This is an amazing clinic. They made it very easy to come in for help. The staff from bottom to top is so kind, respectful, non-judgmental and seem to genuinely care and want to help you in your recovery. Best… experience I’ve had in a methadone clinic. I recommend giving hcrc a chance to help u, if you’re in need. It’s a very safe place.

Started at Peabody which was amazing. When I got to woburn a couple years ago I would have gave it a lower star but now they run so smoothly. There is almost never a line. Someone is always there to help you. Nurses are… amazing and so nice and helpful. Front desk runs quickly and always answers questions and helps with a smile. As long as you put in the world, this program will work for you. Thank you for helping me so much during the worst time of my life.

This is the best medical staff I've ever encountered. Kelly their on site r.n is a pillar of professionalism. Highly recommend treatment here Edit: im now 4 months into the program and I continue to receive empathy… compassion and care from these professionals. I have yet to meet any condescending or better than additude staff which is the most important thing In recovery is letting the addict know they are human.. they are worth it and they can recovery. If you are seeking help make that call I did it sitting homeless in a Panera bread drinking free refill sodas to stay inside warm and on a short time I am regaining bits and pieces of me I lost along the way .you are worth it . And these guys here will guide you along to realize it again. Thank you hcrc staff.

The best clinic, and the clinicians are competent and truly care. Nurses are quick and try to get you dosed and out as fast as they can. It truly feels like health care and not a business. Brit is amazing if you're… looking for an intake you'll be in great hands.

Place saved my life. The staff is 👍. Don't get me wrong you have to do the right thing. And if you do they trust you with takehomes. Therapy is very important and they want to help. 5 stars

Best clinic I’ve ever dealt with. Follow the rules & you won’t have any problems. Even when you don’t follow all the rules they’re understanding & flexible. Staff/director/nurses don’t treat everyone like just another… number. Usually in & out. Would recommend

The nurse that had nothing but respect and truly cared for the patients is gone. There’s nurses that come and go that have no idea what is going on. The dosage is not consistent at all so make sure you check your dosage… before. They don’t justify or rectify just throw the blame on others, the nurses and counselors are who put the order in need to in better communication. Come to figure out my chart is all messed up and they’ve been switching me between doses. I’m very disappointed.

Great clinic, minimal nonsense. Could be open longer , 1030 close on the weekend is very tough. People have lives and kids, other clinics are open till noon at least, so they should be more clear about the fact that the… door closes prior to 1030 and no exceptions if you arrive even a minute late.

Not accessible safely at all for handicapped people when there's a storm clean-up is terrible I am a patient and I almost fell twice I'm recovering from major surgery and using a rolling knee cart because I'm… non-weight-bearing for 8 weeks and getting there I almost fell twice just getting from the parking lot to the front door it doesn't even look like there was cleanup done in the walkway so anybody in a wheelchair isn't getting in the building the storm was 2 days ago and it's still not clean or safe
