I came into adcare broken and hopeless. Adcare has given me another chance at a new beginning. My health is better than ever my peace of mind and just my gratitude. All the staff from counselors to case managers and… even kitchen workers all played a huge part in my success at my stay at adcare. Thank you so much I'm truly grateful for the experience.

This program offers amazing resources, a tool box for sobriety, and a sober community. If you are struggling or know anyone who is. I highly recommend this program. It all starts with asking for help and being honest,… open minded, and willing.

Adcare has been amazing. I've never experienced everybody being so nice and not judgmental, very helpful and understanding. Everybody has a smile on their face.And whatever you need are willing to help with, whatever I… live out of state and they're helping me find meetings out of state. I was very nervous and scared at first, but they made it very easy. I recommend anybody that needs hope please come to adcare. You'll be glad you did.

AdCare is absolute amazing. The best rehabilitation in Rhode Island by far. They are welcoming and attentive throughout. Staff is amazing and help you gain and utilize all the necessary tools to survive in aftercare.

August 26th 2026 This is my 2nd stay at Adcare this year. It is such a great place to go for Detox and full 30 day residential rehab. I've been to several places and there is a reason why I chose to come back here, it… is simply the best place in my opinion. The staff is very helpful, the food isn't bad and the freedom you get during your recovery is amazing compared to other places. If you are looking for just detox or detox along with the 30 day stay, this is the place you want to be

AdCare was very helpful with my care, my case manager was immensely vital to my leave of absence from work. All the personnel are extremely friendly and aided me in my progress to sobriety! The counselors gave me great… tips and resources for my recovery.

I would like to thank adcare first and foremost for taking me in for a second time when I really needed I relapsed and the staff was open arms and welcoming when I came back. Told me not to be discouraged or… disappointed in myself relapse happens it’s what you learn from it and move forward from it. Take it one day at a time one minute at a time if you need to. The counselors are great with changing the groups and the different ways they handle them. Lacey has been a great help with helping me with my after care as we have already started my intake set up for RIDATC for when I leave. Thank you Adcare

AdCare N. Kingstown, RI has been a lifesaver, literally. The staff are amazing, kind and truly care about you. The facility is clean and structured to promote recovery. They also have different activities such as… acupuncture, yoga a recreational room, basketball and a gym. Highly recommended.

The team at the IOP office in North Kingstown was amazing. The front desk was super helpful, detailed, and kind. Monica, the supervisor, was very insightful and respectful. She always made everyone feel comfortable… while keeping a professional and neutral stance. Fabi had engaging groups with fun icebreakers to break any tension or nerves. She allowed clients to really dive into their emotions. Beth was my lead counselor and I have nothing but good things to say. She was very honest, and intentional with her counseling, allowing me to feel comfortable and purposeful in our sessions. She also led groups that had an alternate approach to therapy, such as hands on activities like creating vision boards or mindfulness jars. Overall, my 6 week experience was very positive and I would recommend this IOP to all seeking treat a substance abuse disorder.

I first and foremost would like to thank my higher power God for bringing together one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had in 10 years of chasing recovery!! This is my fourth time in rehab and this is the first… time I’ve had a truly amazing experience. From the fantastically caring, loving, empathetic and focused staff of counselors and caseworkers like Nic and Scott, to the Wonderfully gifted kitchen staff headed by Chef Jen My AdCare experience could not have been any better!! There are many rehab facilities in New England that I have been to, but none have been as wonderful and successful as my time here at AdCare this go around. If you are thinking about coming here and possibly on the fence, I would say take the opportunity, If you are blessed enough have one, and PLEASE secure a bed here if one opens up!! I can’t say enough about this facility and all of the caring staff here and the wonderful amenities like yoga, a game room, a full gym and more, I just came from acupuncture lol, that has been a part of my rehab and recovery journey this time around. Thank you, AdCare for making My life so much more manageable and setting me up with an aftercare plan that was, in my opinion, guided by God Himself. I pray for all those who are seeking to get their lives back and would wholeheartedly recommend this particular AdCare to anyone anywhere across the country!!

I gotta say I been to other residential treatment centers but nothing compares to adcare. There facility is very nice but what makes all the different is there clinical staff which help so much with aftercare according… to your needs. There medical staff also won me over. They are very aware are constantly making sure your okay. When I was in detox I was withdrawing pretty bad from alcohol and other places dont much care and have even kicked me out because of There lack of resources but adcare did an amazing job of watching over me. I've learned more here than anywhere else. Anyone looking for treatment I can confidently say this the best place to get it.

I came to Adcare to get my sobriety journey started, so far it’s been awesome, the staff, nurses and counselors are very helpful. Counselors are here to help with your recovery and ensure aftercare help.

After changing clinicians , I ended up with monica. I wish every facility had a person like Monica in it.She was very attentive she listened. Right from the start, she knew what she had to work with me on.And she did… it.. Monica has a clinician. It's very good at what she does.i didn't want our sessions to end. When I came in , I had some issues that needed to be addressed , and she helped me through those , and I will be very grateful for her for that

Very welcoming environment to any new comers. For people who have been in and out of treatment centers, youre going to wish this was your first stop! The curriculum is presented in such an intriguing way. All the things… you've heard before will be like you were hearing it for the first time. Very highly recommend Adcare of Rhode Island.

At first coming into AdCare, I did not want to enter. I felt forced into the program, wanting to leave saying I’m fine, I just want to go home. After giving it thought, I decided to stick through the program because I… was afraid of even going back home feeling like Ill be forever trapped. However, this program has helped me to clear my head, discover who I am and learn to love myself again for who I truly am. I highly recommend this program to anyone who feels trapped, especially feeling like they have lost their sense of love for themselves. I feel like a renewed man, but better because I now I feel like love myself for who I truly am.

They literally saved my life. The staff went above and beyond and it made all the difference. As long as I listened to staff which had my best interest at heart who guided me through the process to help me make the best… decisions for myself. Im very grateful

The staff from Chefs, TAs, Nurses, Case workers, Clinicians, Couselors, Drivers basically everyone that works at adcare made me feel supported and loved in my pursuit to sobriety. If it wasn't for them I dont think I… couldn't of kept trying and kept my head up to stay strong to be happy and enjoy life. My experience at ACARE RI has been incredible. The staff are very polite and understanding around my addiction to alcohol. In particular my case manager Scott quickly identified my direction for treatment in conjunction… with his team. He has been an incredible support and doesn't make u feel less than you truly are. What can I say about a place that gave me a second chance at life . First the staff . I have never met more compassionate, caring, knowledgeable professionals. The therapy, group and individual really got to the bottom… of what made me abuse substances. I learned so much about myself. I was given tools that will help me navigate in the real world. Not just platitudes but real strategies. The facility is fabulous. I’ve taken yoga classes. I’ve had acupuncture. I returned to working out in the great gym they have. There’s every kind of art supplies you could ask for. Together with healthy meals and unlimited snacks it’s the total package. I haven’t mentioned the community. You meet people who are going through the same things you are . I made friends. If life isn’t what you want it to be because of substance abuse and you want to do a restart please walk in their door. Adcare is a wonderful facility. The food is good and consistent. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and almost all of them have also been through the struggles of addiction. I would highly recommend this place to… anyone seeking help with addiction or mental health issues. They prioritize you and your health without a question.

I was in a rough place before coming to ADCARE Rhode Island. Things weren’t going as planned in my life and addiction had taken over in my life in a negative way. I felt a little hesitant coming to ADCARE because of the… distance from where I lived in NY, but upon Arrival I was greeted by very nice staff members who got me situated and taken care of. First thing in the morning I had a very powerful experience of meeting with the case worker Scott I was assigned. He gave me the rundown of the treatment center, and suggested I make the most of the program. I even felt like I knew him, he was a very kind and caring man. He helped me along the way and set me up with my clinician Meg who was also a huge help during my stay. Upon leaving I was motivated to continue my recovery, stay sober, and make the most of my new life. Thank you ADCARE for being there in my time of need

When is first came i was nervous and didn't know what to expect . But from all the different stories from all the different people I heard my story being told . Hearing my story come from other people actually made it… easier for me.to relate . I honestly didn't think it was gonna be this simple to get a long woth bunch of people from all sort of backgrounds but we where all the same and had the same problems . The staff in itself where out standing . From detox groups to the residency groups all staff where professional and great to talk to . The kicthen staff was also a great experience I just wish they had more fruit lol but other than that it was pretty straight forward and I was glad I did thia for myself.

Adcare has a very caring staff! Great nurse! I felt very comfortable being here! Can’t say enough!!
