GRC Advanced Recovery Network – Washington (800 Manor Drive) Detox and Rehab Services

What GRC Advanced Recovery Network – Washington (800 Manor Drive) offers, on record, is detox and residential treatment. Withdrawal is managed under clinical observation before other treatment begins, which matters most in the first seventy-two hours for alcohol and benzodiazepines. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

GRC Advanced Recovery Network – Washington (800 Manor Drive) Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 800 Manor Drive, Washington, Pennsylvania, 15301. The city lies within Washington County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

The building is nice and clean overall and the staff, well some of them really. Food is so so. The professionalism needs to increase tremendously. Oh yeah & they (the staff, SOME of them) will steal your stuff. I expect… that behavior from some of my fellow addicts but not the staff. It is beyond sad that people come in there with problems and yet some of the staff take advantage! they’re supposed to have cameras everywhere that our stuff that we can’t keep while we are there; a sweater with a skull or something else that has a picture the facility doesn't approve of BUT REALLY… you are going to tell us that you don’t know what happened to it. Two other people I know of when they were released. Y’all said their stuff was in their bag, and it wasn’t! & Neither was mine. Shame on you to take advantage of people who have issues and we are vulnerable and yet you steal our stuff!!! Oh baby karma will get you! YOU know who are & so do we. The universe is keeping score. And y’all R there to supposed to be helping us. Truly saddens my heart how we in society are trying to get our lives right and here goes people we are supposed to trust that TAKING WHAT IS NOT THEIRS! ALSO MAKING FUN OF PEOLPLE THERE😢 Again, the universe will keep score. Washington COUNTY FACILITY SHAME ON YOU!

If you have a loved one that goes in here, expect to not get a call or update from anyone at this facility. I called to get an update (I was on my family members emergency contact list) they said I would get a call.… Here, they said he is “OK” and can call us later but my family member that was in there called us from the hospital stating he was rushed to the hospital the night prior and admitted to the critical care unit. NO ONE at this facility informed his family. Totally uncalled for when he was NOT OK. It blows my mind that I called the day after expecting him to still be in this facility for an update and stated he was okay and would call later. I had to get all the information from the hospital. Totally ridiculous and uncalled for

This place saved my life! I was there for the whole month of December and being the holidays, it definitely wasn't easy being away from family. In the beginning, I didn't think I'd make it a week, but the staff and… techs were wonderful & helped implement the tools I needed to succeed. Katie is so kind and caring, Mario is a great leader and Big Al is just a wonderful soul! You have to want it for yourself, or it won't work. It'll be 7 months in a little over a week, and although I'm still in early recovery, I've felt better than ever!

Literally the worst place ever all you are to them is a walking dollar sign emoji, a patient literally attacked one of the detox nurses so I swung on him to get him off her and they kicked me out after I begged them not… too, gateway took them over so don’t expect much. Why would they want to heal you.. we are their paychecks and there’s three that will burn in hell for that. don’t even waste your time, the place is trash. What type of rehab won’t accept someone who is begging for help. Unbelievable.

I’ve been here 4 times, actually. Only completed twice. The other two I was there for a day maybe. I wasn’t ready. However, I was forced, essentially, to go back in 2015. I was So broken. Was coming off of a 5 year… heroin habit. Had just gotten hit with my 3rd dui in 10 years( mine were years apart). Pleaded into drug court. Court ordered here then their affiliated halfway house: the Lighthouse ♥️ . The staff was unbelievable. I’ve never had support like that with such kindness and genuine care and compassion. They helped build me up. They gave me the tools I needed for the next steps of my recovery. I couldn’t stay clean for 4 hours let alone 4years. Which I ended up achieving after the Lighthouse. This place provides the tools and staff and environment for one to develop the structure, support, discipline and knowledge they need to actually get clean and achieve long-lasting sobriety/recovery. Thank you for saving my life, and all the others you all help 💜 If you’re struggling, please reach out to them. We are losing too many parents, siblings, and friends. I’ve been resuscitated more times than I can count. However, these people have never given up on me, and please don’t give up on yourself. It’s so dangerous any more. Hopefully I’ll see you at some meetings 👋🤙

Horrendous experience. I almost died after begging to get some help for a tooth abscess. Finally took me to the ER and the infection was really bad. After 6 hours in the ER I had to WALK back to this hell hole because… no one would answer the phone nor did they leave a cell number in which to be reached. Monica is a clown and that place is anything but therapeutic. Sad how they have no value for human life. Had it been taco Tuesday her enormous selfwould have come and got me. DON'T GO THERE!!

I am horrified how irresponsible this facility is with their patients. A close family friend, who needed help, was brave enough to ask for help and in less than one week they throw them out and the cycle starts over. It… is obvious the facility does not care about the physical and mental health of their patients. Please don’t send a loved one who is desperate for help to this place. There are really good programs out there, this is not the place you will feel comfortable sending a loved one or yourself to get treatment. Very unprofessional and careless.

This place is horrible and they don't care about there patients I was upset an wanted to leave because I was sick an they got my paper work an when they come back I told them nevermind I was just upset an they straight… said to bad u want to leave you can leave so they took me to the front lobby and made me call for a ride an I begged them to stay an would not let me. Methadone saved me a shame outpatient saved me an not inpatient

This place saved my life and my family. I can't give enough praises to the staff. These people for real care about you and want you to succeed. They made me see I did deserve this and was worth something. They taught me… that my addiction speaks to me in my own voice, to not believe everything I think and secrets keep you sick!! Greenbriar was an answer to prayers and will always be grateful for the solid foundation they gave me to start rebuilding my life on. 33 days clean because they seen something in me I couldn't at first. Thank you so much Zoe and Becky, if not for you 2 beautiful ladies I don't know if I would have made it that first week. 💕

I’m willing to revisit this rating and change it should the outcome change. I have called Greenbriar 5 times in the last 4 days to schedule an intake for inpatient care. Each time I’ve called the 1800 number I get the… same experience, someone answers the phone (very professional and polite) they take my name, then put me on hold to page admissions. Each time the person who initially answered my call comes back and says no one is available, they take my name and information and assure me I will get a call back. Each time I have not received a call back. The one time I did get through to admission I was scheduled to come in (this past Tuesday at 2pm) but I would need my own transportation. I was told if I needed their help with transport then to call them back. I’ve been calling back for days and it’s the exact same situation each time. The reputation seems good which is why I’ve been so persestiant but at their point my health is most important and I must find other arraignments. They must do better.

I went here with a goal: to get sober. Greenbriar helped me do just that. I used all the services they offer from medical detox through Outpatient program and feel they have an excellent path to follow for recovery.… Only God knows where I would be or what condition I would be in if it were not for this place. I’m very grateful.
