Resilience Behavioral Health – Walpole Reviews and Ratings
Personal accounts of Resilience Behavioral Health sit in this section. Patterns across several reviews, such as repeated comments about communication or waiting times, are a better guide than any single account.
I attended resilience for 2 months and enjoyed everyday. All staff members were great!! Everyone was very encouraging and supportive and made me feel at home from day 1. Staff members Kyle, Claude, Jake, and Deirdre… were especially great. I would highly recommend resilience to anyone who might be going through a rough time no matter where you are on your recovery journey!
I’ve been at this clinic for 1 year now and I want to recognize Skyler. He truly puts his heart into everything he does, and it shows. He brings such positive energy every day and has a way of cheering everyone up and… making people feel comfortable and welcomed. It’s very clear that he genuinely loves his job and cares about the people around him. Having someone like Skyler in a behavioral health setting makes such a difference. He is truly an asset to the clinic! Thank you for all you do Skyler!!
The environment is welcoming and everyone treats you like family. The practitioners would with to improve your health and are very considerate of the issues that the patients are dealing with and the journey towards… wellness. I have gotten all of the support I could ask for from Resilience. I highly recommend Resilience.
Great experience with Resilience Behavioral Health. The staff was supportive, understanding, and genuinely helpful. They played an important role in helping me improve.
Coming into this program I thought well just another program that can’t help me but boy was I wrong. Awesome staff along with great strategy towards your goals allowed this place to feel like I’m at home but still… working on myself. I was and still able to work on myself by gathering tools, med adjustments, and other resources to help me be successful and most of all happy in life. I definitely recommend this place if you’re struggling to stay sober or just need help with mental health.
Solid groups solid food. Lots of flexibility with zoom and different hours you can attend. Great staff. Free rides.
Skylar is such a great person and all the other staff really help really recommend this place and they have great lunch and great therapists
The therapists and clinical staff were knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened. They helped me look at things from a different perspective and gave me tools that I can continue using long after leaving treatment.
This place is absolutely amazing. You have to want it for it to work and if you want it this place is a absolute heaven compared to other detoxs and programs I have been to. Amazing staff , great food. Everything is so… comfortable. Sounds crazy but I miss this place. But this place allowed me to stay sober and safe and I was able to see my daughter born because of that forever grateful for this place
Excellent treatment and staff! Thank you!
Super helpful program, highly recommend. Skyler was such a huge help during the entire process and was extremely caring and supportive, I highly recommend asking for him if you can!
Great program. Consistent individuals therapy as well as group therapy and the facilitators provide the opportunity to cover any pressing issues during group. You will only get what you put in.. ut involves doing a lot… of work on self. edit: went back last week for mental health. That is just as good as SUDS Also great food variety and excellent facilitator's
Resilience is the best place I could’ve chosen for my mental health. The staff are so kind, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The experience has been unmatched and I’m so thankful they are here for me. Would… absolutely recommend to anyone around!
My experience at Resilience has been extremely positive! The staff and facilitators truly care about providing thoughtful and comprehensive care and support for all of their patients. I've felt welcomed, cared for &… supported throughout my healing journey at RBH. The clinicians are very knowledgeable and offer extremely useful insights while discussing challenging subject matter, creating a safe environment for all.
In my last just over 3 months here, I can’t say enough about Resilience. When I first started I was lost but between the groups with the great facilitators, the one on one meetings with my therapist, and the… unconditional help and guidance, I feel like I never thought I’d be able to feel.. happy and that things will be okay. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they’ve done! The great catered lunches everyday is also an added bonus! :D
RBH has been a life saver. Targeting both mental health and substance abuse has been a huge help in my sobriety. Plus, the staff is amazing! I have nothing but positive things to say about the therapists, group… facilitators and management. They are helpful, accommodating, and are truly in your corner. If you’re looking for an outpatient facility for mental health, SUDs or both- I highly recommend Resilience.
Very friendly staff. Very flexible to work with. Group rooms are what you make of it. It can be frustrating at times, but you need to remember everyone there is there for a reason. Best place I have found so far.
I started my PHP journey at BrightPath in February but transitioned to Resilience Behavioral Health on 4/6 due to insurance and network changes—and I’m truly grateful I did. From the start, the team at Resilience has… been incredibly accommodating. The transition itself was stressful, and I was also dealing with a family crisis during my first couple of weeks, but the support I received made a meaningful difference. After my experience at BrightPath, I had some hesitation, but Kassi encouraged me to give this program another chance—and I’m really glad I listened. I’ve connected well with my therapist, and most of the facilitators have been excellent. The group sessions are engaging, relevant, and thoughtfully led. They create space for real, honest conversations while still allowing moments of humor and connection, which makes a big difference in a setting like this. The facilitators are creative, compassionate, and truly listen. It feels like they meet people where they are instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Overall, this program has been a genuinely supportive and important part of my healing process, and I’m grateful for the care I’ve received here.
My experience with Resilience Behavioral Health has been incredible from the very beginning. From my initial phone call with Taylor, I felt welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared about. That first interaction set the tone… for everything that followed. During my intake with Skyler, I felt safe and supported opening up about my mental health. There was no judgment, just understanding and professionalism that made it easier to be honest. Since then, working with Adam on my case management needs has been seamless. Every concern I’ve brought forward has been met with responsiveness, compassion, and real solutions. Ali has been especially impactful in helping me feel safe discussing my OCD. That level of trust is not easy to build, and it speaks volumes about the environment here. Milton and Martin facilitate amazing groups that keep me engaged and motivated. Ann has done an incredible job incorporating EMDR into a group setting, which is something I didn’t expect but have found extremely helpful and effective. Even though I’ve only been at Resilience for a few weeks, I already feel more prepared to start thinking about returning to work. I’m gaining tools that I can actually use in my everyday life, which makes this experience feel meaningful and sustainable. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be here and for the level of care I’ve received from everyone on the team.
I can not say enough positive things about this place. From the moment I walked, I was greeted with so much care. It might sound crazy but I have enjoyed my time here…going thru a healing journey is no easy task, but… when you are doing the hard work……and you can smile, cry and laugh!!! It’s Priceless Do not waste your time looking into another program…..this is the one for you! Good luck🙏🏽❣️
this place is lit, big fan of the staff and support they give. shout out to my dawg at the front desk big fan, works so hard and deserves a raise. learned so many skills here and coping strategies. free lunch real tasty… too.
Resilience Behavioral Health is an absolute gem in the world of mental health and addiction recovery treatment. From the moment you walk through the doors at their Walpole, Massachusetts location, you're met with… genuine warmth, understanding, and a true commitment to helping people rebuild their lives. The entire team creates a supportive, non-judgmental environment that feels more like a caring community than a clinical setting. The programs are exceptionally well-organized, evidence-based, and tailored to address the root causes of substance use and mental health challenges. Whether it's their comprehensive addiction treatment, dual diagnosis care, or ongoing support for recovery, everything is delivered with compassion and expertise. The staff goes above and beyond—always responsive, encouraging, and invested in your progress. If you're searching for a place that truly prioritizes healing, respect, and long-term wellness, Resilience Behavioral Health is outstanding. They don't just treat symptoms—they help you build real resilience. Highly, highly recommend—5 stars aren't enough!
I started at RBH in October of 2025. From day one the staff was welcoming, and walked me through a plan to help improve aspects of my life that had been lacking. The program combines group and individual therapy, and… delves deep into various individual aspects while also providing exceptional group therapy led by skilled facilitators in multiple facets of expertise and disciplines. The facilitators do a great job leading groups, fostering a strong sense of support and community within RBH. Individual sessions are very good, and RBH does a good job of attempting to pair clients with clinicians that will meet them where they are and help them learn skills necessary for self-improvement. Each facilitator has a different style, so no group is the same, besides being a welcoming and safe environment. Overall, I’ve very much enjoyed my time at RBH and would recommend it to anyone with a desire to make positive change in their life.
Resilience Behavioral Health is very deceptive in the way they explain the program cost to their clients. They said treatment would cost $2,000 and that would be it. No discussion of future deductibles or anything else.… Over a year later we receive a bill for almost $3,500. When I called they said the "missed" crediting me for the $2,000 I already paid and that the insurance company was slow and we owed another $1,500. This is completely opposite to what Jonny told me when I signed up. When I called to speak with Jonny he keeps repeating the same thing, blames the insurance company and offers no solution. After numerous times asking to speak to an owner I got a call from Cassie who said she was an owner but could offer no assistance. They need to do a better job at explaining actual costs.
I had an exceptional experience at Resilience. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind, compassionate, and deeply invested in understanding my needs and goals. It was clear that their focus was never just on… treatment, but on truly supporting each client in a meaningful, individualized way. I always felt heard, respected, and encouraged, and it was clear that everyone there truly wants the best possible outcome for the people they serve. I would wholeheartedly recommend Resilience to anyone seeking support, and without hesitation to any family facing addiction or mental health challenges.
Such an amazing place to be, Kass is so kind and approachable, to this day I’d reach out to her just to tell her about an opportunity I’ve gotten. This place definitely made me stronger, though it may be intimidating it… works! Resilience turns you resilient fr…🔥
I had a wonderful experience at Resilience. Every single person on the staff was kind, supportive and focused on your needs and goals and what they could do to support you in attaining those goals. They just wanted what… was best for their clients. I would recommend Resilience if I had a family member struggling with addiction or mental health issues.
Horrible company that doesn’t advocate for you or your best interests. Only interested in keeping the money coming in.
A warm, sensitive and dedicated team of professionals with unbridled energy and a commitment to excellence!!
