I'm very disappointed amaad still hasn't reached out to me about the cash assistance misappropriation of dollars. they had given cash assistance to people who weren't even eligible who were their friends instead of… helping people who actually needed it. And instead of apologizing or trying to make it right or even provide resources they just flat out ignore me.... that's not okay and it's not okay to ignore the people who are asking for help I hope everyone on Instagram can see how they treat people who are supposed to be their clients SMH

Edit* after making a call to the Institute themselves and being able to speak to someone in a directory position, I was able reach a part of the care team and someone who took what I said into consideration and is now… helping me better myself and helping the institute better itself this actually is a place for help And management cares. and the young lady who actually took me into consideration, left me with the stress squeeze toys so that I wouldn’t leave with a bad day. Fraudulent. They claim to be a group that helps with addiction to provide a wellness Wednesday. Only for me to come and get judged for the clothes that I wore and repeatedly asked about where I lived and my housing status and to be made fun of for being homeless. This is the exact place that’ll push you towards an addiction. Stay away if you need real help. AMAAD please do better if you are going to claim to help because some people need it and you guys could be a good place for them to go to if under the right management.
