Quality Behavioral Health – Clarkston Detox and Rehab Services
Quality Behavioral Health – Clarkston is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The record shows integrated treatment rather than one problem then the other. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Quality Behavioral Health – Clarkston Address, Location and Contact Information
The facility address is 900 7th Street, Clarkston, Washington, 99403. The city lies within Asotin County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

I continue going back to QBH with the same expectations and the same results. They make a weekly appointment and continue to cancel the appointment the day of the appointment and less than a hour before I am scheduled… to be there. I continue to feel like I’m on a roller coaster because as soon as I feel like I’m going in a good direction and possibly fall I’m doing better. They canceled my appointment and no counseling for two weeks??? I feel like this place is more damaging to my mental health than a healthy place for me to live a peaceful productive life as I have been trying to achieve. This will be my 6 times of the same energy and the people who answered the phone and tell you that your appointment is canceled have no care about you the patient and hang up laughing at your mental anguish because you don’t know what to do with yourself and your day now that the only help you have has abandoned you and left you to suffer and survive another week hoping for a better outcome next week?? I honestly wish I could die vs going to try and get help from QBH and the people who work in this facility…. I pray for the other people like myself who truly care about our mental health and getting better and not having a Quality behavior Health Care system in the Lewiston Clarkston valley… I will have to go without further without mental health care since this is my only option and I feel worse going here and asking for help then just avoiding people places and encouraging in life events.. I beg anyone who reads this to go seek help anywhere else but QBH . It’s a nightmare and it’s more depressing and anxiety than you will have before your treatments 🥲🥲🥲
DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.... They WILL violate your rights..... they are ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.... They DONT CARE about you! Feel free to message me on fb if you need to know more!
If you ever stop seeing them you won't stop seeing thier bills even after you pay off your account statement twice.
Don't recommend using this place the office manager refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork which cost me about six weeks of pay. Think I might sue her for lost wages as FMLA is guaranteed by federal law. She shouldn't be… able to refuse
The intake therapist asked if my sister killed herself instead of asking me what happened. I had a major breakdown with no one to talk to or process my emotions. I screamed outside in my car because I wasn't able to… actually talk to anyone about what's hurting me. I do not reccomend this facility if you suffer from suicidal thoughts/ideation.
Don't go to this place if you want to get better, find somewhere else to go, they will ruin your life and your kids lives. They are rude, they don't try to connect with their clients, but they sure have no issues with… billing to make sure they get their money.
Consider training your employees on how to treat people coming in for behavioral health services. Whoever answered the phone when I called was extremely condescending and less than helpful. This is frankly dangerous to… have people who act like that answering your phones when people are calling in crisis.
The worst place to seek professional help!!!..I begged them to help me. When I finally started receiving so called help... after two months or three of no help they kicked me off bc I had no stable housing...!!! They… out me up in motel 6 and because I let my deaf Son .. my homeless deaf Son in to warm up and get some rest and a shower.. they totally took everything from me ...and because of that ...Dr Woodward fired me
3 years of pointless counseling. The kind where u talk and talk but get nowhere. And rude staff yes and theres nothing quality about it. Has to be at the bottom of the list for mental health.
What an amazing resource for services so everyone can afford,
The staff is very professional and kind. Yet it is very have to get quality care because of the extemly high turn over rate, cancelation, rescheuleing and not having consistent appointment times.
Not recommended for behavioral issues in children. They change staff constant and if a child has a melt down, they call the police. They only listen and chart and if you read your records and charts you will see they… are not very good at charting. Ex. Family has dozens of dogs Truth we have 4 dogs Staff needs training if responding to crisis calls. The police being called due to a child having a tantrum is embarrassing and unnecessary if they had training in controlled holds and actual crisis intervention cops would not be necessary. Cops are NOT mental health workers.
Literally the worst therapy I've ever had. Offered no help at all. Good if all you want to do is vent. Bad if you need any kind of real help at all. You'd be better off on your own. Sad that this is the extent of our… mental health system in the LC Valley.
This place ruined my life. They took away everything and shipped me out of state when they didn't want to deal with me. Absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs. They cause more harm than good.
QBH is a great place to vent. they don't do much to teach coping skills and they tend to go through councilors like the average person goes through underwear. I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE people to waste their time… receiving services from this counciling center.
