July 21st I stepped out the hospital after almost dying June 19th 2026This place saved my life as soon as getting out the hospital from almost dying from my heroin use June 19th 2026 was the last time I used heroin.… Leticia Mia Michelle and Chantal see Chantal I fixed it 😁 😂 are thee best at the front desk and the lady who guards the parking lot is a Savage and on top of her sh*t 😂😂 fa real I was chillin in my truck about to smoke a fatty in the parking lot next door and all I hear is a tap tap first thing she says is "you finish dosing??" 😂 Yup she says ok you can't loiter here 😂😂😂😂😂 ✌🏾😎

The front desk & dispenser are amazing people. It's a few in particular who are professional & friendly. They deal with alot of rude people, however they still provide service with a smile.

Ive made a review before. Never got reached out to like i was told. This place is the worst clinic ive ever had to dose at. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!! They are rude and no one actually… wants to do their job or doesnt know how. Ive had multiple issues, including a recent one where the "nurse" touched my newborn baby with nasty glove hands when I was forced to leave my child to drug test. I came back to see her nasty glove hand in my babies face!!! I made a report about this and the very next day a FALSE and relaitory CPS report was made against me. Cps confirmed they KNEW the report sounded off from the beginning, but needed to talk to me anyways. The case was immediately closed because it was clearly bullshit. Be careful here. These people are snakes and will lie to try to get you in trouble if you call them on their bullshit.

Super clean and professional great vibes would highly recommend to someone trying to work on sobriety. The staff are super friendly and respectful. Service is fast and reliable.

You know what the problem is? The workers here treat people like they have nothing better to do than sit around that clinic jumping through their hoops as they move the goal post farther away as you get closer. They'll… say one more thing and your done, next thing you know you've been back three days in a row because noone knows how to do their job correctly and cant simply communicate. Then they wonder why people dont stay in the clinic and actually get clean, When they make it incredibly difficult for anyone looking to actually get help. Ive been clean for years now but they STILL treat me like im testing dirty every day. Its really unacceptable and honestly I have been to Aegis merced too; Aegis in general is the absolute worst methadone clinic company ive been in, and I've been in 4 of them at least, and two in oakland. Do yourself a favor and find a clinic that respect you and your time. This one ain't it! And be careful speaking your mind when you know theyre screwing you over. They will hold your methadone over your head and threaten to not dose you when you call them on their bs. Make sure you know your rights- they will try it. Two weeks and counting. Noone.has contacted me and I continue to have shitty experiences every single time I walk in to this clinic. They blind sight you with things when you show up knowing they can call and give a heads up but they dont. Then it takes hours to get anything done because God forbid you have a life outside this clinic. Aegis is the worst company ive ever had to dose at. Hands down. There is no urgency at all, the front desk are rude and have no sence of trying to get things done in a timely manner. im over it. Ive been in different aegis clinics and they are all absolutely trash and I came from oakland. So to say oakland clinics are better is a spit in their face. How can oakland figure it out but aegis cant? If anyone knows other companies I can dose at im all ears, this one is not the place to be if youre really trying to make it out. These people will make so many obstacles for you and make it impossible to dose and stay clean. Its a joke. Correction!! over 2 months and noone has even attempted to contact me. And everytime i go to dose theres a new problem and its unacceptable. The front desk is rude and slow and will chit chat before doing their jobs. Im so sick of this place. Its absolutely the worst. They cannot figure it out and im so over it. Im looking for other clinics because this is wild. I have never had as many issues as ive had with aegis! Every single time I come here there is some kind of problem! I spend at least an hour here everytime. Unacceptable. Go anywhere else but here!

My experience.\n As at ages has been amazing, my counselor is the best counselor I have ever had in my life. I rated a plus stars, it's kept me sober ever since I've been there and I love the people there, God bless… him, God, God bless everybody else.

If I didn't go here every day I wouldn't have anything to do.

The owners of these places are making a killing.If your paying cash its 500 a month for 60 buprenorphine pills.My pharmacy is finally dea certified again after they moved so i can get it there.5 bucks a month for 60… buprenorphine pills.I cant believe what they charge.Its no wonder addicts who wanna get off opioids,stay on opioids.Who the hell can afford to get ripped off like that.Do yourself a favor and find a primary care who can prescribe it cuz insurance will pay for some of it and its gotta be cheaper than this place

Five stars for sure any places that help saves lives from the devastating epidemic gets five star for me, if anybody has a better solution at all love to hear it instead of my comments we would all have a better… solution as well.

#1 my consoler adea seriously is an amazing women, who has made my life better, I look forward to her calls every week, and she is such a positive, humble human being. She's not just a consoler she a role model and… friend. She's always there for me if I need anything, and the advice she gives me is from experience which I love! She goes out of her way to make sure my needs gets met, she definitely went above my expectations! Love you ADEA😘 #2 This place, gave me my life and kids back in my life, my consuler brain, really go above and beyond, and truly just want you to recover everything that you lose in your addiction &&more! Even Martin and Vanessa the head management really cares about how the clinic is ran, and as long as you put in the work, there behind you 100 percent of the way!! Thank you so much you guys are forever aGAME changer in my book!

on january 8, the clinic was closed. so I went there for nothing. nothing was on the door saying why they were closed, and there was nothing on the web site explaining why either. So I went to the other one in manteca,… and they said that you can't dose here either because no arrangement had been made with the one in modesto. this was done before when the other company owned it, and they didn't make it known that you had to make the arrangement again with the new company. had to get the dose, so --went to the hospital to get it. pennacle failed to do their job, and failed all the rest of their customers. they wasted my time for 5 and a half hours! micky mouse company.

I just want to thank everyone there. I got frustrated at one point because I thought I was getting a Tb shot. I heard the girl wrong. She was just doing a test. My mistake. She was a sweetheart. Everyone there including… security guard was great. Dr. Was one of the best Dr's I've ever spoke with. I have a back injury that got me hooked on vics. 100.00 a day nightmare. If your on anything don't go another day without calling them. Get in there and get your life back. Trust me on this. And don't worry who knows. Who cares. Its your life. Don't be ashamed. Everyone makes mistakes. Security guard was on a power trip tho. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 he was not its in inside joke. He was a great great person. And I need him to just ride safe. He has a beautiful road glide... we definitely will ride together soon. Again this is the best place to get clean and you're life back. 😇

Place saved my Life

As a returning patient two years ago I would have rated this facility with 2 stars but since recently they have been taken over by a new company. With the new changes in their policies comes with 3 new doctors that… completely change the dynamic of care this facility has to offer. There’s also a doctor with a obstetrician background for pregnant women seeking help. This was wonderful for my pregnant fiancé, for the sake of being judged she was scared and this doctor was extremely understanding and informative to our baby’s health and created a treatment plan revolving around pregnancy. Same place, same look, but different care. This facility was a complete turnaround from my first intake two year’s ago (2019) and I thank God everyday for the ability to live a normal life because of this place. I got my life back on track because of Aegis and would recommend it to anyone struggling with addiction to give it a chance… With a little understanding the problem COVID brings, a little bit of patience, and some effort in your program, who knows…. You might just find yourself along the journey through Aegis.

The reviews below that say negative things are false. You aren't gonna lose take homes for one phone call, and she didn't speak to a rude person that's clearly a lie. And as for the Saturday issue, COVID caused that and… there aren't people standing around anymore. Also, those folks were there because they failed to manage their programs properly and therefore didn't have Saturday take homes, Aegis didn't just put them outside for fun. Christopher is misinforming you and Eileen is not being truthful with anyone. I've had my issues with Aegis', but never like they claim. Neither has any of the sixteen people who I know go there. Disregard that false information, EYE am giving you the most accurate review, not them. Aegis treated me well for a number of years. After a painkiller addiction I tried and failed several times to get clean. 4 years ago I did, and it was with Aegis' help. They can be a bit tough to deal with sometimes, but only if you're not doing what you're supposed to be doing. If you truly work your program, you will succeed! Don't be afraid or ashamed, they will NOT shame you. That I can guarantee.

This place is horrible. When I first called, a very rude young lady answered the phone. After speaking to her, I didn't want to go at all! Unfortunately i had to go because i needed a specific medication that was… prescribed there. When i saw the doctor, he was using another patients bad habits as a reference to how I would use my medication. Very unprofessional! After this bad presentation by the doctor, I decided that I didn't want to pay their doctor for bad judgement and medical practice. Aside from that trying to get into the place for treatment, good luck! I had to wait for over an hour in a parking lot full of people waiting to get in for their meds in 100+ degree weather! A very over taxed staff!
