Urgent Care/LaPlace – Laplace

I currently went to this urgent care because my work required me too due to a bug bite that happened at work. Even though it doesn’t sound serious it is, the nurse practitioner was super rude and the service was subpar.… I will never go back.

Big Shoutout to Paige and Tristan they both were outstanding. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to listen, answered my questions, and made… sure I was well taken care of throughout my visit. Their kindness and positive attitude really stood out and made the whole experience much better. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this office, and I truly appreciate the excellent care Paige and Tristan provided!!!!!

Every time I've ever had to come here for myself or my kids everyone is very pleasant, always friendly and they always calls you the next day to see how you are feeling. Will always come here

Very friendly great experience

Unprofessional staff from the bottom to the top. There’s a nurse practitioner there named Abby who gives this location an extremely low value reputation. It’s unfortunate that there isn’t a better system in place where… actual physicians are given the responsibility for treating patients with proper care like they are trained to do. Many nurse practitioners are wonderful but this apparent “professional” just shows one hundred percent that she is only a basic level care provider who has been given the authority to make decisions about your care with limited experience, training, and an extremely unprofessional patient approach. I refused care from her because of her lack of professionalism, then they filed a fraudulent claim against myself and my insurance trying to get paid for literally doing nothing to assess my presenting situation, and me completely refusing care from them. I am appealing it, but this just shows the disgrace our healthcare system is becoming because they are clearly desperate for help to employ that nurse as a “practitioner”.

I gave him a 10 because one they actually checked on me and they made sure that I was doing all right and you can tell by her added by the attitude of everybody in the office they want you to do feel better they want… you to they care about what they do. I could tell that when I saw a mother and her child go in just very polite, studious, and all around it was a really good experience for an urgent care.

All the staff is very friendly.

I went today @ the Laplace location and the young lady @ the front desk is always sweet and helpful. . I dont know her name but she definitely does her job.well with being pleasant.

Today , I came in after I scheduled an appointment the previous day . Which the lights went out and they told me to come back later or call in see if the lights came back on and I did and they were still closed. So, I… spoke with a rep in the phone that stated she they couldn’t accommodate me I could come back anytime today . They never gave me a time or etc ! I came in today and got turned back around ! The doctor wasn’t very friendly and understanding about the situation and how I had already made an appointment the previous day but due to the lights going out “like I said, in the beginning “ ! So, now they’re telling me to come back another day ! This has to be the worst service ever ! I’m afraid to come back tomorrow because they might tell me to come back the next day . Smh

The nurse practitioner Haylee went above and beyond to attend to my medical needs. Very personable and professional.

Energy was so clam and caring. The fact that nurse practitioner Abbie remembered me from a year ago just really gives a one on one connection and feeling. She is very compassionate, caring and understanding. The whole… staff from checking-in to taking my vitals was friendly with an easy and smooth process.
