Receptionist suck, wont answer the phone, wont return voicmails, God forbid you need an emergency removal you better show up in person because nobody can answer a phone. Terrible customer service all around. There… saving grace is there dental hygienist and dentists.

Only a one star because i couldn't leave 0. My son broke a tooth and tthey said it was an emergency but that we had to call back next week. What the hell does EMERGENCY mean? Uh maybe we should fix it immediately! This… place is a sad pathetic excuse for a business.

I got off of work at 7am. It had been a long graveyard. When I got home at 715, my tooth was throbbing. Worst pain I have ever felt. Made an emergency appointment and Dr. Hansen had it out by 11am. No more pain! The… relief is incredible! Thank you Dr. Hansen and all his staff. I wouldn't be going to work tonight if it weren't for you!!!

Dr.Hanson is the best I ever seen . He was patient and answered all our questions. My daughter was scared and he relieved her fears. He is amazing . I would Refer all my family and friends to him.

We love Dr Hansen! He is a caring dentist and a great communicator. He will make you feel heard and taken care of.

Never update their old computer to the new one this is unsatisfactory very disappointed

Sharp sharp, upward mobile professional, extremely knowledgeable, informative, personable, humorous, fast ! The doctor and his female assistant.. I've never experienced dental surgery like this in my life. These people… were so conscientious-Beyond making me feel comfortable. I am twice their age and I don't have people skills like this. : ) Thank you to technology and fine young people who choose to serve in this capacity.

Dr Hansen was amazing super nice and welcoming 🙏 definitely recommend to anyone who needs a dentist. Love that you can tell he loves what he does and that he wants to help.

This is an affordable dental clinic for the community. I went in for my first time and saw Dr. Hansen and Lauren for my initial X-rays and cleaning. My service was A+ from the moment I checked in.

Dr. Hansen is the best dentist I’ve had! I was terrified to get my wisdom teeth pulled, he talked me through it the whole time and took only about an hour to remove two wisdom teeth, one of which had to be broken into… pieces to remove. Less than a week later and I feel little to no pain! All of the employees in this office seem happy and it’s really just a welcoming comfortable atmosphere!

Dr Hansen and Lauren were amazing to me. I had so much anxiety going into the dentist today because I never have a good experience. I haven’t found a dentist around here who hasn’t made me feel guilty or less for not… taking care of my self when I need too. They weren’t judgmental, or rude nor did they make me feel upset, and uncomfortable. This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time at the dentist. Highly recommend!🤗🤗

Dr.Hansen is AMAZING! i was having some concerns after a tooth extraction, and he brought me in and looked at my tooth and relieved all of my anxieties, even though it was only a 15 minute appointment and he was happy… to do it! All of the nurses are so wonderful and helpful and Aubrey was so friendly during the process of my tooth getting looked at! one of the best places to get dental care!!!

Dr Hansen is an excellent dentist. He’s relatively new here but is doing an excellent job! He is thorough, gentle, empathetic, and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. You can tell that he really cares… about his patients and is trying to make our community a better place. I trust him with my oral heath care and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr Hansen and team!

Finish my last appointment today and have had no bad experiences here. Loved the doc and staff that worked with me and do not know why some talk bad about it. I really enjoyed each visit with Dr. Hansen and the… assistants and clerks. I highly recommend this office.

I had my cleaning done today, and I am so impressed with this place! From my interaction at the front desk with Ariel to my cleaning with Lauren. Everyone is so kind and professional. The quality of cleaning was… amazing. Lauren was so gentle and made sure I was taken care of in every way. I highly recommend the CAPWN team for all your dental needs.

I had the opportunity to visit CAPWN on multiple occasions to help my mother with her dental appointment. Our experience was fantastic and memorable due to the caring doctors and staff. We were fortunate to benefit from… the care, kindness and expertise of some amazing people. Dr. Hansen is a wonderful human being and in addition to his brilliant skills in caring for his patients. He deeply cares about his patients and he embodies the great quality of profesionalism and empathy that is unique. Chris, the manager, is outstanding and goes above and beyond to make sure patients get the best care. Some of the amazing staff were fortunate to work with included the awesome front desk team, Lauren and Julie the dental hygienists, and Elaine the dental assistant. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our experience was unique in the sense that we felt the genuine care and warm, welcoming atmosphere that we wish everyone can experience.

Highly Recommend! Keep in mind many of the reviews are about staff that are no longer there or from years ago. This facility tends to be misjudged. Therefore, I would suggest only taking into consideration the most… recent reviews. Their staff including receptionists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, manager, and dentists are all great. I was just in for a cleaning and a filling. My hygienist Lauren did an amazing job at answering any of my concerns. Dr. Hansen did my filling, and I was honestly impressed. I had a wonderful experience! All very professional and skilled!

Came in today with tooth pain, Dr. Hansen and his team was accommodating, explained and offered solutions and ensured I was all set up when I left. Wonderful experience!

Came in around 8:50 ish this morning to discuss details of a root canal appointment, amongst a few other dental concerns I had. Hanna and Ariel were extremely helpful, best experience I’ve had since I’ve been coming to… CAPWN dental in Gering. They explained everything in detail, I literally had every question and even thought answered. They had polite and very respectful demeanors, it’s a night an day different compared to the employees who were in there back in January. A huge blessing has apparently occurred in this place

I couldn’t even get an initial appointment with this place. They scheduled me yesterday at 2 to have an intake new patient conversation. Waited for an hour and turns out they double booked me. Then reschedule for today… at 2. Even had a message sent to me to confirm the appointment today, then 2 roles around and again nothing. Very unprofessional, people have obligations in their life and when you schedule an appt, the time line is there for a reason. Goodluck even trying to make an initial appointment. 😂😂

Your better off going out of town to get dental work done the dentist was a complete joke talked about golfing and the new rage room rather than give me instructions on what he was doing then proceeds to tell me he… can’t fix my root canal correctly and tells me I see a specialist I don’t understand how he still has his license to be a dentist completely unprofessional and his assistant as well I did not receive the care instructions or anything for the pain it was pretty much my problem at that point I’ve been in pain because it wasn’t done correctly please please don’t go here unless you necessarily need to it’s just a waste of time and money.

They will give you incorrect paperwork and send your bills to collections because they don't know what they're doing. Billing department gets to hide behind awful, know-nothing employees and their shady behavior. Do not… trust what they're having you sign. READ EVERYTHING. Not to mention I left with incorrect diagnosis and dealt with a misogynist doctor. Even if you need the free clinic, I suggest anywhere else.

Dr t in the dental part is a complete joke. I had to pull the information out of him and still didn't get the full picture of the treatment plan he wanted me to sign my kid up for. The receptionist gave me more clear… concise information and not him. If I had ANY OTHER CHOICE OF WHERE TO TAKE HIM I WOULD. NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!
