I don't get my meds here but my therapist Jasmine and my psychiatrist Lynda have been so helpful and made my life a lot easier. I know that there are people out there that probably don't have good experiences with them,… but I've had their services since I was a small child, and now I'm an adult doing better than before. They're still the best! 🫶🏻

I’m not talking about the counselors here but everybody else here just wants a paycheck. It’s a mental health drive thru that has the worst service. If you’re having some sort of crisis, you will be booted out.

I've had great therapists/counseling here.My meds were a whole different issue. I'd been there for about 5 years, and only left late last year. I am reviewing now because I just found out that medication providers… ignoring pharmacy requests/issues with RX, was only a River valley problem. I always had to call here and leave a message to pass on to my provider that there was an issue with a Rx, like prior authorization. Just had my new place and my pharmacy think I was an idiot because I thought I had to call the provider and let them know. I had a major issue with my first med provider, with a miss diagnosis and extremely sedative medicine cocktail to go with it. Also, the worst thing about this place is the people you have to talk to to get a message or issue to your provider or counselor. There is no direct way to get to your provider, you have to go through assistants or admin people, So rude, so much like I was wasting their time, like I was a 'problem' patient. I left after I got fed up with the attitudes for requesting a sooner appointment. None of this had anything to do with my new meds prescriber, Paula. She was thorough and listened, and I made my following appointments with her typically. It was a headache if I ever needed anything, but my counseling there was probably what made me stick around, it really sucks establishing a relationship with a new counselor, and hoping they're the right fit.

I've been going here for years. On and off since I was a child. This is the only form of mental health care that is available via MassHealth. Just like my other doctors and medical professionals, I'm making the… assumption people are being treated poorly because our therapy sessions are covered by health insurance unlike other patients. I've had multiple therapist not contact me back. My "current" therapist is Jasmine De La Cruz and she' hasn't gotten back to me in months. Not like she even said much. Most of the time I would talk to her and all she would say is, "Mmmhmmm. Yeah. Yeah. Okay". Great therapy! This woman was barely here. We would try to make appointments and she would take multiple vacations yearly for weeks and weeks on end making it difficult. It's not like I can see another therapist. I get having a life and being a therapist is hard but having vacations almost monthly is crazy. Ever since my therapist in 2021 left, the therapists I've gotten have been horrible. Clearly, the good therapists leave for better opportunities because this company sucks. We aren't people. We're paychecks. The front desk is non existent! I've been calling for weeks and no answer either. I'm wondering if anyone works here in the Holyoke location. This is the only form of mental health care around here via MassHealth and it sucks. It sucks so bad.

This place literally is the worst my fiancé has been trying to get a prescription for three days now and guess what nothing, and he is on benzodiazepines and his doctor decided to refill it even though it was due… Leighton Kennedy his doctor did not refill it and left him high and dry, everyone was helpful Jackie, Yasmin, but he decided to be not responsible so we will file a complaint for medical negligence, leaving a patient with no meds is not something you do and can be life threatening

Been going here for years. This place is just a joke. Can’t keep promised apts or anything. Complete bull and the secretary Jackie just talks over you so that you can’t get your point across. Very rude.

Please go find another place , they will leave you without medicine even though it's out of your hands why they won't give you your medicine refill , then not tell the truth to another Dr when you started the medicine .… I have proof on paper . Save yourself the stress and suffering and find another provider. Every one that is giving 5 stars ain't being honest about their time here .

After the experience I had with them I will not be going back to see them for therapy. It took me almost 3 months to get an appointment with a therapist, Had to call them everyday saying I haven't received a call for an… appointment yet. I went for my first appointment today and the therapist was late and that's really unprofessional and rubs me the wrong way. I take my mental health serious so I'm going back to the place I was seeing before I decided to change here. I don't recommend people go here for therapy because you won't get what you need. Everybody in that place is really unprofessional. I never leave reviews but felt like I had to let other people know that this place is horrible and they shouldn't go here.

Terrible location. Receptionists are anything but professional. They act like they have to be there. High school kids come running in and out of there, talking about going to parties and getting drunk, causing a ruckus.… I only came here because this is where my med provider could be seen at an earlier time. I will definitely not come back to this location. I don’t need therapy that bad.

My boyfriend goes here and he loves it. I tried to schedule an appointment about six months ago and I had to hound them every step of the way. At first they wouldn’t respond to the calls I was leaving on their new… client extension so I began talking to the people at the front desk. They gave me the excuse that there was a waiting list and I waited about a week before I called back and they said they had an opening. Then apparently there was an issue with how limited my schedule was (I don’t think any time after three is limited but ok). THEN there was an issue with me paying out of pocket which I have never had before. The woman in charge of these accounts was coincidentally always out of the office and never returned the messages they apparently left for her. Long story short, they suck at calling back. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and tried calling again. Twice. No one answered either time and a recording asked me to leave my name and number. That was about 4 hours ago and I still have yet to hear from them. It’s 2pm now that I’m writing this. They really need to work on some things if they want to change my mind about them.
