I truly believe that they (Sagent Behavioral Health) want to do nothing but help us to learn the tools to be successful
So far my experience has been fair. They seem to be wanting to see you in recovery and not punishing. This gives us the want to recover., not need to please Legal system. So far it’s a win-win.
Amazing! Caring understanding knowledgable !
No complaints at all. The therapist And psychiatrist I see are absolutely amazing. I am very happy with my experience so far.
Great services. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable. I'm really enjoying Deborah Cleveland. I feel like I can really trust her.
There are very helpful
I had a wonderful visit with Debra Cleveland yesterday. I really like her
The psychiatrist was very kind and helpful. I did have trouble with the zoom call. I received an error code.
Deborah Cleveland's exceptional care was truly transformative. Her attentive listening, empathetic approach, goal setting, and expert medication insights were invaluable. Dr. Cleveland's guidance led to much-needed… adjustments that significantly improved my well-being. The seamless scheduling and follow-ups with Nystrom and Associates further exemplified the stellar care received. Grateful for the compassion and expertise that defined my experience with Dr. Cleveland.
They make it very clear to me that they don't care about much else but how they make themselves look and the money we bring to them.
I'm a bit frustrated right now with how things are going... I don't think I've seen my doctor in 5 or 6 months.... I've been trying to schedule with her but every time I do they call me about a week before the… appointment and say she's out of office for another month. I've been wanting to change my meds and ask some questions but I can't since I can never get an appointment with her. Than the I ask to have my meds refilled and the nurse says I need to see the doctor to get the refilled!!! I got the all figured out but still would like to see my doctor or a doctor sometime soon would be nice....
My Dr went out of her way to find a way to me to make my prescription affordable. So greatfull.
These people can help you if you're dealing with mental health issues always remember your worth it n there's more to life n these people truly care n are cautious with how to help each individual
This place was a joke tbh they should learn there stuff cuz when someone is on probation and there doing every thing they should and keeping clean and some meds and food can come up for alcohol and they don't know that… and the point of it is to help them and bring there hopes up not down so if I could rait this to a negative stars it would be -5
I have been to therapy for many years and I am just finally getting something from it at Nystrom thru Melissa Yunker.
Mostly everything is good now. The people that are working with me are compatible and to me that's best. However if there is incompatibility they are ready to find someone else to meet with you. In person or over the… internet
Great help especially during these times.
I started having mental health therapy through Nystrom and my therapist is through, the paperwork is extensive so they have all of my background to make my experience as positive as possible. My therapist is warm and… listens when I start chattering. I'm so happy Nivon recommended them!!
This was in February. I had an appointment over the phone and he said I'd need to be an established patient before they would help me refill my Rx's from my Doctor in South Dakota. I called a few times over the next few… days so I could become an established patient and had to leave a message every time. They called me finally, a week later, and told me this new guy didn't feel comfortable or "qualified" to treat me. The only guy who thinks he's "qualified" still can't see me for 2 months. I have been calling them everyday again. Leave a message EVERY TIME. They still have not called me back. They toss you around without giving any real answers and they don't bother to try. Meanwhile those of us who actually need help and take these medications are meant to figure it out alone. There is a reason we a prescribed them. Definitely find someone else.
The lady that was answering the phones today, Sunday may 22nd, was VERY RUDE. I had an emergency come up and needed to reschedule… I asked a question and she had a very rude response. Not only that when I asked if she… could put in the request to my old provider to see him again, she cut me off mid conversation and told me no. When I first was making my appointment the other lady said it was a possibility to reach out and ask him. I asked her why she was being so rude to me and cutting me off and then she said if I don’t like it to call back at another time and hung up on me. If the link between the appointments and the people in need of services is rude and hangs up that’s a huge issue. That could be the difference between people getting the help they need or not. I suggest calling a different location to schedule appointments because I’ve never had issues with any other location.
Staff was always willing to help me and accommodate appointments. Elizabeth's Storm helped me with hospitalization and getting the best care I could for my depression.
Everyone very professional and friendly. Quality care.
The therapists my family members and I have worked with have all been friendly, professional and quite helpful. I’m really pleased.
