Groups Recover Together – Martinsville Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at Groups Recover Together – Martinsville are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Doctors, counselors and office staff at Groups are the most supportive, non-judgmental and dedicated recovery team I have ever worked with, and I have been MANY places. They really do go above and beyond to help.… Checking in outside of normal times during rough patches and trying to know us on a more personal level is common. Many places don’t treat you like you are human. They have also worked to alleviate any issue/problem that could have kept me from getting this help. I would not be where I am today without them! If you are truly willing to let them help you, you will get the help you need!

About a year and a half ago, my wife and I had nothing. Now we have full time jobs, vehicles, a place to live, the works. I thank myself above all for doing the work, but I couldn't of done it without groups. You can… really learn alot, and even make an impact yourself. Just gotta get yourself out there and telling your story. I love my groups family! Everybody there is literally SO nice and SO understanding! I wanna say I could of done it without groups, but the truth is; I'm glad I didn't🤘🤙💪if you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, don't be afraid to contact groups to get started on the path to the rest of your life😌

Was reluctant because I thought it was too time consuming. Nothing could be further from the truth ! All time spent with staff is productive, positive and supportive. Plus I never have to leave my home ! Wish I would of… done this along time ago. Could of spared myself judgmental, unprofessional care at other facilities. Can't say enough good about the program but the staff is what really makes the difference

I know groups has helped me a lot in my recovery when I decided to get sober and live right and do right like pay bills do what I need to do in life to be a productive member in society you know be there for my wife be… there for my kids you know you just get sick and tired of being sick and tired and on top of my medication it really helps like I have no desire to use today I'm very happy and I have normal stress you know like bills life but I don't stress about going out and getting high anymore so I just wanted to share my experience and what it has done for me today I'm good tomorrow is not promised but I'm going to keep moving forward and I'll never take things for granted I'll always be grateful and stay humble forever whoever reads this and then you're needing sobriety or you're needing help definitely get a hold of somebody and change your life

I cant thank groups enough for everything they have done for me. I would still be doing what I was doing chasing down pills and not thinking about what was really important in life and that is my family.

I am so glad I found Groups. It has helped me tremendously. I couldn't do it on my own, I had tried several times, but always gave in to the withdrawals. Not only has it helped me but I have made friends in group.

My Councilor at Groups is so amazing! Always go above and beyond to help. You can tell she really cares about each and every person. The Dr. Is very caring also. The staff is also great! They don't judge you and want… you to succeed! They truly understand the struggles one goes through. You can tell a person loves what they're doing compared to someone getting paid to do it. If you're needing help to recover I highly recommend you try this place! It might just save your life! It did mine I'm so grateful to all!

There's honestly only one negative comment or experience that I would like to share. I don't want anyone to feel singled out or like I'm speaking of any one counselor. I have such respect and admiration for each an… every one I've met within Groups. That said, I've met ALOT and have never gotten to experience the benefit from a long-term relationship and trust built from working with a single or even two counselors in 9 months. I have seen at least 5, maybe 6 counselors within that short time. And, like I said, I have nothing but great things to say about all I've met. I just really hope and ask group's to please look into making the relationship between the members and their counselors a little more of a priority in the many steps that we take towards sobriety and successful lives. Thank you for caring and being a life saver! ❤️

I have been a member of groups recover together for almost 2 yrs now. I have been clean now for 4yrs. My 5yr anniversary will be in February. I look forward to my groups every week. I love the people in my group and… have become close to many of them. Knowing they have shared similar experiences to my own and are always there when I need to talk or help qith anything not just my recovery has meant so much. Louise my counselor is incredible. She genuinely cares for all of us and you can tell in every meeting.
