The front desk staff is always so kind, which is honestly rare to find. Mr. Kevin De La Rosa is just as great—he takes the time to listen and always provides helpful information and guidance on the best steps to take… for my child. I truly appreciate the care here and would definitely give this place 5 ⭐️!

It seems as if nobody wants to go to work at this company as well as nobody wants to actually listen to anything That a patient needs to say. They hide behind a façade of caring and they hear you, but don’t listen to… you.. It is a real problem if you’ve been taking medication for a very long time and have them tell you know your entire life is a lie.

The psychiatrist prescribed me medications without a diagnosis. I specifically said I have fainting spells/low blood pressure issues and fears about hyper extended shock/sudden cardiac death syndrome. I had an episode… and the pharmacist said stop taking the meds because I was on one that was not designed for people with those issues. A male therapist spoke to me in sexual insinuations. I tried to get help elsewhere and apparently this centers misconduct reputation proceeds them, because there was a fixation on if I was lying about being innocent of screwing that one token black guy like everyone else. (Why would I relate to a man who acted so juvenile and seemed to have a whistful eye for kids toys?) I have a paranoid disorder and absolutely need others to be honest with themselves and not play mind games with me. (The complaints line individual would not gove me her name after multiple talks) My mind plays enough tricks on me already, so none of this would resolve within itself. I needed other clinics to establish facts and reality.

My daughter is having an issue with a bill they say she owes. Her insurance says they pay 100% for these services and the center needs to call them. They won’t call and insist that she owes them directly. She called to… appoint me as her representative to speak on her behalf bc I have more experience with this sort of thing. She was told they can’t talk to me because of HIPAA. Such a lie. I’ve helped other people and have many years experience dealing with medical situations.

I appreciate the care my son receives at Pathways Behavioral Health in Griffin. However, I’ve had some uncomfortable experiences with one of the front desk staff members. She was once very professional, but recently her… tone has felt sharp and unkind. On one occasion, she commented about me getting my son to his appointment on time while sitting behind the desk eating, which felt inappropriate. The clinical staff provide good care, and I hope the professionalism at the front desk can better reflect the compassion shown by the rest of the team.

Doesn't answer phone. Directory options hang up without ringing. EDIT: I read the other reviews. Yikes. I just need screening for civil service and they're locking folks up. Don't go here.

This was a few years back. I had never felt more lied to then when my therapist told me I wasn’t gonna have to do a family session then proceeded to make me have one without my knowledge causing me to have a lot of… stress. When in the session my mom did a number of things that had made me immediately quit going here. It’s not just my moms fault. The therapist I had was completely at fault as well. I was completely angry that I was lied to. I honestly had never felt more unsafe in an office till that day. I genuinely hope that she thinks about me everyday, and how she wrongfully put me in that situation. Not only did I feel unsafe going to any office again, I felt completely unsafe talking about my feelings to any adult. I will never forgive her for the stress that I deal with because of her actions. I honestly hope she never puts anyone else in a situation like that. It was completely unnecessary and uncalled for.

My sister did the walk in process and was told to come back for her appointment at 2. She was then transferred by car to the Newnan Pathways inpatient crisis facility even though she did not meet the criteria for an… involuntary. They basically kidnapped her and are holding her against her will. She was terrified when I called her phone yesterday. Griffin Pathways apparently likes to say people are in crisis when they just go up there to get back on their medicine and send people to crisis facilities even though they do not meet the criteria for an involuntary hold. This is completely illegal and against our rights.

Nikki has been the greatest she is very understanding and very knowledgeable and listens very contently to what you have to say, I'll say her as long as she's there, I love her to death. Alicia at the checkout desk is… also wonderful so friendly and does her job very well she is very caring and always has a smile. If there was one thing I could change about the center it would be a simple I asked a phone call the day before your appointment I've missed two appointments do to not remembering my appointment and I don't like that at all I don't like missing my appointments because I need my therapy my depression is better my anxiety is better and dr. Tidwell has been very nice as well.

Everyone I say that has any kind of drama in their life or any kind of sadness or heartbreak I told him to go to pathways I think everybody needs a dose of counseling every now and again
