About Lifepath Services LLC – Boise

Lifepath Services LLC operates from 8675 West Ardene Street in Boise. The site sits in Ada County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Boise City, Garden City and Kuna. Idaho draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Care offered spans more than one level, which means someone can move between them without changing provider.

Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Lifepath Services LLC Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 8675 West Ardene Street, Boise, ID 83709, in Ada County. The catchment reaches Boise City, Garden City and Kuna. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

How Much Does Treatment at Lifepath Services LLC Cost?

Before insurance, typical prices in Idaho put standard outpatient care at $1,000 to $4,000 a month. Lifepath Services LLC’s own fees were not found at the time of writing, so the figures describe the state as a whole.

Programs usually price the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling into the fee. If you need a specialized therapy such as EMDR, ask Lifepath Services LLC whether it is offered and what it costs. A direct call is the quickest way to get an accurate figure.

I've found my way...

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. LifeStance is one of the most disorganized healthcare companies I’ve ever dealt with. My provider didn’t even show up for my appointment. Before that, they made me… complete the exact same intake paperwork twice because of their own incompetence. Calling customer service was an exercise in frustration—long waits, no ownership, and no one seemed capable of solving anything. Then, after wasting my time, billing couldn’t even issue an immediate refund for a service they failed to provide. It’s unbelievable that a mental healthcare company operates like this. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Anonymous name for privacy reasons but I cannot say accurately convey how appreciative I am of Life Path. I called during a moment of crisis where I didn’t know where to turn. At first, it seemed as if they weren’t able… to help immediately but the front desk receptionist went above and beyond to see what she could do to get me in with someone. Not only is the front desk lady (I think her name is Marcy) but their med management team is phenomenal. Aaron truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to try and help his patients. I am forever grateful for the care I received.

Made an appointment and they moved it without any call, email, or contact of any kind. Then expected me to move my schedule to accommodate them with less than 24hrs notice. AVOID THIS PLACE. Not worth it.

I've had an incredible experience with this counseling office. Russ is an amazing counselor—compassionate, insightful, and real. He has a way of listening that makes you feel truly heard, and he's helped me navigate… some tough times with clarity and purpose. I always leave our sessions feeling lighter and more grounded. Also, a huge shoutout to Marci at the front desk! She is the kindest and most welcoming person you could ask for. From scheduling to check-ins, she makes everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come through the door. I can’t recommend this place enough—Russ and Marci make a fantastic team, and I'm truly grateful for the support I've received here.

I have been in therapy of some form for 30+ years. In all of that time the absolute worst therapy office i have ever dealt with is right here. For 2 1/2 years i was on a wait list for case management and had to go… through a different organization for that, even though my therapist office advertises that as an available service. My PCP had to take on my med management because the office was so disorganized I could not get consistent enough help. My therapist and I don't use the office cause they have caused so many problems. I have countless times been sitting in my therapy appointment and gotten text messages saying I'm being marked as a no show. While literally being in their building, having had to check in with the front desk. The past 2 weeks incompetence and lies were my final straw. Refusing to send my medical records, lying about what was sent, lying about signed consent forms, and now a judge has to subpoena those records due to their gross incompetence. The panic attack caused by this, to a patient with known panic disorders, absolutely unacceptable for a mental health office.

The office seems nice, but after 3 scheduling mishaps in a row, I need to go elsewhere. 1. Scheduled me with wrong gender provider against my requests and needs, didn't notify me that they didn't meet the criteria I… outlined for my provider until I received the appointment reminder with the incorrect gender written on it. 2. Rescheduled me with a provider that doesn't take my insurance 3. Rescheduled me for telehealth and called me 15 minutes into my appointment to let me know that the appointment could not be done via telehealth but could only be done during a 3 hour span, once a week, in the middle of work. Like I said, the front desk is sweet, but the practice just does not have it together.

There's a reason Lifepath has been on Boise's Best for the past 2 years!!! This place is full of real, sincere professionals! They have made a TRUE difference in my life! Malinda, is my therapist, and has a natural… talent for listening, she consistently provides sage advice with compassion. She is grounded and focused with a plan of action. I adore her! Aaron, my psychiatrist (med. manager) is so gentle and kind. I feel heard and safe with him. He is a diamond in the ruff. Amanda, who is the M.A., has a HUGE heart, and so much warmth, and a passion for her work. She demonstrates that with each and every client. Do yourself a favor and feel the embrace of this place!

Honestly, look elsewhere for help. Allegedly got put on a waitlist, called months later to be told there was never a waitlist. Had an awkward conversation with reception, proceeded to be transferred and essentially hung… up on. Got a referral from my doctor and still not a peep out of this place.

I've only been seen at the clinic once so far, but I can't say enough positive things about all of the staff and the quality of care. Elena was incredibly kind and helpful with providing me the intake paperwork,… answering any questions, and scheduling my appointment. As was Amanda who helped take my vitals, helped with scheduling, and also helped to get the meds I needed sent out same day with the correct quantity and I was able to fill those meds with zero issues. Aaron is a fantastic provider. He is also so kind and caring. He really listened to what I said and offered valuable insight and additional testing and alternative treatments. He really does his due diligence to identify and rule out any contributing factors that may be impacting your mental health. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and I appreciate that he offers a lot of options to help his patients get the best care/treatments. I really appreciate every single person I've interacted with at this clinic. It's difficult to find care in this state, let alone quality care of this level. Their clinic is also the nicest behavioral health clinic I've ever been to. It's super clean, nicely furnished, and well decorated. It was a much more welcoming and warm environment than any other clinic I've gone to. I feel so relieved to have found them and look forward to all future continued care through their clinic. If you're needing care, I highly suggest reaching out to them!

Ann Turner and I just shared our one year anniversary!!!! What a huge blessing she has been in my life. I was down to a small flicker of Hope inside me and now it is a flame. She calls me every Tuesday at 12:00 so I… call it Ann Tuesday and I get so excited to talk to her about any issues I might be having or any joys. She is the safety net in my life. She is not only an amazing therapist she is an amazing human being.

Ann Turner is my hero!!!! I have a progressive bone disease and the outcome of it does not look good. I've tried therapy in the past but it was not successful and I had to be talked into calling Lifepath and it has… changed my outlook completely. I would highly recommend Lifepath to anyone. I just needed to have someone to talk to and say this really sucks some days and it's hard. I can't talk to my friends about it because it makes them feel bad. I get so excited every Tuesday I call it my Ann day. She has a beautiful kind heart and so easy to talk to I feel like I can tell her anyting. She always has words of wisdom that I get off the phone no matter how bad my pain is that day I feel uplifted and positive.. I used to have acute anxiety but Ann has given me the tools and it has really subsided. I highly encourage anyone who's going through struggles to please reach out to Life Path Counseling. They will change your life and you never feel alone they are always there for you. Thank you Ann Turner for so long now I've carried the fear anxiety and pain so deep inside me. By talking to you brought it all to the surface. And I feel like I can breathe again. You're the best of the best

I've been seeing Sharon for counseling for about 2 almost 3 months, and she's awesome! The front desk is also very nice, attentive, and flexible when it comes to schedule. They do have in person meetings and telehealth.… I def recommend this place if you are looking for any therapy sessions. The inside of their location looks very nice. It looks new and very modern!

I’ve always been nervous to seek help for my mental health, but they have helped put that nervousness at ease. My last psychiatrist was inattentive, with complete lack of emotion or sense of compassion. My last… therapist was ignorant and judgemental. The therapist and psychiatrist I am seeing at Lifepath have been everything you would expect for their respective titles. Both are attentive, engaged, compassionate and validating.

A very disappointing experience. I lost my son on the 28th and submitted a contact us form on their website. To date I have had no response. I called 2 days ago and the lady was only interested in my insurance. I am… feel that is a horrible way to begin a relationship with a client. It should be human care first, money second. Do better.

Worst mental health center. Takes 2 weeks to get any medications filled. The Dr. Lidia can't even speak English or do her job by sending in refills when requested within 48hrs. They refused to refill medications… multiple times cause of covid and not being staffed. The worst place to take your children don't go!

I don't normally do reviews but I really feel the need to for everyone at Lifepath. I came to them in a place of utter despair. Struggling with my diagnosis of DID and not feeling like I had any where to go. I knew of… them because of Teddy but also looked on Psychology Today to find someone to see. I found Kinsey and made an appointment. After visiting with her she suggested Jenn because she had worked with others diagnosed with DID. I met with Jenn and I told her I would have never picked you as my therapist and it is exactly what I needed. It was the best thing that has happened for me and dealing with my mental health. That day has changed my life. I love each of you because of the atmosphere and energy that you bring to the agency. It has made my challenges bearable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Saying I love each of you is a big thing just ask Jenn. Thank you thank you thank you.

I found Lifepath at a point in my life when I really needed to finally buckle down and accept help for things I'd been struggling with for most of my life. I'd hopped around to different agencies over various states I'd… lived in, and I'd never really been able to find somewhere I felt truly comfortable going to therapy or seeing a psychiatrist - until I found myself at Lifepath. I'd been referred to them by another friend who also works in the field and I've got to say, WOW. From the first interaction I had with anyone there to the last, I have only positive things to say about everyone there! Over the time I was a client at Lifepath, I briefly saw Lindsay and Jenn, both of whom were absolutely wonderful. The people I worked with the most, however, were Kinsey and Donna. I connected with these two in a way I've not connected with any clinician/psych doc before. I felt genuinely HEARD. I felt for the first time in my life I could be 100% transparent without fear of judgment. While the last 6 months of my life have been particularly challenging due to life circumstances and all the fallout resulting from COVID, the therapy I received from Kinsey along with the proper medication regiment I was put on thanks to Donna enabled me keep pushing forward in life, when in the past I had a tendency to fall back into maladaptive coping strategies. While therapy and meds are going to be an ongoing thing with me and because I just moved out of state I can no longer see the team at Lifepath, my exceedingly positive experience with this agency has given me the courage to actively seek out similar agencies that may exist where I now live. And let's definitely not forget about Elana, the woman who takes calls and works reception, scheduling, etc - each interaction I had with her was awesome as well! What I'm saying here is that everyone here will go above and beyond for their clients, and that's something that cannot be said about every agency out there. I myself work in this field and as such, have either worked for or been to many less-than-desirable agencies over my multi-state adventures over the last decade. What a refreshing change of pace it was to finally find a whole agency where every single person there was genuinely caring and genuinely helpful. I'd recommend Lifepath to anyone who is looking for holistic, evidence-based care in an environment where you know you'll be treated with kindness, respect, and most importantly, be given the opportunity to work through whatever struggles you're facing. The freedom that comes with that is a beautiful thing and I credit my newly regained sense of self and direction to the wonderful people who work here. Thank you all very, very, very much.
