Aspire Hospital LLC – Conroe Detox and Rehab Services

The register shows Aspire Hospital LLC – Conroe providing residential treatment and partial hospitalization. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

Mental health and substance use are handled together rather than in sequence. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Aspire Hospital LLC – Conroe Address, Location and Contact Information

2006 South Loop 336 West, Conroe, Texas, 77304 is the address held. Conroe sits in Montgomery County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Wouldn't even get 1 star. Didn't even make it to the facility yet and I already see its going ro be an issue. Male receptionist attitude is not compatible for the position. His tone and demeanor are disgusting. Im sure… this isnt the first time heard.

Title: Clear Communication and Care Coordination Needed I want to share my experience with Aspire Hospital regarding a loved one. When I first called to verify their medication list, the nurse was unclear, and the… doctor never returned my call. I was reaching out because the patient’s behavior was concerning, potentially dangerous, and appeared worse than when they first arrived. The patient was later transferred to Conroe Emergency due to tremors, but the hospital reported that all tests came back normal. The next day, the patient ended up in the Methodist Emergency Room because their arms were flailing uncontrollably, their legs were swollen, and they were experiencing severe head pain. Finally, I was able to speak with the caseworker at Methodist Hospital, who said she could not obtain the full medication list and that Aspire had not allowed the patient to return. Once the team—including the caseworker, the nurse who confirmed the diagnosis, the pharmacy, and Dr. Heran, a knowledgeable psychiatrist who clearly explained the best next steps—coordinated a transfer to Kingwood Pines, the patient began to stabilize and communicate more clearly. I want to emphasize that I am sharing this to inform, not to harm. At one point, when I called because the patient sounded worse and spoke with the nurse, the doctor contacted a family member, reportedly due to concerns about potential legal issues. I did not fully understand this action, but it added confusion during an already stressful time. Overall, this experience highlights the critical importance of clear communication and coordination between hospital staff, caseworkers, and family members during urgent situations.

The staff here is great very nice professional and always take care of your needs !!!The food is horrible no nutritional value it is bought from the local jail or prison . I couldn’t eat half the time because it was so… horrible other patients would not either !!! They have a fully functioning kitchen and do not use it because of the cost , they had cooks but fired them to save money . Do not check in here unless they are cooking food at the hospital !!!

This place is a joke you willingly sign yourself in they refuse to let you check yourself out 2 of the people that we have spoke with is highly disrespectful they do not tell you information even if your on the… paperwork I will never ever recommend their facility to anyone and to say the patient can only have$5 at a time for the vending machines is ridiculous who wants to trust other people with there money they work hard for? Every review on this company has been correct about this place. I'm filing a report on this place

The worse experience ever. Very unprofessional staff. I arrived on time for my appointment and they told me they couldn’t verify my health insurance and that I had to wait. After 40 min they said they still couldn’t… verify my insurance coverage and they needed proof that we paid the deductible. And also told me they needed to reschedule my appointment. I requested the day off from my office and drive so far for that terrible service. I do not recommend this place at all.

Don't call for coverage/copay/out of pocket coverage or cost for services and trust it to be correct. Once you get there they'll tell you something else. Call your insurance yourself and have them run your benefits.

About 4 years ago I voluntarily looked far care, but I had to be escorted by the police because the health center at SHSU was closed and they drove me to a place to get a screening. Because the police took me I was… labeled involuntary, but luckily a lawyer was able to remedy this for me. The staff told me they would change on their own but they had to be legally forced to because they forgot or didn't care. I only remember one young nurse actually caring about my issues and just sitting down to talk with me once, otherwise the other nurses didn't really care. They wouldn't even give me socks to wear, and I felt like they were just testing me to see if I could deal with neglect. I couldn't make my own food or eat without being supervised. I tried to pass time by playing solitaire but they took away the cards they put out. I had to argue for days to get a pencil just so I could draw. I could barely sleep because they wouldn't allow for my door to be shut and they kept the lights on in the hall, so I just kept waking up in the night, despite being told that I need to sleep to get better. When the doctor diagnosed me he said something complicated, I tried to get him to explain it but he just waved his hand at me and told me it just means I'm depressed. When I tried to insist he explain he just took over the conversation and told em about the movie American Pop. The only comfort I had there were some of the other patients since we all just felt stuck and no one else understood us. The only positive experience I got was from them, being around people who felt like me for the first time. Like I didn't have to explain my struggles to them, I could just feel understood. I honestly got the most encouragement from them because I was young and they assured me I still had a life ahead of me. I remember one man went out of his way just to talk to me in my room and ask me not to give up, he genuinely wanted me to leave this place and get better. As of now I've had a couple years of therapy and I'm at the point where I feel like I can proudly shot on this facility. And I hope it either changes or get shut down because it's an awful place to be institutionalized when all you want is help and care.

My wife was at this facility. Even though she sign a document that I was to be involved in her care they would not give me information. They lied and told her they would not realize her before she was ready and released… her only because she threatened to call state on them. I personally would look elsewhere if you are actually looking for real help

My mother was just discharged from this facility. In her opinion the staff and nurses were super nice and sensitive. However she is extremely dissatisfied with the doctor that was assigned to her - Stacie Russell. In… our interactions and experience also, both with staff and the doctor, we felt the same. The doctor did not want to take our concerns into consideration. Made no effort to take any interest in future treatment when we asked for her advise. Focused only on negative traits that my mother was showing without offering any positive support in form of medicine/therapy or anything else. Very disappointing and waste of time and money. Cold and insensitive doctors can be as bad for health as mental disease itself.

This place is a joke! Stacie Russell is the doctor that my husband saw. She is cold and only worried about money. This whole set-up is a money hungry scheme. She didn’t care about any ones well being. The staff at this… place doesn’t watch the sick people in this place. Never recommend anyone to go here.

I was discharged today and I was happy about it the night staff there are not that great the day staff is better there was a few paients that were very Lund and kept everyone awake and the night staff did not do… anything so other people got no sleep the groups were good the food was ok but we could have had more then one snack and one kind of juice to have at other hospitals each snack time we got three snacks at three times a day and two different types of juice and there was only one tv working because a person broke it so they said it is not in important to have but it is when you have 13 or more people in a hospital like that there is less fighting of what we are going to watch I will not ever go back there again .

I would not listen to the lower reviews but I would still try to see both sides. Most of the lower reviews are patients who did not get their way...The staff was amazing they were super responsive and helped me with my… medicine. Theres recreational group music group and going outside! I just got out 4/12/2022 and I was in the hospital on my birthday 4/9/22 they got me a cake and sweet tea and all of the patients and staff sang to me. There is one lady named Ms. Shelby she is super super personable and very kind. and Ms. Christie is so funny. I love the girl with silver hair she's funny too. and Ms. Angela is a darn good cook. I met some wonderful people in there and I felt very blessed to have everyone that was there. and Mr.Hood is so funny lol. I think everyone should go there I do not know what goes on in the other units but ours was very calm but the washer did break but we were allowed to wash our clothes in the sink and they would dry them!!! everyone had a beautiful soul their and I appreciated everybody. Ms. Shelby helped me meet people because i stayed in my room for two days and she introduced me to everybody. The beds do hurt a little but they can give you Tylenol to help with the pain or a lidocaine patch if you need it! I wrote them a long thank you note because I felt very well taken care of!!!!. This hospital is a blessing they took care of you like a family and all the patients felt like a family too and Ms. Coleen was a blessing and helped me and a friend out!. I don't wanna share the patients names due to confidentiality, but this place was beautiful. They can give you a hygiene bag which includes a comb, deodorant, tooth brush and tooth paste as well as mouth wash. They also give you shampoo& body wash + conditioner. They do have hair detangler and Chapstick. It's a wonderful place it really does feel like home. They are quick! and if you need to find a place to live they can do that as well also they helped find a pharmacy close to you! and they can help find you a psychiatrist virtually or in person! If I could I would give them infinity stars! loved everybody there!!!!!

I went for a multitude of reasons looking for help. The groups did help offer advice and tips, but they also just had the same printouts laying out. I could have saved myself the money and printed them myself while… staying home. The nurses were rude, and even one went as far as mimicking me. They’re strict about their times since they believe a routine helps, but hopefully your coping mechanisms can wait to fit their schedule. Can’t get anxiety medicine when you need it because it isn’t med time yet. Can’t speak to family/support because it’s not phone time yet. Spoke to one doctor 2 times over video conference. The only thing he cared about was what the nurses had to say, didn’t listen to anything I said, and only changed the meds. Do yourself a favor and just find a therapist/psychologist or even group therapy for yourself instead of paying well over a grand to be treated like less than a person. Also, good luck protecting yourself from whoever else may be there. The workers will lie to your face, and nothing will be done other than keeping each other separate for a few days. They will not respect you here, and they will not get you the proper help you need.

My daughter's personal health information was NOT protected. She was not better. She was not evaluated for what was better for her and her condition.. Inpatient vs outpatient. Outpatient services did not locate her a… doctor. Called nurse about her( release is signed for me to do so) and recived no call back. Now they are discharging her.. Um no she quit due to ineffectiveness. They do not care. A mouth can say anything but actions speak louder than words
