CleanSlate Centers – Lexington

I have been going to here for almost a year. Vanessa the doctor, she is the sweetest! She makes sure your doing great on the medications if prescribed. Also the front desk staff is very welcoming! And I never have to… wait very long to be called back to be seen!

Love the atmosphere,the people are always nice and smiling and very helpful.these guys will go out of their way to help you.cant find that anywhere nowadays but clean slate clinic👍💖💯👼

They are Rude 😑 do they really care about us?

It is a really nice place. Staff are friendly and courteous. They seem to actually care about the patients overall health, and that you get clean and stay clean.

This program has helped me overcome so many obstacles in my life, I would refer anyone with issues as such try this program, if it wasn't for clean slate I can't promise I would even be here today! I owe them so much… and still continue to go there because it's like a family now, they are there to help guide in everyway! Just give it a try, it's the first step in the best recovery out there!

They treat me right and try to always make me feel comfortable and also try to help by listening to and understanding my unique situation.

The people that work here are amazing this was the first place I went to after going through rehab and they were warm and welcoming. Love, love,love...

Cleanslate is amazing they have been nothing but kind to me and completely nonjudgmental. I don’t believe that there is anyone working there that isn’t an all around amazing human being whose always willing to listen… anytime the need arises and will go to the nth degree for any of their patients. Thank you Cleanslate you guys rock!

So far so good the people that work there are awesome they try to get you in and out in 30 minutes add an extra 30 for counseling I would recommend anyone who's serious about the recovery in and wants or needs MAT to… get you thru the day they are wonderful ladies.

It’s the best down to earth place around .. authentic and real people that haven’t been structured and ordered to be robots reading off of a script of rules or standards that don’t work and are irrelevant like most… places! I would 10/10 recommend

My name is David Posey I've been there off and on for over a year and I would never go no other place. That have kind caring people ( not staff) who are never judging or rude and always want to know how u r and if… anything is needed. I honestly believe if I was in hard times and said I was hungry they would have me and the wife for dinner... 😆. They have called me David since day one and do the same for all. I have wanted to give up sobriety but they won't have it. Love all u guys. Because of u all I'm a long ways into my battle with this disease....I would recommend clean slate to anybody who wants to b better without judgment or humiliation...
