Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived early and they were able to see me quickly. Getting lab work after my appointment was also quick and easy. Dr. Jafari and Nurse Helen were my favorite of all the… primary care teams I've met at Kaiser over the years!!

Always have a great experience here. Yolanda at check is so kind and made an annoying personal errand into the hi-light of my day.

They have someone to help check in. The staff was friendly & helpful, especially Laura in radiology. She was very professional, & efficient. I was in & out in about 10-15 minutes. Great service!!!

I have a really good experience every time I visit my primary care physician Dr. Maysam Azizi together with his professional nurses Ursula and Cristin (Kaiser Permanente Culver Marina Medical Office) and they are so… kind, friendly, respectful, compassionate, and with attention to detail and very accommodating, with all my queries in regards for my consultation and follow up questions. Dr. Christina-Nguyen and Nurse Diana are truly exceptional. They are always so kind, compassionate, patient, and attentive. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They take the time to… listen to your concerns, explain things clearly, and most importantly, make you feel heard and understood. You never feel rushed or dismissed when you’re speaking with them. They genuinely care about their patients and always go above and beyond to provide the best service and care possible. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly stand out. It’s so worth it for me to drive 50 miles to see my primary care doctor when i needed , even though I moved far away. I wouldn’t trade him for any other doctor or switch to another Kaiser location.

Helen warmly greeted me which helped to put my mind at ease as I have recently had some significant health issues, including a cardiac arrest. Dr. Jafari Greeted me with kindness and helped me calm some of my nerves. We… discussed my recent health concerns along with my hospitalization. She truly let me know that she was there for me!

Ok, so I just had theeee best experience! I needed to have an ultrasound and was greeted by Ralph S. and Cheron C. (the diagnostic medical sonographer & sonography aide) at KP Playa Vista. They are amazing. I felt 100%… comfortable. Ralph explained everything to me clearly. He was so patient with me. I love that he asked for my consent before moving forward with the imaging. He was so thorough and didn’t rush me. I could tell he genuinely cared. He watched very carefully to make sure he didn’t hurt me. I normally prefer to have women do these types of things because I’ve had a couple bad experiences. He was so professional. It was really nice to be able to feel at ease. Cheron was very comforting and professional as well. She was full of smiles and warmth. Sometimes it feels awkward with two people in the room when your body is involved. She made sure I did everything I was supposed to do. She was kind and super patient-centered. She even caught it when I misunderstood one of the directions and helped me fix it without feeling bad about it. She was a joy and I’m glad she chose this field.

Dr. Myint is not only an extremely knowledgeable Doctor but a Doctor who really CARES. She keeps these most important attributes of her profession alive for all those in her field to see, both her patients and her… fellow Doctors. Kaiser is lucky/so blessed to have her, as am I and all of her patients…😃! i LEAVE HER OFFICE THE SAME WAY EVERY TIME: Assured, Grateful, Happy and INSPIRED to take even better care of myself. If having inspired one isn’t the greatest thing a Doctor can do for a patient i don’t know what is 😃✊❤️🕊

Dr. Shafa is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She has a wonderful “bedside manner.” She listens and genuinely cares about the health and wellbeing of her patients. She will do her utmost to figure out… the cause of a medical problem and come up with a solution. She keeps track and follows up also.

Love my nurse Gabino Vivar. He took the time to help me with my glucose monitor

It's time for Dr. Roy Shaked to retire. He simply doesn't care anymore. Maybe he did decades ago, but not anymore!

Esmeralda the nurse was gracious and relaxed my frayed nerves with her patience and smile. Dr Lally was also patient and kind. His clear inquiry and summary of action taken was very helpful.

I had a nurses appointment at Kaiser Culver Marina. The nurse was prompt, kind, professional, and thorough. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and completed my blood pressure and weight check… efficiently. I truly appreciated her friendly attitude and excellent care.
