New Start Treatment – Griffin Detox and Rehab Services

New Start Treatment – Griffin provides addiction detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and outpatient services (OP) according to the federal record. Levels of care are not interchangeable, and an assessment determines where someone begins and how they step down afterwards.

Detoxification is the entry point where withdrawal needs medical oversight. Apparently if you don't say nice things it's a waste of time writing a review. When I went Carolyn was in charge and being the boss went straight to her head. Saw the counselor once the nurse once-worst nurse ever- and… the only nice person there was Iris- the woman who gave out the methadone. She was the only kind person who worked there. They don't want to help you come off the methadone either.

I have my life because because of the methadone treatment! I know that probably sounds a little cheesy but it's the truth 😂 my mind has moved from a constant state of addiction, and living dangerously and just all… around unhealthy to just a daily dose. I know it's still a substance but i never thought it would work for me but it has for almost a year an I'll eventually look to lower doses and getting off all substance. But for now I'm just learning to live happy and accept it. The girls in the office are great and it also makes it a bit easier not having to feel judged or looked down on and they never have. So sorry for the book i just wrote but maybe it will help someone up scrolling looking for help. Do it! What have you got to lose ??
