Neurowellness was such a life changing experience. I was a little hesitant at first because of my lack of knowledge about TMS therapy but Dr. Javier was so informative and immediately put me at ease! Everyone on the… team is amazing especially Curtis, Andrea and Sam who I mostly interacted with. I literally tell everyone about this place hoping it can help someone as much as this place did for me.

Really appreciated the team I gave T.M.S a try and really noticed a ton of improvements with my life!

As a healthcare provider myself, it is rare to find competent clinicians who are empathic. I was initially referred to Neuro Wellness Spa by my PCP for re-evaluation of my antidepressant regimen, ADHD assessment (per… the recommendation of my regular therapist) and, in the process, help with grief management. I selected the MDR site based on educational training of the providers, location, and reviews. Molly Hanna, PMHNP and Frances Javier, MD are exceptional clinicians. They are extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and answered the many questions and concerns I had, especially when I was introduced to TMS treatment. I even researched on the clinical studies behind TMS to ensure that it is truly effective and safe. Shortly after initiating care and TMS with Neuro Wellness Spa, I unexpectedly had a significant loss that normally would be debilitating for someone like me. I took a month off from TMS to handle my affairs and then resumed treatment. The TMS Technicians - Curtis, Antoinette, and Andrea - are absolute godsends. They are extremely patient and flexible especially with the kind of random schedule that I have. Upon completion of my first set of TMS treatments, I still wasn’t sure if it was TMS that helped me function, or if it was my medication adjustments, or increasing the frequency of my therapy sessions, or simply the combination of it all. But somehow, I was still able to get up every day and function like a human being. My therapist and others close to me have commented on the difference they observed in me post-TMS treatments. Going through my second set of TMS treatments is when I noticed the difference, to the point where I was actually looking forward to them (which wasn’t the case during the first set). Not sure if this will be a long-term solution for me, but it’s definitely something that I would recommend others to try, especially since it’s proven to be safe and effective, having earned FDA approval, and it is a covered treatment by most major insurance plans.

The care team at Neuro Wellness Spa Marina is reliable, consistent, and really supportive. Dr. Javier is always there to answer any questions I have & give me motivation when I need it most. Curtis has been such a… lovely support as my TMS tech ~ we often spend the session chatting and before I know it the session is over! Tms is great! The front desk staff always greets me so nicely, and the place smells so nice when i enter. The 36 sessions are almost halfway over, and my mood and sleep are feeling better than ever

Neuro Wellness Spa is an expertly staffed resource to help get your mental well being back in balance. I found them during a time of intense grief and depression. They discussed options with me instead of just the knee… jerk pharmaceutical push you get from most doctors. I tried the TMS treatment and am thrilled to say it had life changing results for me. I am still grieving, but my mental health is not driven by it. Daily tasks are not overwhelming and I feel in control of my well being. The added bonus is that my insurance covered it all. Their offices are welcoming, the intake experience was easy, and the scheduling was simple and flexible. They responded quickly to me every step of the way. A huge thank you to the entire staff at Neuro Wellness Spa for your excellent care. I look forward to our continued work together.

Neuro Wellness Spa has really helped me to get the care that I need. The intake process was pain free. After speaking with someone on the phone, I was sent paperwork, and I got an appointment same day. I met with a… practitioner and I felt that they were really able to listen to me and provide quality care. I would encourage anyone seeking psychiatric support to give this place a shot.
