I didn't know what to expect when trying this therapy but it has turned out to be helpful to me. I just basically need someone w/some knowledge and experience to listen to my problems and any input or advice or even… just listening to me is comforting. No one personal is willing to hear or deal w/me but this therapy will. Thankful for that. BTW my therapist is Stephanie and she is wonderful.

I began IOP and individual counseling at Rosecrance in February 2026, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most positive and impactful decisions I’ve made. My counselor Dominique is truly exceptional — she… embodies everything you hope to find in a counselor. From my very first session, Dominique made me feel genuinely heard and understood. She listens with real empathy, never makes you feel judged, and creates a space where it’s safe to be completely honest. That kind of environment is rare and so incredibly valuable, especially when you’re navigating something difficult in your personal life. What sets Dominique apart is her combination of warmth and professionalism. She doesn’t just listen — she provides thoughtful guidance and practical tools that I’ve been able to carry with me outside of our sessions. Her knowledge and approach have helped me build real coping skills that have made a meaningful difference in my day-to-day life. Rosecrance as an organization has also impressed me with the quality of care and the caliber of their staff. Dominique will absolutely keep you on your toes, but if you want it bad enough, anything is possible — just put the work in and you will have true companionship throughout the entire experience. I cannot recommend her enough.

I have gotten a lot out of my IOP!! It has strengthened my commitment to sobriety! It has helped me to develop plans that will help me to remain sober; relapse plan, a plan to deal with family and family issues. The… program has been hugely beneficial!!!

I like the Rosecrance program a lot but I LOVE Dominique and Steve. They balance compassion and support with an expectation of responsibility and accountability which is making my recovery successful. This is the first… program that makes me feel like i want to and CAN stay sober for the long haul

The outpatient program at Rosecrance has been invaluable to my recovery. Dominique demonstrates an authentic commitment to helping me, and others in the group, maintain our sobriety. Whether it is through therapeutic… programming, providing resources to enable our recovery, or just simply by helping navigate confusing financial aid forms, she is all in and wants to see her clients succeed. When Steve has had to fill in, on days Dominique was not here, he did the same. They both really just seem to care…but also hold you accountable if you are not helping yourself. The culture of this program has allowed me the opportunity to really get to know other clients in this programs as well. The friendships I have developed here will stay in my heart forever.
