The front desk staff and fun and friendly. The classes are thorough and the teachers are very informative. The clinicians are great, recovery coaches and peer support staff are outstanding. Them and my parenting class… are the best part of going. And Lindsey is very resourceful. They do their best to make sure you succeed in your recovery.

Everyone here is really good to work with! Very honest business!

Connective restructuring has not only keep me sober but have thought me how to stay sober and want to stay sober.. All the people there are so willing to help in any way...the 12 step program is very helpful.

I love Cognitive Restructuring! The ladies at the front desk, Lindsey and Breanna, are always so nice and ready to help. Ken is an amazing clinician. I learned so much from their 12 step program.

My experience with the staff- Lindsey,Bree,Destry,Carrie,Ross,Tamara,Tammy,Ken Stephanie, Peggy was unbelievable for the guidance the help that change my outlook on life for a better happy future ahead as it changed my… life and I love them for that! Also working the 12 steps on what it means to be honest with yourself also understanding working the steps is a game changer, a life changer if you really want it to do whatever it takes to succeed for yourself and never give up your not alone there's always someone who helps you and also cares about you! As they all at Cognitive Restructuring will be my friends and family for the rest of my life so thank you and love you all so much!!!

Cognitive restructuring has been a lifesaver for me and taught me the tools that I need to use in my everyday life to overcome addiction. The staff here is very friendly & caring. The company takes good care of the employees, clients, etc. Lindsey’s energetic personality took me out of the fun I was in she was very energetic & caring.

Seriously avoid this place at all cost. Asked if they had a release of information for me to know about my client, because I had one if they didn't. Wouldn't even let me talk. Just kept saying they won't tell me… anything. Extremely rude and unprofessional people. Impossible to work with.

I absolutely love my therapist and look forward to going each week.

I've been to several different treatment places around town and this place is by far the most effective in my opinion. These people truly care and go above and beyond to help you succeed in recovery and in life.

The number of times appointments were cancelled during a 12 month period was unprofessional. The front office discussed finances and payment arrangements with my minor child (no attempt to contact me) when she was going… through some significant trauma. They added to her stress. When I emailed about how inappropriate this was I never got a response. I allowed my daughter to stay because she seemed to like her counselor but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We’ve since changed counselors and are much happier for it.

I went to this office to get assistance they had me see two different people sent me a $600 bill and then didn't even assist with the visits intended outcome. I find out 6 months later that still nothing has been sent.… I'm furious. *Edited they have now completed what was initially requested and was quick to get it resolved. Thank you!
