location .
