⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a really positive experience with Vitality Unlimited, and I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received through therapy. I especially want to thank Steven for being so understanding, compassionate, and… supportive throughout my time there. He has always made me feel heard and respected and has created a comfortable environment where I can be open and work through things. Therapy has helped me learn more about myself, work through challenges, and continue growing. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me and the support he has given me along the way. I would definitely recommend Vitality Unlimited, especially to anyone looking for someone who genuinely listens and cares. Thank you, Steven, and the Vitality Unlimited team, for being part of my journey! ❤️
Just say NO! Find somewhere, anywhere else. PERIOD!!!
Terrible service. Rude person who answers the phone, refused to answer any questions until I told her the reason I would be bringing my daughter in. Do not spend your money there.
My MD sent me here to get Adhd medication, they decided that wanted me to have a full on intensive outpatient treatment program with case management due to an instance that happened 23 years ago. I wouldn't recommend… this place. Type of place that would recommend surgery for a stubbed toe.
Can’t even get ahold of them to schedule!
This company was extremely unprofessional and made neither the client nor those assisting the client feel safe or supported. They repeatedly withheld pertinent information needed to move forward with services, hiding… behind vague statements such as “it’s our policy,” yet no such policies are clearly listed on their website or made available in writing. My experience was especially disheartening because this involved my child, who genuinely needed support. As a single mother with a tight schedule, I was initially assured accommodations could be made. Later, those accommodations were suddenly withdrawn, effectively pushing us out. After that, my emails and phone calls went unanswered, leaving me without the information needed to transition or seek further assistance elsewhere. This organization does not reflect the values or community-centered mission it claims to stand for. Instead, it felt as though clients are treated as checks rather than people, with little regard for support, health, safety, or overall well-being. Your repeated, generic responses to reviews further confirm the lack of genuine customer care I experienced. I contacted your company directly and received no return call. Offering a call now as damage control does not resolve the original issue.
Finding a good therapist can be life-changing, and Anthony is truly excellent. He's incredibly empathetic and provides a safe, supportive space to explore difficult feelings. I've found his insights to be really… valuable, and he's helped me develop practical strategies to cope with challenges. I highly recommend him!
This place sucks at first there their to help and give you a date for the person to get admitted then a few weeks 2 weeks before tell you that insurance is not accepted and he really needs help he went becausr he needs… to help to gey off frugs but this place shuts doors on you
Do you guys offer free uber rides to clients? (the city bus doesn't go way up here anymore)
I don't normally leave reviews like this, but I honestly can't recommend the therapists here. My partner and I both saw therapists here for over a year. They almost completely destroyed our relationship, and my… partner's therapist played with their trust like a toy. My partners therapist acted very unethical in a number of ways. My partner has stated many times that going to see them was one of the worst mistakes of their life, because now they are going through even worse mental health problems than ever before. Their therapist never once talked to them about forgiveness, and left them feeling more justified in their feelings of trauma instead of helping them work through their problems. Blaming everyone else for your problems is terrible therapy. My partner said their therapist made them feel worse every time they went to see them, like they were determined to destroy our relationship. I worked on every single problem addressed and it was never good enough. When I told my partner to seek new therapy, their therapist said "he only wants you to stop seeing me because he doesn't want you to get better", and that I was a narcassist (even though narcassists don't actively go to therapy to work on themselves). What kind of qualified therapist manipulates their patients like that? I love my partner and i want what is best for them. Needless to say, we are seeking new therapy with qualified persons, and this time we will vet their credentials. In my experience, even though my personal therapist was nice and intelligent, I don't think they were qualified to truly help me deal with my problems. My partner and I used to be so close, and now we have to seek more expensive therapy to undo what this place brought into our lives. I highly recommend you dont ever seek treatment here, as I don't believe this place is meant to help people. I think they just want your money, and I think one therapist in particular is on a power trip. I honestly hope it closes down, and I hope my partner's therapist well in their job search for a new profession, because they have no business playing with people's mental health. I truly regret this place coming into our lives, and I only hope we can rebuild. The coffee was pretty good tho.
They’re not handicapped accessible. I’ve been coming here over a year for my kids and they moved upstairs. Also, doesn’t really offer family therapy. My ex had druggies living with him while he is actively using, and he… was given time to take care of the problem. My kids say they’ll kill themselves if we’d move to Missouri and CPS came knocking on my door. (Which I mean what teenager doesn’t feel like this when their parents make a difficult decision to move when they can’t afford the current living expenses that is RENO?) Instead of getting the same courtesy to explain my situation this was the move they made. my ex can not get them to school either and yeah . Biased company Updated to respond to their answer. The room has to be reserved. The room is a multipurpose room that can be difficult for handicapped people because of the carpeting. It also isn’t conveyed you need to reserve this room in advance. As someone who showed up with no warning of these changes it was quite embarrassing to be refused because we didn’t reserve a room we didn’t know we had to.
Doctor had cut me off when my dog knocked over my bottle of meds. I have not had a dirty UA in 8 years and thanks to Carla Farnsworth that ended today. All there is out in the street is fentanyl. I'm sure they will take… no responsibility for the bad action and horrible service. If you are thinking of becoming a patient. I would look somewhere. They will leave you in Alprazolam and Subutex withdrawal and never even call you back. I wish I could rate less then 1 star. And my lawyer says it's time to sue .. trust me! Look somewhere else.
If you are looking for a place that does a little bit of everything under one roof when it comes to integrated medicine you have landed yourself in a place that not only makes you feel like a human and not just an… addict or mental head case but gives you a welcoming experience from the time you open the door to check in And as you’re walking out the door work in your program with the self-confidence and a surety from the support behind those doors.
I love the counselors
