Y'all suck because nobody knows how to pick up the phone or return phone calls and they don't know what they doing at all
Whoever hired the man at the front desk must have been given a fabricated resume. Someone who is dead inside and doesn't like taking phone calls shouldn't work a front desk. Much less, at a counseling center. That man… is literally terrible.
It seems like a “counseling center”,would do better screening before hiring someone to be the front line employee. Receptionist at a “counseling center” = Compassion for BROKEN People….Not Here!
