Recovery Pathways LLC – Mount Pleasant Detox and Rehab Services

Recovery Pathways LLC – Mount Pleasant carries a listing for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

The record shows integrated treatment rather than one problem then the other. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

The site is at 301 South Crapo Street in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, 48858. The city lies within Isabella County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

The psych doctor siedler caused some medical problems for me to now have to live with it for the rest of my life. And when I want to come back to get service I was told to wait 90 days. If cared about the people who… come in, possibly more people will come in and get services from you

I have been with CMHCM for about 2–3 years now. Every visit I’ve had with Dr. Lyon has normally been good, until yesterday. The nurse, Michelle, who usually checks me in, is always great and super friendly.… Unfortunately… she wasn’t there this time. I can’t remember the other nurse’s name, but it seemed like she was having a rough day, and I can understand that because I have them too. However, when patients are coming in for mental health support, it’s the nurse’s duty to help, not judge or scold them like children. As she was taking my blood pressure, I raised my arm because I thought she was going to put the pulse meter on my finger. She immediately shoved my arm back down and scolded me for doing so. After that, she tried to act friendly, asking what I was going to school for, but the way she questioned me felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. When I answered, she ignored my responses and just kept pressing with more questions, as if my answers didn’t matter. She went on to insinuate that I wouldn’t be able to find a job with my degree in such a small town, and kept pressing, “So what city are you going to live in then?” as though it was some very pressing issue. The whole interaction felt invasive, dismissive, and unnecessary. I really hope she starts having better days soon, for her sake and for the sake of the patients she works with.

You have to do everything your self they make you wait a half hour after the appointment was made, the employees are not there either I walked through a whole wing of cubicle offices, not one person in there and if you… call to talk to someone you get a B's response and then you have to wait a w

This place is amazing. My therapist, case manager, and employment specialist are all extremely helpful and kind. I haven't had a bad experience with any of them after months of treatment and I always feel like my time… is valued. The staff in office are always kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend this place.

If I could give a zero review I would. What a waste of time with this place. My son clearly has ADHD. I took him to this place for an assessment. My son has no reason to lie. He told me that they said they think that he… has ADHD. I stopped there today to get a paper stating this to bring to his Dr. appointment tomorrow so we can see if he can get some meds so that he can actually hold down a job. The guy behind the counter was chatting it up with a woman and they were whispering. And suddenly the paperwork says ADHD has been ruled out!!…. My son leaves ice cream out, he's put bacon in the silverware drawer, and leaves burners on. To top all of it off he has had 200+ jobs due to a lack of focus. This place should be closed down. They don’t help people!!!

Doesn't help mentally ill children/teenagers at all, they don't want to listen to you they want to listen to the parents. And once you become an adult with no ability to get there or any idea what your doing because you… never received the help you desperately asked for? Well guess what! you no longer get to have it and they'll just straight up drop you! A therapist there watched me actively dying from abuse, I was so skinny and had a bloody arm every appointment but she didn't call csp or anything! She just basically told me "if you did what I said then maybe you'd be better" LIKE HELL I WOULD BE! IM BEING ABUSED!!!!

This place is an absolute joke!! Supposed to be counseling but literally do not know how to treat or speak to children!! Can't treat autism because obviously it's more important for a family therapist to go out of her… way to be disrespectful to my grandson in every way. Speaking poorly to him trying to purposely trigger him and just out right disrespectful!!!! I am personally calling the governor office, this place has no business being open. The counselors have no education as far as I can see . They just take up space to collect a check and I have had it

Take this with a grain of salt, since I have never been a patient here, however, when I went in with a friend to their appointment I was stunned at how much every worker here seemed like they hated being there and how… eager they seemed to take their frustrations out on patients. The other reviews really confirm what I immediately suspected. I have met nurses and receptionists with bad attitudes and I am sympathetic, truly, it's not easy work; but this place really crossed a line. There are clearly some real problems here that need to be addressed if this place ever hopes to effectively provide healthcare.

Called after hours for assisting a friend with getting in connection with affordable therapy in the area, and I was told to call back later. What is the point of taking calls after hours if you don't even have a list of… available resources to refer others to when yours isn't available?

I have been trying to get my son in to get a therapist since June of 2022. I just called the lady three times today and left voicemails and still received nothing. He also received an autism screening and in the report… they called me and him both by names that are not ours and added things that were never said. Don't waste your time with these people.

Just to get seen is literally like pulling teeth. They have you call between this time and this time. However, when you do someone will tell you "Sry, there is no-one available, or we don't have time rate now, or you… can't drive/ be in vehicle while talking to us". It's just 1 excuse after another. Even if you do call in there designated time slot. This whole process is prior to even being placed on the schedule. Need to talk to someone? Do yourself a favor, go find a tree. You will have better results.

Place is a joke. They don't help until they can fit you in 3 months down the road.. if you're having a mental health crisis don't come here they will only stress you out more.

I saw a therapist here about a year ago and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. She missed or was late to several of my appointments, she treated me with disrespect and when I reported her, the… investigation filed all of claims as “untrue”. Basically the therapist said it didn’t happen and the company left it at that. I overall ended up not feeling safe or confident that I would be treated the way I deserve to be treated or that I mattered as a person to them.

Just started coming here a month ago after stopping service as a kid well it’s been a little over a month no therapist yet just a social worker who doesn’t answer calls and while I was waiting today one of the lady’s at… the front was drinking a white claw!!! I watched a person cry out for help for 3 months. Help was needed with severe depression and thoughts of self harm. This person had prior serious mental health crisis diagnosis instead of helping they tried to push a… pill down his throat. His therapy and counseling appointments were never kept the workers changed without notice multiple times. This is not a place I would recommend anyone struggling with mental health issues to go nor now not EVER!! If I could give them less than one star I would. This system failed this man for months !!

I can't tell if there are too many cooks in the kitchen, or if money restrictions really do create this many malfunctions by itself, but this should not feel this stressful. Feels far too rigid. I start to get the vibe… this is 1984 and they just need to ensure compliance.

Absolutely disgusting- their psychiatrist treated my friend terribly during their evaluation. Told my suicidal friend that he’s not worried about them wanting to kill themselves, that “you don’t need medication, just… more counseling,” and told my trans friend that “you’re such a nice young woman, I’d hate to see you make a mistake” about their top surgery referral. If you’re considering services at this place, please reconsider for your own sake. This place is a joke and their staff would rather be anywhere else, it’s obvious.

I like my therapist. I just wish I would receive faster treatment. I never qualify to get admitted somewhere when I go to the hospital, but it takes forever to feel like any improvement has been made in my mental… health. At this point, I just think I'm lying to myself that things are getting better as a way to make myself feel like something is different. Suicide can happen in a matter of seconds, but I've been seemingly helpless for years. Doesn't anyone care?
