Had a great experience tagging along for my wife and son’s appointment. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and welcoming.
Safe place for my kids to get quality care. Happy with the efficiency and access.
The healthcare providers get five stars hands down the nurse practitioner Andrea and the student nurse practitioner/RN Tyler are phenomenal. They have impeccable bedside manners and truly know what they are doing and… are passionate about their patients. office leadership is resourceful and kind
Jay is amazing and speaking with the vice president of center stone was great. She listen and helped me.
They do not accept private insurance. So unless you have TENNcare they can't help you.
Understanding, service with smiles, caring, very professional.
All the staff is amazing and beyond helpful!! They have given me a new outlook on life and new hope. Thank you Springfield Centerstone!!!!
I have been a client of Centerstone off and on for over 20 years. I’ve recently returned for my mental health needs and the scheduling is not like it used to be. I used to get a print out with my future appointments… listed clear to understand. I’m used to seeing two staff members per visit. The appointment reminders have only been listing one of your professional staff members when I usually see two. The last appointment was scheduled for 11am. When I got a reminder call prior to my visit the automated call stated I had an appointment at 10am and 11am. I rely on family members to drive me to Centerstone and they are employed. The appointment paper I was given only stated an appointment at 11am. This caused stress because I could not reach the office staff by phone before my appointment and there was not an option to leave a message. It seems the current office staff aren’t doing a good job of providing accurate information about future appointments. Other than that, the new medicine Dr Hartman has prescribed me is great and I have a brighter perspective on my future!
Very welcoming , very attentive, very caring , my celestial happy place
Corinne Schaeffer is wonderful.
My child has special needs and since Mrs Rachel left she has seen 4 different therapist in 2 months time bc they keep leaving and 2 different case managers now I have to be on a waiting list for her to get in the… Madison facility how do you expect someone to open up about there feelings and what is going on if the patient can trust them to stay long enough to form a trust
Do not use this clinic. After moving to this state and needing to establish to continue my medication I was able to make a appointment here. They have been unable to do a task as simple as getting my previous medical… records so I can be prescribe my medication and requesting that I obtain my medical records and schedule a follow up appointment after a month without said Medication. They were quite fast on billing my insurance but, completely unwilling to actually help me. Save yourself the trouble and seek help else where.
I would give 0 if they have one. Call center associates are so rude. Really don't want to go there but I don't have option.
Wonderful 👏 👏
Katie is a therapist at this facility and she’s extremely professional and has helped me a great deal in a very short time. I had other therapists prior to her that, though they were great, they weren’t Katie great. If… you are willing to do the work she will give you the tools. When I first went to Centerstone. I was not impressed with some of the ladies at the front desk until I met Jessica West. She’s a gem. The other ladies are nice, and they don’t treat you poorly or anything, but Jessica has a way of making you feel like a person and not a chart.
The therapists and other staff here have changed my life. I’ve had a couple therapists and a couple psychiatrists since I started, so be aware there can be turnover here, but everyone is so kind and caring that I didn’t… mind much. Don’t be put off by the receptionists when you first start, they’re just a little blunt sometimes. I am so happy I found treatment. Thank you Springfield Centerstone!!
I have been going to the place on and off my entire life not because I choose to... a few mindful tips to be aware of are You will more than likely see several different therapist The staff majority of the time are rude… The answering service are ridiculous and most of the time you wont get an appt unless its months out .as far as medicine goes they will shove whatever they can down your throat and get you out of there .. Good luck !
My son was going here ran out of his meds and found out his ins was cancelled so now they wont even agree to see him pro bono so he can get his meds. And his ins literally cancelled the day before he went back. Theyre… willing to do his therapy pro bono but not his dr and meds. Legal drug dealers. His mood and ability to cope has dropped drastically. These people dont care for anything cor money.if michael murrey gets any worse im going to sue them. His ins does this just to try and avoid paying on time. And we already pay out of pocket for meds. He just had surgery and is disabled. But they cut him no slack. Money money money..
They don't help you at all...
The receptionist at Centerstone are the rudest employees I’ve ever came across.
One word - RUDE. Receptionist at the desk is short and unfriendly. She doesn't try to help accommodate in any way. I will be taking my uncle somewhere else. This place is not worth walking into.
If only I could give them 0 stars . Worst place to go if you need any kind of help .
I have been going to Centerstone for 10 years now and the only reason is to get meds because I had no insurance. I have been up and down all they do is change my meds and say see you in 6 weeks or 2 months.Call if you… need anything.I fight my battles inside my head on my own or try.I tried their counseling it was a joke and did not help me at all. What I need is meds that help and a really good counselor that actually cares.I now have insurance but am afraid of change.I know I need to cut ties with this place.I need to get some real help.I was put in the hospital through them.It was the most horrible experience of my life.It was like a prison.I could write a book on it.I have a mental Illness I wasnot surpose to be treated like a prisoner serving a sentence.
Will completely waste your time and money for months, avoid at all costs.
