I am an… individual who has had a very traumatic childhood physically an sexual abuse lost mom at age 13 been all over the place an no one EVER TOOK THE TIME TO TRY TO HELP ME OR EVEN UNDERSTAND ME. JENA DID! I SAW JENA 6/23/26 AN STARTED VENLAFAXINE AN TRAZADONE AN STARTED THAT SAME DAY. 2 WEEKS LATER HAD A FOLLOW UP WITH HER I FEEL LIKE ME AGAIN. MY TRIPLETS EVEN SAID MOMMY I LOVE JENA FOR HER HELPING US GET THE BEST VERSION OF OUR MOMMY BCAK POSSIBLE. YES JENA DID JUST THAT. They go above and beyond to ensure their patients are well… cared for. Bloom Health offers many resources for patients seeking mental health care. I highly recommend their services.

My therapist is great. The system not so much. They send you about 4 reminders each week and you need to check in and pay early. There is no app so you need to relog in to the web browser every time you go to confirm… the appointment and then go to the appointment. There are questions each time to confirm your identity and it’s really prohibitive for people who get overwhelmed easily. They need to figure out how to make the access to their therapists easy.
I have been a patient with Bloom for over a year now, I love my therapist Jina and my new one Zoya. Traci and Natalie have been great also. All of them are very easy to talk to and work with.
