the methadone kept me from getting sick, but the people at this clinic are the ones that helped me get clean. i can't thank them enough for their support and understanding.

Why don't you hire more people and get more than 2 people behind those windows? An hour to pick up meds is ridiculous. As drivers we have others who need to get to doctors appointments. It's also an inconvenience to… leave your clients waiting and an inconvenience to have to return to same location an hour later. Stop abusing the system. Patients already wait long enough for drivers and you are a part of the problem. There's no reason it should take a whole hour to pick up meds.

I have been a patient here for 4-5 years. They are very organized, patient, professional, and never make you feel like a hassle or failure. If there’s anyone out there looking for help just walk in, there are no appts… needed. and maybe you will leave with a whole new life. Thank you to the staff for always being outstanding.

It's not bad other than the computers shutting down sometimes. The staff are great friendly and nice. They test you as you wanted to be treated and that's what I like most about the clinic, and the Clinicians are great… too. Shout out Jenny....

IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS CLINIC FOR 7 YEARS NOW I HAVE GUEST DOSED AT SEVRAL OTHER FACILITIES AND NONE HAVE BEEN AS CLEAN OR AS ATTENTIVE AS THE LOWELL SITE. I HAD 5 YEARS CLEAN AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TWO KINDS OF CANCER… BECAUSE OF THE CLINIC I HAD 3 SURGERIES TO REMOVE ALL OF IT AND DID IT WITHOUT PAIN MEDICATION I DID RELAPSE FOR 6 MO. BUT BECAUSE OF THE CLINIC I GOT CLEAN AGAIN AND WILL HAVE 2 YEARS SEPT 11. THIS CLINIC SAVED MY LIFE NOW I WORK AT THE LOCAL NEEDLE EXCHANGE AND HELP PEOPLE GET INTO DETOX AND START A JOURNEY OF THEIR OWN.

It's not that its a bad place but it cares more about making money than the actual patients who are facing some of the hardest times in there life!
