I can tell u right now this guys have there stuff in order and together I freaking love Cnv they are really about recovery

Megan has no experience in running a detox center. Her professionalism is non existent and she, nor her father who is the owner do not understand how to treat people in detox with dignity or respect. Megan, also does… not know how to communicate without being defensive, rude and yelling. Duncan, the owner was rude and disrespectful on speaker phone when I asked about MY treatment plan. The other clients that I was in detox with also felt that she had a NASTY disposition. The techs there are unqualified to help people save their lives. I was supposed to be getting my BP taken, and the tech failed to start the machine, documenting the wrong BP reading. The bathrooms were filthy, there is no cleaning service, no other activities besides eating, sleeping and video games. I refused to stay after a loud argument with Morgan. How she failed to see the part that she played with her behavior is beyond comprehension. I have 10 years of case management experience and would never treat anyone on my caseload in the manner that she did. Do not send loved ones here. This place is a cash grab for insurance. Not my opinion but My experience.

I had the pleasure of working with David at CNV Detox, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He is professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. The team is quick, reliable, and truly cares… about providing great service. I’m looking forward to continuing to work together and watching the business grow. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend went to CNV to detox and I am so grateful for their staff. The owner met us at the house to meet him and was apart of the whole journey. At other treatment centers I never even met the owner! I appreciate… everything they did for my boyfriend and will forever be grateful to them for helping save his life!!

As I was introduced to the center by family member I was not a believer. However after actually experiencing CNV for myself I can truly say it is a one of a kind center that caters to the individual needs of the… individual. The staff, the therapist, the culture is one of a kind. CNV is a place that actually cares and wants to help you. You really feel like family! I can honestly say I miss the place and the environment. If you or a love one is on the fence about it like I was, I will say to go for it! You will see the difference it makes in your life! I look forward to the journey and meetings that follow! I love CNV!

I was desperate to get out from under my addiction and figure out my “why”- by the grace of God I landed with CNV Detox. I completed a 30 day program and am so grateful to have a second chance at my life. As difficult… as it was to walk through the doors, to my surprise I had just as difficult of a time walking out. My experience was incredible and the staff will be so missed. I also enjoyed the sense of community I was lucky to have with my housemates. We shared many meals alongside eachother and I left with friendships to cherish. I genuinely felt loved and cared for at this facility and was treated with respect. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly. Thank you, a million times over. Also, Candace makes the best chicken salad and idc what anyone says.

After countless hours and days of searching for detox facilities I finally found CNV which I can completely say transformed my life. I felt so cared for, safe, comfortable, respected, and every single staff member made… me feel loved like family. I 100% believe there isn’t a better detox / rehab facility in LA. I feel incredibly lucky to have found CNV and I highly recommend them if you are struggling with addiction and / or mental health. These people are actual saints and as a bonus I made new friends who I believe will be a huge support system for me for the rest of my life. Casa Nuevo Detox saved my life! I have relapsed a few times and I was able to finally get it this time thanks to Casa. The staff is so patient and made the experience as Comfortable as detoxing can be. The food was… great. I had a great experience.

I had a great experience at CNV Detox. Everyone there is caring, friendly, and professional. I found the one-on-one therapy sessions to be particularly meaningful, but the group sessions were good too. And my fellow… clients were great people too. My bed was comfortable and the food was good. I hope I don't have to go back there—but if I do need it I will pick CNV again!

CNV launched me into my new life! I will admit it; it wasn't my idea to go to detox. But I'll also admit that my stay at CNV was absolutely life-changing... The house was comfortable, the staff was super caring, and the… vibe was geared towards getting me well. They really tailored the program to helping people recover, and for that, I'm very appreciative. Because of them, I honestly believe I'm on my way to kicking my habit for good. It's a day-by-day commitment, and I know there's no cure. But the team at CNV gave me confidence that I can actually recover. I can't thank CNV enough for helping me turn things around. CNV Detox saved my life! I had hit my bottom and didn’t even realize it. My life had become unmanageable. I had become a daily drinker and could not stop. When I arrived at CNV I was welcomed with open arms. The staff… prepared meals for me, gave me a comfortable room and cozy place to be for 7 days. They introduced me to the program of AA and to the person who would be and remains my sponsor. The entire experience was like being wrapped up in a warm blanket. I felt safe. For the first time in a long time I was able to relax and feel a sense of peace. My last drink was the night before I went into CNV. That was just shy of 18 months ago. I will forever be grateful to David, Steve and the team at CNV for saving my life.

I called at 2 or 3 in the morning, expecting to leave a message and hope for a returned call. David actually answered the phone and was extremely patient with me. Just a few hours later, my husband was set up and… started his recovery. We are both extremely grateful for CNV.

This place saved my life, and brought the joy back into my life! The staff is amazing. I love every single one of them. They are so supportive and make sure all your needs are taken care of. 💗 I was so sad to leave,… that's how much of an impact they have on my life. I was lucky enough to get into CNV and I can say that the staff truly cares for each and every one of their residents. Your sobriety and tools to stay sober are of the utmost importance. The food and amenities were… great. The overnight freshly baked goods were AMAZING. If you are in need of their services and are serious about recovery, then please consider CNV.

My son needed to detox from alcohol. After calling and interviewing a few centers, we decided on CNV. David answered all my concerns and, unlike the other centers I had phoned before, it didn't feel like someone was… trying to sell me something. It didn't feel like I was talking to a staff member at the "front desk". David understood what my family was going through and had Steve from "the house" phone my son. Within an hour after that call, my son entered into detox. Throughout my son's stay, David kept me and my husband in the loop. He and Jessica put together an aftercare plan and my son was able to transition smoothly from detox into a longterm recovery program.

If you are in need of a place to detox/rehabilitation...this IS the place! Everyone who works here are angels. The house is comfortable, wonderful therapists/counselors/techs. They treat you with love and truly see you… and attend to your needs, cook great food for you and it's overall way more fun than any hospital setting! Success comes from this place. Highly suggest!
