i come here every month and the wait time is always at least 45 minutes. even with an appointment. i wish they would tell us what time to actually get here so i’m not waiting for an hour
I couldn’t ask for a better group of human beings. I love each and everyone on this place, they have been with me at my lowest point and have watched me continue to strive for the best. Dr. Woods is such a loving,… compassionate, understanding and Godly man. Thanks for everything you all do.
This place is great. The staffs friendly and they answer to all your needs
Great place for treatment. All the doctors and staff are really great. Only reason for the 3 star review is that if you see Dr Woods he is never on time and will leave you waiting for an hour or longer. People have… lives and jobs they have to be at so being respectful of your patients time is important as we have to be respectful of their time by being to our appointments on time. It somewhat makes you feel like since we are in recovery or are “addicts” our time isn’t valuable just like his and everyone else’s. It makes it hard to be productive in life and maintain being in the program when you pretty much have to take the entire day off work each month because you can’t rely on him being on time or even close for your appointments. Every other doctor sees you in a timely manner and is great though.
I love this place I'm almost a year sober because of the doctors here and nurses Robin High
It was quick and easy they met my needs and were very kind and supportive!
The staff is awesome. Alot of us have come in broken misunderstood and just needing someone to care. They have been that and more. I thank God for this process and each person individually and Dr.wood who has a… connection with his patients. We're not just a number but he treats us as a friend
Very fast, secure, and friendly environment. Everyone takes care of patients and feels just like family.
I would like to thank the staff and all the NURSES for all their help for making my visits so great .Its always a pleasure to go to their office.
I Mr.Bobby Perry is a patient at Pathway Healthcare, I just want to say to the ones higher up that I am very truly satisfied with the services that the staff in the front office provides, I also recommend other people… to come here for professional help, thanks to everyone on the front line for being caring and patience.
I’ve been coming here for about a year now, and I absolutely love them!! Everyone is so understanding and down to earth about any and everything!!
Always friendly! A great team of people who care for your wellbeing! I honestly look forward to coming in;)
I've always thought that these kinds of places were dumb and would never help because the ones I have tried never did. And the past probably 5 years of my life have felt like a bad joke where I'm the punchline. But I… found this place and had only heard good things about it so I decided to give it a try, and for the first time as long as I can remember.. I like my life and want to see what all happens in it. All thanks to pathway. If anyone is struggling please try this place before you reach that point. Thank you- Love you guys!!
Quick, caring, and friendly every time. Love this office and their amazing team!
It has always been a great experience, Dr wood is the best!
If you ever find yourself in a position seeking help with long-term recovery, I highly recommend Pathway Healthcare. My husband and I have been coming for 3+ years now and they’ve helped us in many ways. They offer… medication assisted therapy and counseling for mental health and addiction. They’re great people and they really care. Dr. Woods and his staff are amazing. There’s no shame here, only encouragement and kindness from them all.
5 ⭐️ is not enough for this place. They deserve 10! Best staff from the nurses to the doctor! Would recommend to anybody in need, every time!
Really life changing experience!!
It's a wonderfully facility, Stephanie and gracie are wonderful!
I'm so glad I found this place. I love the staff and Dr Wood. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. They are like family. May God bless them and this place.
Excellent care
Very quick! Everyone is so helpful
I absolutely love the staff and the doctors. They are all just as nice as they can be and are always eager to help me when I have any issues arise.
Very professional, and polite. The Doctors and staff especially Dr Cooper are 2nd to none. 5 stars all day
Wonderful , caring experience!! Thank you all
2019 was one of the worst years of my life and for about 2 years after that I didn’t know how to get back to myself until……..I found Pathway Healthcare. These are some of the sweetest most understanding people I’ve ever… met in my life. The fact that they got to know me as a person and my children meant the world to me. It didn’t even feel like just a doctors office anymore…..it was Family! I love my Pathway family and they have gotten me through the hardest times of my life with no judgement. I will recommend them any day of the week. Fun fact is that Dr Wood was my OBGYN when I was pregnant with my twins so he has helped me through all the phases of my life. Taylor and Michaela are the absolute sweetest. They never have a bad day and always so loving and friendly. Please if you need help please see them they can help you
