There's so much that I could say. Compass North is the epitome of crap
the lack of professionalism is astounding to say the least. they will make you wait 30+ minutes to see your therapist that doesnt care about your time at all. the double standard is crazy to me, theyll penalize you for… missing your appointment by 5 minutes and they dont even hold the same standard for their staff.

This program was built on the foundation of integrety and all of the staff is truly genuine .
Frustrating. That is how I sum up my family's experience. Barely existent front desk staff, referral delays that directly impacted access to care, with an un-empathetic attitude. Access to the appropriate health care… for a loved one, especially relating to substance issues affects the ENTIRE family unit. Health care navigation is hard for many, especially folks in distress of any kind, wish they could step outside of their bubble and empathize. In my experience, they were a near failure.
I have a lot of gratitude that Compass North exists in our community. The staff genuinely care about not only the people walking through the doors but the community as a whole. Super thankful!
Run from this place. They don't listen to parents and go against court orders. If this was the last place to go for counseling I would rather go without! Watch out for Penny!! They all about themselves and their money… in their pocket! No regard for anyone's well being
