I am very comfortable coming and getting my care in Springfield. I drive pretty far and could go anywhere i want, but Melissa and Dr Cole are amazing!
I’ve had bad times The older Secretary call my home and was so RUDE to me about something that I had nothing to do with. One of the counselor kept changing my appointment and then said it was me but when I tried to… explain that she was wrong she got very RUDE to me.
I had Melissa as my nurse and she is always so friendly and so nice and is thorough and everything she does. I give her a 10 out of a 10.
Everyone is so friendly
I love pathway if you need help on getting clean from drugs go to this place I love it the Doctors are great I see Dr.Cole she is great.
Doc are very nice nurses and staff are very friendly even when they are overworked
If one is ready for treatment and getting better, Pathway is the best facility in doing so. I've been to several places in the past, and, Im telling you, none have even came close to receiving the care and treatment one… gets at Pathway. The doctors, nurses and staff are very knowledgeable and great people. I was a pt there for 6 years and the employees there are like family. They truly are great people, In particular Dr. Cole, and Mrs. Shannon. Thank you so much for being there and everything you have done.
Stephanie was wonderful to work with
I love Natalie she is like my family I love Dr still she is amazing they are family
They are all great but Shannon and Dr. Cole are my absolute favorites. Oh and I don't want to forget Amanda, she's great too! I love them and I am thankful for them! Take it from someone who knows, if you are… struggling, scared, and want help you can trust these people to take care of you. They may just save your life!
This place has gotten worse and worse. They cycle through doctors and office employees rapidly so you end up with some who care and some who not only don’t care but who are completely incompetent.
It exceeded my expectations. The care I receive is exceptional and the kindness of the staff is really pleasant to experience. It’s not typical to receive this level of kindness from Healthcare staff, I feel as if I am… family.
I love coming in to see Bree. She is very nice and super helpful! Our family appreciates all that she does.
Everyone always treats me with respect and kindness! This place saved my life!!
This place absolutely saved my life the staff are all friendly but exceptionally friendly is Shannon she makes you feel at ease she doesn't judge she's there if you need to talk she is the best nurse at pathway I… absolutely love this place I know Carson is the most lovable nurse and pathway if you had a problem she's the one to go talk to between Shannon and Carson that's all pathway needs
Pathway saved and changed my life, now on the path to peer recovery certification, thank you pathway and GOD BLESS YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR EVERYONE!
This place is awesome!!! Everyone is soo nice and my life has changed for the better since coming here..highly recommend
Best place for addiction treatment. But I'd like to especially thank Shannon for being there and getting things done she's awesome
This place hands down saved my life! I have the most caring, amazing and thoughtful team standing behind me from Mrs.Shannon to Dr Cole to Kristina Kerr! They’ve made this journey easier and I have had a lot going on… and no matter what Kristina is only a call away! I love this place!
I absolutely love this place & all the people that work here from the receptionist to the Dr's & nurses
I've been with pathway awhile 5 years Ithink ,My doctor is leaving that's very upsetting to me,But I'm sure there will be someone to take Dr Duffy's place that cares as much as she did,She saved my life,The new staff… especially the ladies up front,My opinion need more training, And doesn't need to tell the patient she has or doesn't have this doctor or that doctor when the patient knows who her doctor is and therapist,With that BIENG said I've been without my mental health medication for weeks now 😢Tracey she went above and beyond to help me get another appointment set up with the psychiatrist, thank you Tracey,That's about all I have,I'm going to tuff it out until then,But pathway 8 highly recommend if you want to get clean and get your life together call pathway the nurses that work in the back I'm just getting to know them Melissa is really nice and she does care about you ,I'm going to miss you so much Dr Duffy just as much as IMISS Shannon, Ijust hope things doesn't keep changing,I'm just not good with change , pathway saved my life, And they can help you please give them a call they do care🥰
My mother is a patient. I needed FMLA paperwork filled out so I can travel from Ohio to help my sister take care of my mother. I personally went in to the office in Springfield and requested the FMLA forms be filled… out. My sister also went in and provided them a HIPAA form to release the info. I offered to pay a fee for them to complete the forms. I gave them everything they needed to accomplish the task, but they did not. They were obtuse at all turns. They would not return voicemails that I left, they would not return emails. My case was closed and my FMLA was denied. My sister had to quit her job to help take care of my mother at home because I can't make it down there without losing my job. It's common sense to me that part of a person's treatment involves their family. We did not need this added heartache and difficulty. She will continue to be a patient there, because switching therapists would cause more harm for her than good. And they seem to do an adequate job therapy-wise at least. It would disrupt her routine and she is already in a fragile state. But, in the future I wouldn't take a house plant in there to receive soothing words. I'm not sure if it was out of malice, or just ignorance, but they utterly and completely dropped the ball. Actually, they never picked the ball up.
My name is Miranda and i have been going to Pathway well since way before the office space they are in was even pathway so since 2016 but once pathway took over we truly were rocky but i quickly adapted to the change… and immediately fell in love with seeing Dr Cole, Shannon am Austin! all three of them are amazing people and truly are changing lives with one patient at a time. They all three have seen me at my worst and now they are seeing me at my best and i absolutely am so proud of myself for sticking with them and listening to their guidance. Austin is truly an amazing counselor and has by far been the best i have seen at pathway i won’t see anyone but her. Shannon she is soooo caring and truly cares for her patients and she takes her time to make sure you’re okay and she doesn’t miss anything that might be going on. Dr Cole i could literally write a book about her! we started off rocky but quickly got on the same page! i love seeing her smiling face every month! she has always made sure any concerns i might have get answered or i get help with them. she doesn’t hesitate to go that extra mile for her patients in my opinion pathway in Springfield wouldn’t be pathway without her i’d i could give them all three an award i would cause they deserve it & they deserve to be recognized for their outstanding and caring personalities
After being treated almost a year never being late for an appointment nor failing an urinalysis test when me and my family have to leave country on an emergency basis with only a weeks notice they provided no help in… easing the symptoms that the cessation of the medication they prescribed is causing . I would not recommend to anyone
I finally got my medication sent almost 24hrs later!!! I’ve had the wrong quantity sent in, the wrong doses sent in, but this tops em all. My appt was at 2:30pm yesterday and no medication was sent until 12:30pm today.… The staff was aware before they closed that nothing had been sent, but they still left as if it wasn’t important. This could’ve turned out bad if I was a weak person…
Dr Kromer is a straight shooter !!! Down to earth !! Everyone has treated me like part of a family. Sorry, but no complaints...... 👍
