I did a 60 day program at Hope Bridge. Some counselors and the Manager of the Cleveland office aren't addicts. There are a couple who are addicts. They get addicts like me. My counselor Heidi was the best of all of… them. I left because they only have womens housing in Cleveland. I wanted to be closer to my family and I wanted them to have access to me but Cleveland is too far away. There are communication issues at Hope Bridge. Rules change accordingly there. They need to be better established before I recommend them.
This an AMAZING place to go they help grow to love recovery, they keep you focused on your main goal which is to stay SOBER! They give you tools, they get you all the things you need as long as you want it and show the… the footwork. I loved the staff Especially Mr. Tara, Mrs. Angel, Mr. Aaron, Mr. Armell, And the rest of the staff. These few were really the ones who helped me and my Fiancé reach a level that we felt we couldn’t reach. They were on our side. Our case manager Mrs. Tara is phenomenal at her work and what she did for us was highly appreciated. Mrs. Angel helped so much for us and we want to thank you as well. Mr. Will and Mr. Aaron were the ones who made us feel in tuned with everything and Mr. Will he is a great guy man does outstanding with his work man I appreciate you. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE HOPE BRIDGE STAFF!
