Ridiculous. Id show up for group hopeful and majority of the time my counselor wod have no plan or topic. She would literally ask us to fill up time with small talk which was irrelevant or inappropriate. I felt like it… was wasted time and was really disappointed, preferring to go to an AA group instead, it surely would have been more beneficial. I also was disappointed with the documentation here. They had my sober date wrong, did not record any of my medications or health problems. The lack of attention was horrendous. When I brought up a slip they seemed eager to help, only to automatically discharge me instead of helping. Than the clinical director was extremely rude during discharge. They say they want to break the stigma of use and recovery, but she looked down on me just like almost anyone else would and made me feel horrible and hopeless for my situation.
People bring food n phone n drinks in still. Wow.. some meeting.. keep looking at time n your phone. Hurry up meeting.. wow nobody else wants to TALK about it... Crunching n sipping n texting. They CAN'T read signs.. so… have fun at the place..
