My phone is broken I'm using my brother's phone my name's is James & my Dr. Adelman is the best he's compassionate caring & very professional, I've got my kids back in my life after 8 yrs of no contact !!! Love Sq… medical group even the receptionist are great !! But my Prim care Dr @ Lahey health... Not so much

Dr. Carter of square medical in Woburn has made a significant positive impact on my life. Up until being a patient of hers, I had struggled for years- being improperly diagnosed, having negative treatment experiences,… and feeling as if I’d never feel “normal”. Dr. Carter is patient, kind, understanding- and actually listens. I never feel like I am being rushed through an appointment, she answers all of my questions and concerns, and the front desk staff are all equally as amazing. Prompt responses and medication refills, always helps me with any questions I have, and most importantly- never treats me in a manner which makes me feel uncomfortable or unvalued. Thank you, square medical and Dr. Carter!

Im seeing a lot of negative reviews about Dr Koslovsky. Ive been a patient of his for years now. I can be an extremely sensitive person and I can say with all honesty that hes truly a professional. It's important to… keep in mind that he is not a talk therapist, maybe he wont be the most responsive to emotions but he will listen/observe and find you a treatment plan. He is straight to the point, knows his stuff, and does his job. Not only that, but he is the first doctor ive met that is open minded enough to listen to my own concerns about particular medications and not push or shut me down. Shout out to the front desk staff too! Insurance/billing issues and refills are usually a breeze!

Dr. Kozlovsky is rude, unprofessional and uncaring. His behavior towards me is terrible. He rolls his eyes, slams his hand on his desk and treats me as if I’m stupid. He makes me, as a patient with anxiety and… depression, feel even more anxious and depressed. I have put up with him for years and he gets worse each time. Oh, and he never takes me on time. I am looking for a new doctor.

Horibble customer service, they take forever to get anything done. They DELETE prescriptions already made. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Dr. Marlyn Jules and the Square One Medical Group Team, I am writing to express my… sincere gratitude for the exceptional care and support I receive during my time at Square One Medical Group for well over a 4 years now. My experience with your team, particularly in the IOP program, has been profoundly positive and has greatly contributed to my mental health journey. Dr. Marlyn Jules, I want to personally thank you for your expertise and compassion as my psychiatrist. Your understanding of my needs and dedication to my well-being have been invaluable. The time you take every meeting we have has been refreshing and inspiring. I would also like to commend the IOP program staff for their outstanding work. Sarah Katz, in particular, has been an amazing therapist. Her knowledge, empathy, and guidance have made a significant impact on my progress. Kayla Guruis, the IOP Coordinator and Group Therapist, deserves special recognition as well. Her dedication and expertise in leading the groups and workshops have been instrumental in addressing the issues I sought help with. The structure of the groups and workshops was perfectly tailored to meet my needs, and I greatly appreciate the targeted approach taken to help me understand and work through my challenges. Despite an issue with the release of information to my caseworker, I recognize that mistakes can happen. What stood out to me was the team's commitment to addressing the issue and continuing to provide excellent care. I would also like to acknowledge the newer member of the team, Elizabeth Gravel. Although I am still getting to know staff and I appreciate the fresh perspective and support she brings to the group and am glad she is part of the IOP located in Woburn. Lastly, I want to express my appreciation for the front desk staff—Jackie, Zoe, and Brian—who have consistently demonstrated professionalism and kindness. They make each visit comfortable and welcoming, treating me with the utmost respect and dignity. Overall, my experience at Square One Medical Group has been overwhelmingly positive. I just finished 36 TMS sessions. And it worked for me in a major way. But there were times that I wanted to stop going for the sessions. If it wasn't for the technician Caristha, telling me about how it was helping me,… which was true, so I stayed for all sessions. Caristha is a true professional. She knows her position inside and out.She has a gentle side to her especially when she put the helmet on me. No matter how many times I needed the helmet adjusted, Caristha never complained. I am a talker and so isn't Caristha. So during the sessions we talked about subjects from politics to aliens. She made the sessions much more bearable. I miss going into TMS and having our conversations. But once again, the help I received from Caristha, was invaluable. And because of her experience working with TMS, the sessions worked for me because of her patience and dedication. And one more thing "Are we done yet" To Caristha from your friend Robert

The prescribers don’t seem to interpret the needs for the patients they prescribe to this would be a last resort if you can’t find anywhere else to go to and I’ve been going through docs for years and this is not the… one best to avoid

As far as the Dr. I see, he's by fat the best, he's sympathetic to my issues & encourages me all the time. My meds are never an issue!!.Only issues I have are w receptionist at times I can tell they are overwhelmed &… get testy when you ask for help

I've been a patient of doctor kozlowski since April. In all my appointments, he rolled his eyes frequently and made me feel like my mental health problems weren't valued. He made me apprehensive to tell him I had issues… with medication and scheduling appointments with him. I finally found another provider just today I will not be going back to him and I will not say good things about him. His attitude and condescending body language and eye rolling are huge negatives for someone going through mental health problems. I believe he would need to go through some sensitivity training to understand that as a doctor, he needs to show more empathy and compassion to someone with severe mental health problems such as myself. I feel so much better than I'm no longer going to see Dr. Kozlovski

Communication is clearly non-existent, and frankly, after my recent experience with my prescribe from square medical group regarding insurance I feel misled. I haven't received any notice from them regarding any sort of… clarity on whether or not I would be able to continue to go there or have any sort of confirmation that my current insurance would not be good there when I was told that it would be permissible to use. And I have done what I could to keep my information up to date with them despite the recent changes. Regardless of whether or not it is or isn't, no branch under Square Medical will be receiving my business again.
