CPC Integrated Health – Matawan Detox and Rehab Services

What CPC Integrated Health – Matawan offers, on record, is partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Both conditions are treated in parallel, which is what the research supports. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

CPC Integrated Health – Matawan Address, Location and Contact Information

CPC Integrated Health – Matawan is located at 1088 State Route 34 in Matawan, New Jersey, 7747. Monmouth County covers this area. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

What another fine place to attend a adult Day Care! They have people working there that actually work for police departments judicial systems and God knows what else they will also close your case but keep you on the… meds as a client. God bless America and Godspeed to whoever goes here! May the force be with you!

I was given Vraylar because " My motor was running". With no knowledge of side effects I was afflicted with Tardive Disconesia and could not engage in occupational or hobby pursuits. The treatment for this robbed me of… the joy of intimacy...

I received a call the day I was supposed to have a therapist visit that my therapist would be out sick. No problem. They schedule an appointment for the next day and then called me the next day and told me she would be… out sick again. No problem. All the sudden this past week I get a notice in the mail that I missed an appointment on February 5th which is a complete lie I never had an appointment on February 5th never got a text message the day before that I have an appointment which I would of went to because I own a landscape company and don’t work unless it snows in winter never got a phone call from the therapist that I missed or follow up same day just a letter. I called as soon as I received the letter left a message on her voicemail and guess what no call back. Today I had to call the refill line to beg for someone to call me back. I’m out of 3 of my prescriptions but more importantly I want to see a therapist and my doctor. Why is this so hard to do? I’m hoping that I leave this message that somebody sees it from their company and give me a call back

1️⃣ There is no state or federal law that bans or limits benzodiazepines to a specific dose or timeframe. ➡ The law says prescriptions for controlled substances are valid as long as they’re for a legitimate medical… purpose and properly documented — see N.J.A.C. 13:45H-7.5(a) and 21 C.F.R. §1306.04(a). 2️⃣ There is no “4 mg per day” limit or automatic detox requirement. ➡ That’s a myth — the only real limits are pharmacy rules for refills: Schedule III/IV drugs (like most benzos) can’t be refilled more than five times or after six months from when written (N.J.A.C. 13:45H-7.14). If treatment continues, the prescriber simply issues a new prescription. 3️⃣ Long-term benzodiazepine use is legal if medically necessary. ➡ Under the Controlled Dangerous Substances Act (N.J.S.A. 24:21-15(b)), a doctor may renew a prescription indefinitely when ongoing need is documented. There is no law stopping a provider from prescribing long-term if it’s justified and monitored. 4️⃣ The “four-week” rule people talk about isn’t law yet. ➡ It’s from a proposed bill (A658 – 2024). It has not been enacted. So anyone saying otherwise is misinformed. “So legally, if my provider believes this medication is necessary, documents it properly, and monitors it, they absolutely can prescribe it. There’s nothing in NJ or federal law that forbids responsible, medically justified benzodiazepine treatment.”

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that… time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she’s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I’m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she’s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I’ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they’re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

I don't understand why mental health programs make me feel bad. Bad transportation, bad food, bad groups. Maybe it's just me I don't know.

Everything was good, and then they let my psychiatrist go. 1. They called me the night before my next appointment to let me know my psychiatrist was no longer employed there. It was an oversight to not tell me ahead of… time. 2. New psychiatrist wasn't keen of telehealth (previous one was all telehealth) and said I have to come in for at least the first few. 3. New psych started my first two appointments 10-15 minutes late. 4. They re-scheduled my next appointment and only finally accommodated my telehealth request because the psych was unavailable to meet in person (as in, it's only okay when it's convenient for them, not for the patient) 5. On that telehealth appointment, I waited 20 minutes before I had to call the office to get the psych to join. He thought it was going to be in-person (wasn't he unavailable for that?) and didn't realize I had been waiting. As in, if I didn't call them, he would have just missed the entire appointment. The place seems to be incredibly disorganized overall. I recommend searching elsewhere for your needs.

My mom suffers from depression. It's been a long time to get her going out and speaking more during therapy, making friends and expressing herself. My mom loves it here. I can see that going here has changed her, made… her more open and out of her shell and most importantly she is happy. Im so glad things worked out the way they did. The time the staff here takes with everyone, the love they give, is shown in the smile on my moms face. They treat everyone like family here and I am so content with my moms progress. Thanks so much CPC.

When I first started going there I would say that I would have given them 5 stars, however recently the level of care has diminished. The current therapist that I am working with has belittled me during my sessions. The… therapist appears that she would rather be somewhere else other than in therapy. Recently the therapist has been 15 minutes late, very argumentative, and maybe needs to think about a new career path

Terrible customer service.. wish I could give zero stars! shame to be called a behavioral center w/ such rude employees! This place has the worst receptionist I have ever interacted with in my life. She didn’t relay to… the nurse about me being 10 minutes late and the nurse left. I was lost and couldn’t find the building. And it added another 5 min to eta. Received no phone call asking how far away I was! had an awful attitude and was confirmed by the other nurse that she had never left her seat to inform the blood work nurse of anything. He only did urine analysis so was no use for me wasting my time and money.Terrible customer care.

Why is everyone that works here so ridiculously rude? Seriously, I want to know. It's amazing how many people work here and always have an attitude. I just called to get a zoom code and the girl, yes girl because women… don't act like that was abhorrently rude for absolutely No REASON! The highers up at cpc are even worse. Majority of the people I've spoken with have had similar experiences. Like you're dealing with people with MH issues, not the checkout line at taco bell. If you're that miserable, QUIT! Let ppl who genuinely want to help others work here. Hard pass Ken, you guys should all be fired and have your degrees revoked.

absolutely could not be happier with the care I receive at CPC. there must be some special strain of DNA that the staff all share, because I have never met a more empathic group of people. I'm in treatment for CPTSD,… which is some pretty heavy stuff, but I have always felt safe on campus and in groups. not only do I attend groups and receive therapy at CPC, but I have an on-site doctor who prescribes my meds which are also filled on-site. CPC has even helped me with my welfare benefits, housing, and applying for disability. I've gone from homeless and helpless to working towards a peer counseling certificate in a warm apartment of my own over the last 4 years and CPC has played a major role in that increase to my quality of life.

While cpc offers some good things the fact that I was asked to post a review to help them get better ratings is disgusting. Aren’t you supposed to be about helping others instead of worried about what google says. If… you and the staff cared about treatment instead of how you look maybe I’d give you a better rating. I come there for the peer support of other clients. The staff are like a revolving door so they don’t matter too much. I’m sure this post will be deleted like the one about the front desk staff wearing inappropriate clothing. And twerking. Clients observe more then you think and we talk. Sad how the counselors can’t shut their doors when they are complaining. Too bad the state hasn’t come in and investigated this. Oh wait that’s right Donna Coyle just kicks you out of treatment before that happens and makes you look crazy. Oh and Ken I won’t be calling you to make this better and shame on you for not improving the quality of people cpc hires. Smdh

CPC Behavioral Healthcare is an amazing place where everyone there treats you like family. They care about the needs of their patients and give them the best care possible. Clients and patients that come to CPC don’t just hope to get help with their problems, they get the help and the support from day one which is very important. The staff members work as a team and always have your back. I definitely recommend this place and give it 5 stars!

I have only great things to say about CPC. I have been a client for over fifteen years and I have never been more happy or well adjusted in my life. They offer evidenced-based strategies to help their clients learn how… to cope with life's problems despite having mental illness. They have a total case management philosophy, offering psychiatry, social work and group therapy--all managed by a case worker. The staff are caring, compassionate and professional. As with any program, dedication to recovering is needed to obtain all the benefits that this program offers.
