Samaritan Behavioral Health – Dayton Address, Location and Contact Information
The facility address is 601 South Edwin C Moses Boulevard, Dayton, Ohio, 45417. This address falls in Montgomery County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Samaritan Behavioral Health – Dayton Reviews and Ratings
Many treatment programs look similar on a list of services. Reviews of Samaritan Behavioral Health show how those services were experienced by patients in Dayton.
Accounts from family members are worth reading too, since they often describe communication and visiting in more detail.
How a place can be a provider of pediatric services and not care at all about their patients is beyond my understanding. Please do not take your child to these folks. They do not care about your child here, and you will… be frustrated by their lack of concern. If 0 stars were an option, I would have given them 0. I had the unfortunate experience of working with them for 3 years, (because the therapist was great and I didnt want my son to have to switch), but the medication side is just not something I could continue to work with. The Dr is unprofessional and unorganized and does not care about her patients AT ALL, even though her patients are children. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that cares about your child.
I've been a patient through here for a few years now. I've never had a issue until Premier Health purchased them. I went 6 months without a Dr and I currently just lost my therapist. I am sadly currently without one and… I've had 3 different therapists since they've purchased them.Whatever they did caused most of the Dr's and therapists to leave.
We have been ghosted by the appointed therapist on two occasions. We had to go to great lengths to get back in after the first time. Once she got back to us she called and blamed me for pretty much telling on her. Would… not recommend.
I'll be honest, there are things this facility struggles with... I'm not sure if it's due to poor funding or some weak links in the staff, but the professionals I've worked with have always been kind and accommodating,… willing to help me in any way to navigate any difficulties I may face in making appointments or insurance or billing or anything else. The doctors and therapists have also always been affirming, validating, and make me feel truly heard.
