Today I was there. I had to leave my car running because when you shut it off, it won’t start. I had cracked the window just a bit about an inch. I had just borrowed some designer shoes from my daughter to wear to an… event this week and I want you to know someone had gotten in my car. They stole my handicap parking tag from the rearview mirror as well as my apartment parking pass to replace that it’s $50. Not sure what the cost is to replace the handicap tag but those shoes were close to $600 and I just tried to call cause I just call to see if they had a surveillance camera and of course they’re closed. I’m beyond furious. I wanna know which druggie felt the need to steal my shoes my handicap, parking pass, and my apartment parking pass. ??
Great experience. Starting off on a reasonable amount that will have you feeling better the first day. Only one complaint when there is only one nurse in, the waiting room could be 2-3 hours so if you can , go first… thing in the morning.
Everyone at this facility is Very Excellent!!!!
I love Crossroads!! Been to a few and this place is the BEST 👌 👍
Top notch staff across the board this place has helped me alot I greatly appreciate them if your looking for help this is the place to go
I’ve been a patient at this clinic for quite some time, and I wanted to leave a review for anyone who looks at reviews before deciding where to go. Crossroads has been an amazing place, and I’ve always felt supported… and treated with respect. I especially want to recognize the Head RN, Rena. She has consistently gone above and beyond to help me, and her compassion, professionalism, and dedication truly make a difference. She is an incredible asset to this clinic. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. In my opinion, this is what a true five-star experience looks like. Thank you to Rena and the entire team at Crossroads for everything you do.
Crossroads Treatment Center has been a huge support in my recovery. The staff, especially the counselors and nurses, genuinely care about you and your progress. I can’t recommend them enough—they’re truly one of the… best in Louisville!
I had two great counselors and was treated like they wanted me to succeed. I was on my way to that and am detoxing .The only reason I left CTC My family had to relocate . You dont have one in the area . So got find… somebody in this area . Other than maybe help the individual locate other clinics in area they are moving . Have to say they were good people!!
Very nice & friendly staff, no staff or anyone else has ever been rude towards me or my wife. I love coming to crossroads, it’s been a life changing experience & I’m so blessed for crossroads & the whole team! Sorry
Crossroads saved my life.
Great place. Everyone is super nice. The only thing I complain about is they use to have our bottles per made due to me and other people being monthly and having a lot of bottles. It just made everything go faster then… now where they have to fill them in front of us. It just slows the process down for the nurses and the patients. Definitely need to go back to letting the nurses per make our bottles. This place helped save my life.
I get in and out of the clinic quickly every visit and I am treated with respect everyone is kind to me and I usually have my 2 yr old daughter with me who absolutely loves going with me to see all the staff who make… her feel like a vip.
Original -They suck. Very unprofessional and they are super unhealthy for your "behavioral health". New -I'm not going to completely change my review because I have had some bad experiences here, but I have to say it… has been 100% better. I'm not sure if it's new management or what but it's not as bad as it once was. There's definitely room for improvement.
I've been at crossroads for quite some time pretty much since they open the one off cargo Court and everybody that works there is super nice easy to get along with the nurses are great the counselors are great
Góod counselors But the people in the pharmacy are rude
It was a while ago that I shared my negative review of this facility, and I stand by that review at that time. However, that was a while ago, and since then many of the higher ups have gone and new people have been… brought in. Not just at the higher level (including new providers/drs) but all levels at the facility - new faces that greet you at the window, new counselors, new nurses, lots of new faces. And its all been for the better. Some policies have also got some much needed changes. This place has definitely got TONS better and implemented positive changes & im so thankful for it. Not sure where they found their workers from but they've hired some literal angels and I hope they stay and dont leave!
Very nice people really is a safe space to receive treatment
Helped me and thankful . Life is better
I had been at another treatment facility for years. I felt like I was just another invoice. Policies constantly changing, no support or compassion. I felt the difference the first time I called Crossroads and Josh… answered. I felt heard and welcomed. I’m so happy I made the change to Crossroads Treatment facility. From the time I walk through the door and saw Alexis’ smiling bright face, to Josh’s open and caring personality. CJ and Renee are amazing and never look or talk down to me. Craig always speaks and has a smile. I never have felt less than or felt like I was being judged for being an addict. I appreciate the care and support I receive from Crossroads staff. I have 19 years sobriety today and know that I have the team behind to continue to remain sober.
Private and in and out.
Love this place! They saved my life!!!!
