We have been working with Aaron Moon. He has been so helpful to us. He's given us weekly assignments and skills to work with.
I switched to lifestance earlier this year and for the most part have had a fantastic experience. It has been great being able to have appointments online and my provider is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only… frustration is how long it takes sometimes for responses on the patient portal, especially when it comes to medication refills. It sometimes feels like the portal has no use if I don’t get any response for several days and have to call into the office anyways. Life happens and people get busy so it’s understandable, overall I would recommend this practice!

I have a hard time being at ease around people, being able to do therapy on zoom has given me a very useful tool in being able to live a healthy life.
I love life stance the company I had a bad experience with one psychiatrist. Staff took it really seriously and helped me find a better fit. Both me and my fiance use this place they are knowledgeable and take… responsibility and treat you like a person.
I have been seeing psychiatrist for years and Shannon is very knowledgeable and an excellent listener even though I know she’s heard my story 1000 times she still listens fully and answers. My questions helps me resolve… my concerns and prescribes medication that is improving my situation. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family
I’ve been using Life Stance health for about 7 months and every appointment I have makes me want to keep going back. Their online portal is super helpful being able to see notes, forms or messaging your doctor! I like… how I can meet with someone either online or in person as well! And If I ever need to call the front desk anything they’re super helpful! I definitely recommend using Life Stance health!

If you are into waiting a half-hour after you arrived for your appointment this is place for you. Have some respect for your patients. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this place if you know what’s good for you.
The process from booking to speaking with the Doctor was fast and easy! Very glad I got Dr Shannon she is wonderful and worked with me well to find our solution! Thank you!
