The staff here is amazing . They listened to my needs and have helped me accomplish so much I’m in school , working , and finally feel part of the community where I haven’t before.

I have been going to this specific methadone clinic for about 5 years now. I just want to give a huge kudos to Marlin, my counselor there at Capalina for being absolutely amazing! I feel he is one of the best counselors… there and he is the main reason why I haven’t switched to a clinic closer to me. I live 45 mins away from there so that says a lot! So, thank you again Marlin! You are the very best and hope we can still chit chat even after I’m done tapering! :) Another shout out I’d like to make is to the staff there. They’re incredibly kind and go above and beyond for us! I highly recommend this clinic!

This is the best clinic I have seen and been to. Today my insurance was going to cause me to have to wait for authorization- this team FOUGHT for me. I was a disaster- I didn’t know if I could hold on another day-… Rosemary helped and did everything she could and I was able to admit today. Holly helped me fill out the paperwork because I was having problems. I felt completely supported the entire admittance process. The nurse was amazing, the dosing nurses were so kind. The way they do the beginning doses makes so much sense and this methadone does not taste like Robatussin like other places - so it’s easy on sensitive stomachs like mine. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and their team. It is super clean and they have snacks and beverages and give welcome bags and packets. I feel so supported and so encouraged. If you have been thinking about getting help I say call and make the appointment right now. Don’t think twice, we all know tomorrow is not promised when struggling with this. Thank you to everyone so much who helped me today.

They have ridiculous rules like a bottle check were they call you and you need to bring medication within 48 hours to see if you are taking it correctly not selling it if you have a busy job that had a strict schedule… this will affect how often you get your medication if you don’t show up your take homes go from 5 to 3 to 1 day even thou you have been doing everything else they say it’s random I don’t think getting called 2x a month random just know they cause you a lot of headaches while going through recovery

Nursing staff are stupid. Don't do there jobs correctly and treat patients rudely for wearing sunglasses.super unnecessary.

Finished my treatment over 3yrs ago and have been great. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Little at this clinic and the helpful staff and counselors. This place changed my life I never thought I could make the change but… Dr. Little is an amazing doctor and listened to my request to taper and although it took me 2yrs I got off methadone, methadone was the best option at the time for my treatment to get off opiates. Thank you Capalina clinic!

Awesome, caring staff. This clinic is clean, professional, and accommodating. They listen to you and respect what you say as they recognize that you know your body better than anyone else. This makes the process of… adjusting your dose very simple. Also, whenever you request to see a clinic counselor or even a doctor, they can usually accommodate immediately. This place is really helpful in my journey of recovery and I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with opiod addiction. I've been to many programs, but Capalina Clinic's methadone program has been the most helpful and allows me to simply continue living a normal life.

This company wants the counselors to push more and more methadone on their patients so they have to stay addicted longer. When the counselors want to do that they lose their job. Not to mention all the fraud that goes… on this company.

I've been going for over a decade off n on to this clinic. The staff members new n old are always willing to do what they can to help. But, just like any other treatment clinic, it will only work if ur willing to put in… the effort, time n work it takes to get off whatever opiate ur strungout on.

this is a C.R.C. owned clinic. look it up. avoid this place at all cost. you will only ever be a number to them for profit. they make up there own rules,not law based.there protocol means you have to jump through more… hoops and paperwork than necessary. i went here for years before the director quit and opened a great clinic near tricity hospital, now i go there.

I was having difficulty transferring clinics and ran into alot of bumps in the road to get dosed. It was looking like I was about to be with no medication for a bit but the staff diligently helped me until my issue was… resolved and I could be medicated and for that I'm so grateful. They are patient ,hardworking, and kind

All the councillors and nurses are amazing. Specially the front desk and the nurses. There so caring and really want the best for the patients. If ur ready to change it life and embrace this program. It will work
