Recovery Pathways LLC – Bay City Detox and Rehab Services

The register shows Recovery Pathways LLC – Bay City providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Recovery Pathways LLC – Bay City Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 1009 Washington Avenue, Bay City, Michigan, 48708. Bay City sits in Bay County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

any bad review is from someone that dropped dirty or wasnt honest with the Dr. and they're mad at themselves lets be real here they have only gone above and beyond for me so far. Dr. hustles to send my prescriptions my… therapist is amazing and even reception although hard to reach on the phone sometimes are very nice and relateable

I have been dealing with Jessica and autumn, they are both extremely helpful and go out of their way to help me with any problems I may have, I moved and that's the only reason I cannot currently continue to go there, D… Morone is also an amazing Dr who I would definitely recommend if you are serious about getting help. I have been sober for more than 5 months and alot of it has to deal with them, I will miss them tremendously. Thank u for helping me get me life back in order

Do yourself a huge favor and don’t waste your time with this Dr office. They are incredibly unprofessional, it’s nearly impossible to ever get in contact with the office, and they won’t ever return your emails or… calls/messages. Who knows what they’re doing all day but it certainly isn’t helping their doctors’ patients. The doctors here would surely have double or triple the patients if they didn’t use this unprofessional office. Have an emergency? Tough luck. Need to ask your doctor a question outside of an appt? You can’t, full stop. Not exaggerating in the slightest, this is the worst Dr office I have EVER dealt with. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The only redeeming quality was my doctor herself, but this office is too terrible for me to stick with her. Take my advice! Find another doctor instead of dealing with the endless frustration this place will put you through.

I walked out of pathways today for the last time. The last few years have been a ride. Dr Morrone and Dr Ed and counselor Kim have become more like an extended family to me instead of a patient and Dr's. They have seen… it all and if you are serious about getting clean then you have to take the first steps yourself. Don't waste your time or theirs if your not going to be serious about getting help. Most of the negative reviews come from people who try and play these people off as idiots. If you drop dirty they will know, if you try to sell your strips they will find out so you owe it to yourself to do the right thing and stay on track. In the end you will feel so much better physically, mentally and believe it or not spiritual. Thanks to the whole group over at pathways cause without all of you I would of became a statistic.

I went on the shot and it was making me moody did not like how I was feeling and when I told them what was going on Ed the so called recovering doctor which I believe it was gambling because he got mad that I walk out… of his office because he was not listening to me and because I didn't come back and apologize to him they kick me off the program with nothing to help me so do not go someplace that make money off from people's sorrow

I have to say this place saved my life. They normally require an appointment but in my position they got me in immediately and the staff was very understanding. The Doctor is absolutely amazing. He really knows how to… interact with patients. Very happy so far.

I appreciate the help these people provide. They have helped me better my life in a lot of ways and i am almost off the medicine and completely clean. Matt Mitchell and Dr. Maroney really know how to deal with addiction… and have bettered me and my family.

Who ever you have new answering phones need to go she is very rude and I will be complaining to the Dr and the MD bored she doesn't need to be in the field Especially when someone's trying to call and get help. That's… not the kind of reaction people need

While I was seeing them for three plus years for treatment the staff was fantastic I have successfully completed the treatment program and 3 months later when I have questions and concerns about appetite loss and weight… loss and if it's related can't get anybody to call me back because I'm no longer a patient even though the doctor and therapist told me to call them with questions anytime I wanted, complete joke

I would love to give zero stars but that’s not an option. I’m not exaggerating when I say this place is an absolute joke. They do not answer the phone, return voicemails, emails or portal messages. The staff clearly do… not care about their clientele and the difficulties of going through recovery. People with substance abuse disorders are not throw aways and we deserve to be treated with compassion. I hope whoever sees this review will seek help elsewhere so you don’t get treated poorly like I did.

Can I do no stars? Is this the only help for recovering addicts in the area? If so, we’re kinda doomed. I’m relatively new to the area and, unfortunately, this was all I could find.. Dr M is an awful doctor for this… field and is only in it for the money. Luckily I had some years under my belt before dealing with them, cause most addicts in early recovery probably would have went and gotten high after dealing with that man (and his sidekick) possibly, maybe even died.. Fortunately my doctor that is three hours away , was able to continue to see me via telehealth while I keep lowering my dose. If anyone is looking for actual help to get clean, I’d recommend checking out bupe.me before making an appointment here.

This place has excellent psychiatrist and various other stuff and services. The lobby is always so nice and neat but couches around to making her cozy atmosphere too waiting for your appointment but I'm always in early… they're reallytors really good at keeping track of time and managing it I want to go to any other doc

Dr.Morrone has never fills my meds on time and now he's saying I can't get them at all due to a charge that I've had pending for the past year that I've told them about since day one they get you addicted to their pills… and then stop giving them to you and then won't allow you to talk to the director I want to know if this place is even search certified or licensed if I don't get my meds in the next three days I'm definitely going to look into finding out because I'm sick of being sick every other week took me from 18 mg a day down to 3 mg a day because they don't like me also told me that I was the most mentally unstable patient they have out of 700 what kind of doctor says that to his patient

This place is a joke!!! Talking about having to fight for your sobriety... I've been clean since January 16th 2013 granted I take suboxone, I shouldn't have to call every week wondering when my script will be sent over… to pharmacy.

I have been working with recovery pathways for nearly three months now. I am highly frustrated with lack of understanding of my individual situation. The practice seems to take a one size fits all approach to treatment.… Also, it took over two months for the team to finally get my case in order for us to start making progress with my recovery plan. Mind you, I had to file a grievance in order for any specific attention to be paid to my case. My initial case worker seemed incompetent to the matter of addiction treatment. Upon my first evaluation the case worker stated “I’m not really sure what you’re doing here” which was a massive blow to my confidence in my recovery. I have also, on most occasions, waited over an hour in the lobby for my scheduled appointments. On one occasion, after waiting an hour and fourtyfive minutes, was finally taken back to see my case manager. Once we sat down, she stated “We need to have a talk about making your appointments on time”. I then further explained that I had been waiting an excessive amount of time to which she replied “oh, the receptionist just gave me your paperwork?”. Along with this mishandling of paperwork, I have been asked several times to refill documents with no explanation. Is my paperwork being lost? Finally, the receptionist. I feel as though every time I speak with her I am being talked to as a child or someone below her. She often gives glances that seem to say “are you stupid?”. Along with this, for whatever reason, the receptionist is responsible for filling out prescriptions. I am on a psych medication that specifically states “Danger: consult doctor before stopping dosage”. I have made the mistake of doing this in the past and have felt the psychological backlash this medication can give. Through this practice I am only provided a one weeks supply until my next visit. I have complained several times that this seems unwise. Making my appointments is irrelevant to the fact that I should be taking my medications. It seems that my medications are being dangled in front of me like a carrot in order to make my appointments. I am there voluntarily and I am not a child. These are not schedule 1 controlled narcotics by any means either. I am concerned that if I have some emergency or situation in which I have to miss an appointment I will be left no choice but to go without my medication. This matter has been utterly dismissed every time I have mentioned it. Aside from this I have not given up and I’m hoping that things turn around with this practice. It is just unfortunate that I have to fight this hard to be provided proper treatment.
