The provision listed at Passages Family Support – Spokane is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Passages Family Support – Spokane Address, Location and Contact Information
The facility address is 1700 South Assembly Road, Spokane, Washington, 99224. Spokane County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Several accounts that describe the same thing tell you more than a single strong opinion.
I have done personal and group therapy and feel they really care about you and how your doing.
By far the best services in the area! Amazing, caring, and loving staff! Lorin is a wonderful therapist and brings her best to every session.
I whole heartedly recommend Passages Family Support of Spokane. The staff seems genuinely committed to personalization of care plans and care teams fit for the uniqueness of their clients...
Couldn't speak more highly of everyone I've dealt with here. Therapists are phenomenal, office staff are helpful and kind, care coordinator has also been extremely helpful in navigating life challenges. If u are feeling… alone against the world coming here will change that for you I'm sure. You feel supported, while at the same time challenged. You will feel like you have a team of people walking with you through your struggle. They have art therapy for adults and kids as well as parent groups and peer support people who never make u feel judged or less than. Thank you to Passages Family Support for helping my family face and overcome the many struggles we faced.
I have been receiving services from passages for about 5 months now. And over the last 5 months my life has dramatically changed. Without the help of everybody at passages and the people at the termonn house I wouldn't… be where I'm at today. I will never be able to truly show the gratitude I have for each and every one of them that have helped me along the way. I just want to say thank you to all of you.
So far a really great experience and a very awesome therapist
It's very welcoming, and the people that work with us are very kind. They work very hard at their job.And we like them a lot
Working with Passages Family Support is a game changer. Literally, every staff member that I encounter is blessed to be a blessing. The support, encouragement and resources that this agency offers are unparalleled.… Passages packs IMPACT! The respite program, where I first began, sparked my confidence and continues to launch a renewed self worth. The therapy, group sessions and individual programs that Passages provides gives me the strength and determination to remain on a positive path. I am learning how to heal in ways I didn't know, that I didn't know. My outlook on life continues to improve. I actually see my growth! The proof is in my relationships that are mending AND ending. Although life's circumstances can no doubt be overwhelming, Passages is helping me to accept what I can... and actually embrace my own journey. Since I began working with this organization in 2025, I can honestly say that I am more optimistic and in better control of my life choices. I'm definitely stronger and able to experience new levels of both inner and outer peace. If you are ready to create a life that you actually WANT to live, I wholeheartedly recommend seeking services through Passages Family Support.
Ehh, Not helpful or resourceful to me at all. More self important circular talk about themselves than any real services I was provided with. Not impressed with this organization or the lack of professionalism.
I would totally recommend to someone else I have been coming for almost a year now and I wouldn't have it any other way
I have found that Passages services including counseling, med management, groups, peer supports and the Termonn respite house are phenomenal! The staff truly want to support you, and they put in the effort to discover… and provide that support. I am so grateful for all the staff as they treat me with respect and involve me in my treatment plans. I feel heard. They make feel encouraged in the hardest times. Would definitely recommend. 💯
My daughter had a zoom meeting and the counselor failed to call her she sat and did her part then waited... Is this the kinda support you guys are talking about.... I won't be coming back .... Completely disappointed..… .. thank you Barbara Jo Campbell
Wonderful staff and beautiful facility.
Don't expect anyone to actually show up for your appointments with any kind of consistency... They cancel as often as they show up, and often don't even bother to notify you when a "crisis" comes up with another patient… which causes them to miss the appointment with you. That's the therapy side. We also worked with the WISe team for almost a year and the team members changed out several times. There was no consistency. The parent peer that worked with us rarely actually showed up when she said she would and when she did, I'm certain she was high on drugs and would nod off on my couch. I finally asked her to stop coming.
Passages has literally saved my life. With out recovery through the arts, alike minds, and hope group I would not be clean and Sober or be back in sSokane Wa. There is not place like passages and I've been in counseling… and trying to break the cycle and stigma of mental illness ADDICTION and domestic violence since I was 14. I work with Priscilla Nate Jason and Jailysa and they are real and they get get what your going through because passages knows the only way to really understand is through lived experience. At passages your more than a client and more than a number. All staff truly care.
Probably the worst place ever. The CEO is the devil. She likes to pretend she is a good person but isn’t. Honestly most of the staff, minus a few are rude, and should never work with the general public.
Recovery Through Arts is an amazing, helpful program for my young adult son. He works thru anxiety issues and trust issues while his creativity flourishes. He has had several 1:1 counselors over the years, they work to… build trust with eachother and then work on troubling matters. Everything takes time, but things work out. My son and I always feel welcome and valued at Passages Family Support.
Had two therapist one slept through the hour and asked about what my diagnosis Was like hadn't read chart and left that session feeling less than not supported. Then one day with a case manager and fellow peer counselor… decided I was ready to leave Passages without contacting my therapist at Catholic Charities and even when and she said I wasn't at that point they ignored it and all of sudden I fought to stay in the group yet even with a ombudsmen at my side and everyone said I could stay until June all but one peer counselor and said it had to be a private and is When I felt I was being set up for whatever. So I continued to go some if the groups and then they went for insurance and even when I jumped through all the hoops it wasn't enough , so quit and it was the worst experience with to much triangulation and no one knows what is going on and poorly ran
Passages came highly recommended to us so I was very excited to begin our journey of healing for my LGBTQ+ children. We began our intake in early March and were told we would have an assigned therapist for both of my… sons by the beginning of April. Now, at the end of August, my sons have finally been assigned almost five months later! I felt like we were finally moving forward. I was promised LGBTQ+ specialists for both of my sons. Today I was told by one of the therapists that they do not have LGBTQ+ specialists at Passages at all! Not only did we wait for months to get help but we were outright lied to! How are they allowed to do this to people who desperately need help? These are children who are targeted daily for being who they are and this institution is supposed to be there. I would give zero stars if I could. If you are an LGBTQ family in need of mental support, don't waste your time here.
I went to passages looking for support due to my childs mental health needs im a single mom wanting to strengthen me and my sons relationship. And theu said they could do that i was looking for help and that has not… been done i wanted family counseling and they dont do that. Theyre not helping us get stronger the therapist is attacking me. They. Met his father and hes never been supportive of me and my son and hes got more money than me i found out that they told him he could sign a form to leave. Me...and his sister and it was there idea
Passages is an amazing organization. They make you feel like you are the most important clients they have. I love having the support they offer us. Thank you
Passages is the heart and soul of recovery. There is not another agency like it. I would recommend it to anyone!!!! So helpful! So amazing! Peer support all the way.
