Grace Medical Center – Baltimore Detox and Rehab Services
The provision listed at Grace Medical Center – Baltimore is detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Withdrawal is managed under clinical observation before other treatment begins, which matters most in the first seventy-two hours for alcohol and benzodiazepines. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Grace Medical Center – Baltimore Reviews and Ratings
Families searching for treatment in Baltimore often start with reviews. If you were a patient at Grace Medical Center, or supported one, sharing how it went gives them something real to go on.
Came at around 11:30pm because all stores were closed. All I needed were pads or tampons due to me having a medical procedure and they said no.
When we first started going, it was a great place to go get Dailysis done at. The staff was friendly and nice to work with.... But then something happened that we had to deal with very serious. They never told us that… our love one blood pressure was dropping while she was doing Dailysis. We were not very happy about what was going on.... We need to change places soon.... We are not very happy with the services that they are showing and giving our love one.... Plus no one has gotten back to use about what was happening to her 😕.
The worst place to bring yr child for mental health. DOCTOR OR NURSE DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS.My son was there last Saturday. I told the Dr I dont want my son to go to Shepherd pratt.I get a phone call that he is a… Shepherd Pratt. I will never take my son there ever.Staff not professional at all.
I went to the doctor for my eye it was very BAD the man was complaining about my eye sight and the lady was taking to long when I got home my grandma almost passed out because I was taking to long meanwhile the people… was messy they were talking about the paicents but I like when I go at night.
ER visit was quick and staff was so kind knowledgeable and patient
Mbachu MD, Sean was my ER physician and Floraide RN, Nikko Leandro was my nurse. This was the best I've ever been taken care of. These guys were outstanding, and I would love to make them my personal physicians.… .....5☆☆☆☆☆ work.....
I was going to register the young African black little girl.had an attitude, i left. Ppl lije her do not need to work with the public. 01152026 @ 230 p.m.
Dr.Brenden lied multiple times directly to me about not having my records also threatening to have to ask me to leave for asking for clarification on what he was saying soon as I was switched to another doctor they had… all my records I spent months trying to get my records because I thought they didn’t have them .. Dr. Brennan is unfit and unprofessional, instead of being upfront about not wanting to give me the pills that I was asking for he may it seem as if I was making up my diagnosis and he didn’t have the records of it .. this affected my recovery tremendously
Front desk staff taking personal calls on company time not checking in patients, no one knows what's going on around here, active listening skills with these people is at an all time low. Don't come here even for a… bandage
I didn’t know. The reviews were so low. They made me take drugs, Tuesday me, because they said that I was needed to be sedated mind you. I was literally so calm talking to them calmly, so they just use their authority.… They miss used it. They drug me when they didn’t have to, and they had a bad attitude. The whole time. The lady that works there on the sward side, one of the nurses she. I don’t know. I guess she like hates. Doesn’t like other women or something. She just kept giving me a hard time the whole time. And also I’m i’m pretty sure the big security guy was literally talking about domestic violence, how he would shake the hell out of a woman and all this stuff when I was in there for a domestic violence, Case, because my partner literally lied on me, and he’s making me really uncomfortable. Also, every time I come in there. He always has these protocols that are never consistent and just seems like he’s there to make himself feel better. I don’t know the boss people around or whatever. Also, also, they literally drug me. When I was completely calmed. I had like four of them standing around me. It was like out of a movie. I was so calm and they were like yeah you have to take drugs because you’re not calm, and I was literally calm. I wish I could check the camera. Also, I have anemia, and they had me cold as hell in a room. I told him that I was anemic, and I was cold. They had me in a room. Didn’t have any sheets, or anything was an isolation room, and that was simply because a guy started. I’m having outburst towards me, and instead of putting him in the room, they put me in the cold room, and they didn’t give me a sheet because they said she don’t go in that room, so yeah, I hope this Place could shut down because this is a serious thing. Also, I went there for a DV Case because my ex put his hands on me a second time, and when I was limping, and everything. She said the Person, who was servicing me. The doctor was like why are you limping. You’re fine. You could walk r really abusive, because I couldn’t walk and I did not enjoy her service at all. Also, all the doctors have really really really. Stinking attitude is because your doctor doesn’t mean you should have a stink attitude. I’m not sure why they are, but it would be super cool if they wouldn’t take it out on random people. If they’re going through things themselves or whatever. Or if they just had a messed up patient or whatever you shouldn’t take it out on random patients.
Dr Yasmeen Ahmad staff is killing people she as a doctor herself is good. but her staff are always high and never return calls never pick up phone. They even mix up important health papers . Very dangerous staff and… very very unprofessional i have to change my doctor because of them. Ive wasted my years on these people who not serious about their jobs. Good luck to everyone who has to go through them.
If you wanna be taken serious and be in and out don’t come here but honestly there nurse kept poking me she didn’t know what she was doin and kept pulling the iv in and out and ended up popping my vein and my wrist is… in pain they poked me 4 times which hurt like hell I arrived at 12:30 left at 4:30 and all I wanted was a pregnancy test and hug check and the nurse had a attitude the whole time I had an amazing doctor told me I was 4 weeks and my hcg was about 224.4…took a minute but the results was worth it 🍾 my hand is red and swollen…its now 7:13pm I left at 4:30.
Nurse Dennis, Rich, and Currie were so sweet. Thank you all for the compassionate care provided to my loved one.
Bed side manners are awesome
I was hospitalized at this place and all I can say.....dr Sean MD, nurse Kenneth, nurse Richard are all these 3 gentlemen just simply the best!!! They treat you with sincerity, passionately, and patiently. Just like you… are their own family member. Don't hesitate if you go here looking one of those guys. Won't disappoint you.
I will be calling the state on the lady who saw me i will call every day
This is a very good hospital whoever worked the day I went in on Thursday 27th 2025 around 2 clock to about 6 i got discharged the nurse n everyone who worked by room 12 in emergency department were very nice I liked… Erica she was very polite and explained everything and asked you if you ever need anything she wasn't judgmental anything the hospital need more workers like her also the nurse or doctor I had for that room was very nice also I can't think of her name sorry lol but if she sees this she will know who this is for very great hospital I think
One
this is a really long time in the emergency room and I'm been here for 2 1/2 hours and I've just got semi triaged by a nurse and this is one of the worst emergency rooms to be seen in and I thought they cleaned it up… when they were bon sucures hospital but unfortunately they are slower than when they were bon sucures hospital but at least the staff and security are very friendly and very helpful
I wish I could rate them a -0 if that was an option. The nurses and doctors who were assigned to me would all pretend to act nice as if they really wanted to get you better. As soon as they left the room they were… mocking me and busting out laughing. They even mention my name several times so that’s how I knew. Also i tested positive while at the hospital for covid and I have no transportation so i called the emergency room back and i was told the nurse already left and there’s nothing they can do to help me and that my only choice was to go to the pharmacy in person. I just don’t understand why they gave me a script knowing i was positive for covid with no transportation in this 12 degree weather!!!!! DO NOT SEND ANY OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!!!!!!
I use the Walgreens located on the first floor Always have my medication in stock Small pharmacy with great staff Friendly and awesome service Never a long wait Very quick and sufficient Also offer other pharmacy items… but not as big as a regular Walgreens pharmacy
This facility and Lifebridge is committing fraud. I received an invoice via email for $150 for remaining balance for a visit I never made. I have never been to Grace Medical Center!!!! I made a medical reports request… and they had no proof of the individual receiving service. So, either 1 of 2 things happened. Someone came to this facility and fraudulently impersonated me, OR, the facility, using information from the Lifebridge database accessible to them, decided to bill me for a service I never received. Dealing with Lifebridge is a nightmare. I've told my story more than 10 times. I've left VMs, talked to customer care, the actual facility, with no resolution. Maybe this comment will garner some sort of attention.
I went there for an emergency and found that the ambulance wasn't in network with my insurance after a couple to months so I have to pay out of pocket, then the hospital send my bill to a debt collector like seriously,… do you guys think that if a person knows that an ambulance wasn't in network with their insurance the person would take the ambulance, it was a situation out of my control but I wouldn't tell anybody to visit this hospital because of how you guys harrase people over the phone, the debt collector really ,and yall care about patients
The best hospital I ever been and the staff was very nice
I ONLY GO THERE FOR DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS
