They have worked so well with me regardless of what my issues have been. The meds themselves have been a real life saver and amanda has always been incredibly accommodating. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in… need of their services!

[EDIT] I absolutely loved symetria....but unfortunately the recent staff departures have significantly lowered the level of attentiveness and care from the staff. I want to WARN YOU if you are stable on a dose (iv been… on 95 mg for 2 years) and unfortunately have a family member pass unexpectedly...symetria was HORRENDOUS at coordinating care out of state. My 29 year old cousin overdosed on the 5th and on TOP of grieving and dealing with survivors guilt they have allowed me to go SEVERAL days with out my medication. Which I dont even have to explain how tone def this situation is. Iv been sent to several clinics on several days without getting meds. This has taken countess phone calls and begging to SIMPLY GET THE HELP MY COUSIN NEVER GOT.

[Edit: Unfortunately, I must report that recent staff departures have eroded the quality of care. I'm wishing the best for Dr. Son and Odie, and missing the healthcare team I once knew...] I'm thankful for Odie and… Amanda for putting a smile on my face each Friday. Working in the SAT industry is probably a somewhat thankless job, serving so many customers who would prefer not to be served or, at best, would prefer never to have stepped onto the path leading there. This crew does good work. Thanks, Symetria team, for making it so bearable.

I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually… remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. I can go on and on about here. If you need help this is the place to go to. Thank you for everyone who works here 🙏🏼

Symetria is the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. Through ever problem I have they are there to help, big or small. Amanda the receptionist is amazing although she wasn't here when I started she is now and she is… amazing the counselors and doctors are amazing from Rachel to Regina and Robin all amazing. The dosing nurses are absolute heroes for all that they do. And Mark absolutely saved me when I came back to Conroe From Austin. They truly care which is more than I can say for a lot of places. I could write a book of good things about this place but it still wouldn't do it justice. I've been wanting to write a review for a long time now I finally had the time.

This place is amazing and so are the staff they we're so willing to help me out when I was traveling out of town for work 🙏. Truly a lifesaver

This place is amazing! I'm so impressed with every aspect of this clinic. Every staff member is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and seems to genuinely care about each patient. They make you feel important and are… dedicated to helping you and understanding each individuals situation. They even arranged an Uber ride for me when I had transportation issues and couldn't make it on my own. I am really just "wowed" and that doesn't happen often these days. I 100% would recommend this place to everyone. They are extremely competent , efficient , courteous , and caring. To the entire staff-Thank you for striving for excellence (and succeeding!) in a world where so many people's goals are to do the bare minimum they can get away with and still collect a paycheck. You are greatly appreciated! Keep up the great work! God bless you all!

First of all, just wanna say thank you to all the staff The nurses the counselors the doctor and receptionist every single one of them are awesome and I can tell that everybody here truly cares about the patients! Would… totaly refer to any struggling friend of family! As i feel like im finding balance here after years of ups and downs! Thank you all! All if yall are great

Literally the most welcoming ,caring and genuine people I’ve ever meet. From the nicest lady ever at the front desk to both of the most amazing nurses I’ve ever spoke with even had a Vet to Vet chat with one of them. I… respected that sooo much. The woman nurse didn’t judge so I felt I could be completely honest with her and I did and it felt great. She listened, and I could really really see that. I also respected that dearly. The counselor outstanding, I talked for an hour straight. He sat and listened every word and was truly engaged into my treatment plan. Great guy!! Last but not least got to see my old counselor from my old methadone clinic “CARS” A clinic that caused more PTSD than my military service. I couldn’t believe it my heart skipped a beat in a good way when I saw her I was so happy she moved on from that hell hole! 😇 lol and The smile on your face said it all had me come her office and sit down spoke to me like a human being like she always had done before. These people truly care, and now for the final step meeting the Doctor who was the coolest guy ever! That’s the most nerve racking part especially for me when I’ve been going to Methadone maintenance clinics since 2017 and I just know that right dose there’s a sweet spot that works for me perfectly for me without any side effects, cravings etc. he’s was beyond outstanding most kindness doctor I’ve ever met. If you’re looking for help when your at a complete loss or want to prevent yourself From going to far down that path of your addiction and you don’t know where to go give these people a call don’t give up. Trust me they will save your life and get you back on track. And the best part of this place is getting you back on track getting back on track fast not these hard insane rules. They want to get you back on track and get you back to your life, family and work. I could truly see that they are in the business for the patients. I have been in recovery a long time and Symetria saved my life in a way I didn’t even know was possible, everyone who is at this location now cares for their patients. It’s an environment conducive to a successful… recovery, for MAT THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. The doctor(s) program director, DOSING NURSES (special shout out) and the wonderful counselors!!! I love you Symetria and I know you love me. If you’re ready to move on and live an honest life in recovery I can’t point you in this direction enough. It’s so rare to find a whole facility where the staff is caring and willing to help! 10/10

I spent a year at CARS and they were horrible, disorganized, made up fake federal rules, and were awful. I switched to Symetria and was shocked. Everything was in order, they're there to help you succeed instead of do… everything to block your treatment success like the other, and the staff are more like friends making it easier to be open about your journey. You're never spoken down to, or treated like less than, and I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to change your life and have a whole team that's incredible from the doctor, to the nurses, the receptionist, the person who runs the place, and I actually look forward to time with my counselor. He's just a wonderful human. Don't walk, run to get treatment.

I’m still a somewhat newer patient and am shocked at the difference I feel and how I’m constantly being blown away by how nice the staff is!

This is a realy good clinic to go to for your recovery situations. Rachele the counselor is awsome and very helpful , as well as Mark always willing to help if needed. The nurses at the dosing window always make sure… you get what your supposed to. I’m very pleased with the help I have received here.

The care of each staff was amazing, they really care about the well being of each person. Robin is my counselor and he’s been amazing.

This clinic has literally saved my life in more way than one. The people that work here are amazing and have helped me with anything I needed help with. You don’t need to be worried about being treated differently for… whatever you have done in your past or whatever you’re going through now , because they will treat you like family no matter what. If you are looking for treatment this is the best place to go in my mind, hands down!

Yes, he has been very polite and understanding to my personal needs along with doing his job to the best of his abilities. The man has made my feel very at home at symetria clinic.

Coming into this program was one of the hardest things I had to do in my life. I was ashamed and scared but also desperate. The staff made me feel welcome and like I wasn’t an outcast, just someone who needed help. They… provide actual medical services combined with mental health and therapy services, which is different than I had seen in the past. I was placed with a group that I connected with and the counselors genuinely cared. They asked personal questions and knew just what I needed to talk about to help me on my journey. I am so thankful that I stepped into Symetria. It changed my life, and I am so grateful.
