Avenues Recovery Center at – Indianapolis

This place is trash. Second night in I had 2 seizures and did not receive medical treatment until the next morning. Staff is quick take their bad moods out on clients. Still blow my mind seeing staff passing notes from… the girls floor to the guys. Report my property missing from the laundry room my first week in and the people in charge took my entire stay to tell me they had no update. And yes the only reason this place has so many 5 stars is because they bribe you with phone time during treatment to leave a good review. Shout out to Shawni, Erika, Lewis and Felicia for being the bright spots in a very toxic environment.

The staff at this facility were absolutely wonderful. This has been the most helpful place in my journey towards sobriety. Highly recommend coming here if you're serious about changing your future.

I loved the food and the fact that they allow vaping and the only negative thing I have to say is about the staff. There's one lady who was extremely rude when doing her rounds being very loud but the important stuff I… have nothing but good experiences and hope they get another case manager to lighten the current ones load.

came in broken and hopeless, coming out strong and full of faith. i relapsed and they taught me how to rekindle my toolbox and find my fight again. they loved me and cared about me when i didn't love myself or care… about myself. group falicators are great, shane my personal favorite. the maintenance guy, John, is my buddy through and through gave me so much laughs and smiles when i needed it the most. Jamaica, tamia, corinna really care about us🫶 char the nurse really helped me too. and our alumni coordinator ri is so sweet and awesome. i love you avenues 🫶🫶🫶

My time at avenues was not always the easiest but they have some amazing emotes who truly helped me get thru the program!! I learned the tools I needed to learn to help me outside to maintain my sobriety. The nursing… staff is also amazing!! I want to give a personal shout out to the BHTs Ashley, Abigail and Karina you guys were truly there for me when I struggled the most. Thank you!! I wouldn't be where I am today without avenues!!! This place, while having it's ups and downs, saved my life!!!

This places changed my like thank you Katie John Louis and rihanna changed my life so did Felicia and Jaz and so many other and the kitchen staff they made it safe and best for me here they changed my life I wouldn’t be… alive today if it wasn’t for this place and these following people I was reseated 1 time and overdoed 3 times and Enders up here with a new me and new life

I really love this place. The staff are very nice and they really care about your recovery. Wished I would of came here sooner. Definitely a good place to start your recovery.

I learned a lot from Robbie and brad while I was here at avenues and it really does work if you are really serious about being sober

The group facilitators are great. Especially Robert. He understands us addicts as he is one himself and was born to teach I think. Great staff from custodians to coordinators. Clean rooms. Good food.

The stay was good food was good no fights was a long 28 days but I injoyed it nice staff play basketball and smoke brakes and I just want 2 say thanks 2 everyone and all the staff

I went through hell withdrawing the first few days but after that it was amazing. The nurses helped me withdrawal and helped me a lot. Thank you to all the staff. Y'all were amazing!
