I was skeptical going in but the people and David especially make you feel welcome, comfortable, and heard. Highly recommend if you’re in search of positive change and growth.

I have grown and learned so much for the short 5 months I’ve been attending. Gary and David have been such blessing to my recovery. They have fought for me when insurance tried to deny me treatment to ensure it is… covered and I couldn’t be more grateful. ❤️

GPS has truly saved my life. I have experienced a few different therapeutical options. David and Gary offer guidance and true therapy without judgement or expectation. They meet you where you are and allow you to move… forward at your own pace. I believe i can do this life and flourish without alcohol, because they have shown me how. If you are struggling, call them.

I’d recommend this IOP to anyone that is ready for recovery and getting to the bottom of their addictions. David and Gary are truly life saving. They will guide you without judgement but support !!!

I’ve been attending GPS for almost 2 months now and it is a great place to be! I attend the AM classes with Gary and it is a great vibe all around. The group I’m with is so supportive and makes it a very welcoming place… to be! If you need help with any addictions I HIGHLY recommend GPS.

I’m not someone who opens up easily, so it took me almost 50 days before I fully committed to GPS Counseling. Gary and David stayed patient and consistent the entire time. No pressure, no fake motivational speeches, no… judgment — just real people creating a safe space for people trying to heal and figure life out. Since being there, I’ve been able to look deeper within myself and recognize negative patterns I’ve carried since childhood that all played a part in my addiction. That’s been hard, emotional work, but necessary. GPS has helped me slow down, be honest with myself and actually start healing instead of just surviving. The environment is calm, welcoming and real. You can feel that they actually care about people and recovery as a whole, not just the program itself. I’m grateful I gave it a chance.

So thankful for the amazing guidance that I receive at all of the group sessions, whether it's Gary led (AM group) or David led (PM group).

GPS Counseling has been a great transition from a 30 day program. The team of Gary and David make you feel comfortable and welcome from the minute you meet them. The facility is clean and comfortable and they make it… feel like home and not a hospital type of environment. I highly recommend GPS Counseling, whether it’s your first time for treatment or if you’re looking for a place to transition from a 30-60-90 day program this is your place.

I’m super impressed with this program. Great support and great people for such an important cause. If you are struggling to get or stay sober in any area of addiction this is the first place you should consider.… Especially if inpatient isn’t an option for you.

GPS counseling has been a blessing to me. David has been outstanding as a mentor and facilitator, he gets to the root of the issue and shows empathy and personal individualized care that goes above and beyond… expectations. He is always available to take your call or call you right back always willing to take a meeting with you or even come to you if necessary to help you work through a tough moment. Him and his team genuinely believe in people going through addiction in all walks of life and seeks to understand the journey they have embarked on that brought them to this stage in life. He has an amazing recall for each individuals states and knows when to be serious and also light hearted with a good sense of humor. Approachable relatable and personable. He adamantly and empathetically approaches tough situations with personal care and understanding. There is never judgment even if you fall, honesty is key and there is always a way to get out of the situation you have ended up in no matter how bad it may seem.If you want it bad enough anything is possible. As a counselor, I’ve referred several clients to GPS Counseling for step-down care after residential treatment, and I’ve had a consistently positive experience. Transitioning out of residential can be a vulnerable time,… and it’s important to know clients are moving into a program that will continue structure and accountability while also providing support. GPS has done a great job maintaining communication and helping ensure continuity of care. My clients have shared that they feel supported, challenged appropriately, and guided in early recovery. I value having them as a resource in our community.
