Helping Professionals Wellness Center – Vancouver Detox and Rehab Services
What Helping Professionals Wellness Center – Vancouver offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Helping Professionals Wellness Center – Vancouver Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 5007 NE Saint Johns Road, Vancouver, Washington, 98661. Vancouver sits in Clark County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

The staff members here are very friendly and nice
5 stars. Thank you Brandon, for making this entire process as painless as it could be, signing up, getting started and communicating when necessary. Thank you Adam, for being a wonderful instructor. (Unfortunately, have… had experience with a number of different places and you have by far been the most engaging of all. [Give that man a raise! ] Also, thanks for having an extremely user friendly website and client portal. All around great experience. If you unfortunately find yourself in need of services, that this organization provides and you're hesitant on one which to pick... This is the one.
They are some of my favorite Community partners! Back when I needed one. I also did my mental health assessment with them, but they are the top place I refer for mental health. The staff are always super kind and… willing to try and work with you.
Alex is a fantastic counselor, and he is great in helping me with my treatment also in my recovery.
Very nice people that support people help with Substance Abuse Disorders. They're programs change lives of you want help.
Alex is a good counselor and I look forward to my one on one session with him every week. Easy to get along with and to relate to. A+.
Alexander Bell is the best!
I have just finished treatment and wanted to say I love the experience and the staff and feel like I learned a lot and got a lot of help from Josh and Jamie. even the other staff members were very positive and friendly.… I just loved the fact I feel like I matted.
They still care and go out of their way to help..Like minded they have life experience
All the staff are awesome here.. I have always been taken care of and helped in any way.. my 1 on 1 groups with Barbara are always a great reminder of the help that is provided and the understanding of a person's… struggles being recognized.. I appreciate everyone here.. thank you for keeping me on my toes and away from bottle thinking! 😉😋 I was just switched to Alex as I phased up from 2 to 3.. Alex is awesome and even aloud me to check out his psychology book which led me to purchase my own materials to study! Awesome team!
They are very nice people and very professional
The counselors here are genuine and will do anything they can to help you. Whether it be financial hardships, mental/emotional challenges, medications, I mean literally everything. They will go out of their way to make… sure you succeed in your recovery and help with the stressers that come with getting clean. Josh has amazing groups and Barbara is an open, kind hearted counselor that pushes me just enough at my own pace.
Cynthia was awesome. Very helpfully and went out of her way to make sure everything was understood and correct. Thank you so much
House I have to say is when you're down in your luck and you're calling for help don't call them they tell you you're a bad boy don't care and hang up on you when you need help call somebody else
Mr Josh Williams was amazing during my assessment. He made me feel comfortable and safe during the interview. He explained to me that we all have had our issues and traumas in life and we are capable of using those… traumas and mistakes to learn from and still succeed and live a healthy happy life sober. It's great to interact with someone who's been through similar situations and see that it is possible to live a normal life. He's a great example of success and happiness in the afterlife of addiction. Thank you for being so great and letting me not be judged for my past. I appreciate you.
Amazing place if You're struggling with addiction or mental health there amazing people really care for people
Alex is a great counselor he explains things in a way you can not only understand but relate to. His personal experience being an addict makes it easy to relate to him and take advice from him.
They have critically awful communication skills occurring at this location. Seems like this company is only here for one thing and that’s not to help people but more so to help themselves. One day they tell you to come… in at 9am and then that day showed up early to be there on time, doors didn’t even open until 9:03am and was informed by the front desk that “there was a message alert about being rescheduled”… Went to look at the phone and saw they sent me the message as soon as I walked into the building, not prior to time so they basically made me go to work late for no reason. They need to do better with their communication, being told in advance of time would be best for those who actively have full time jobs rather than being told after an appointment was already set. They also give options for Zoom call meetings but don’t disclaim whether they are cancelling that day either, waited 45 minutes for them to accept join call just to find out time was being wasted and had to get back to work. Please do better at communicating with your community, especially for those who are trying to get help and are paying for your resources. This place runs off of lack of service and support, then takes money from the community without giving anything back.
I would not suggest this place at all. They talk a big game but never deliver on anything. They don’t help with finding employment nor do they help with anything financially. And when you try to get clarity and… understanding they will speak to you in such a demeaning tone as if they didn’t promote themselves to be someone that will help you. They are very nosey and will get all in your business just to not help you. I would most suggest this place. Do not waste your time here. Especially if you’re Black. If you’re white, idk. You may get the help you need. But if you’re Black. Don’t waste your time. lol. They’re not who they say they are.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. A special thank you to Brooke for helping with resolutions. If your looking for a place in Vancouver, look no further.
Bad attitude
In 5 years I have gone to 3 other places for mental health treatment, and was always treated like I don't matter. HPWC is far and above an example of how counseling clinics should be ran. If there is any issue it is… that they need more counselors, and that can be said of anywhere in this post-Covid world. When you're ready for help reach out.
I came in today to sign some paperwork and ask questions. Jaime in the office went above and beyond to help me out. Adam is truly exceptional! The staff are wonderful and so very helpful.
